Abstract

Latar Belakang: Laktasi merupakan proses menyusui mulai dari produksinya ASI sampai bayi menghisap ASI.Memberikan ASI merupakan hal yang sangat baik untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Tujuan: Melihat dan menilai pengeahuan ibu hamil tentang nurisi dalam persiapan laktasi serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana ibu mengeahui manfaat ASI. Metode:Dalam peneliian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif,tekhnik pengambilan sample  yang digunakan dalam peneliian ini adalah aksidental sampling.Hasil: Dari Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang nutrisi dalam persiapan laktasi  dikategorik pada tahap cukup,terlihat dari data yang diperoleh  sebanyak katerogi baik 7 responden (10,6%), 52 responden (78,7%) dan kategori kurang 7 responden (10,6%) dari 66 responden. Kesimpulan dan saran: Pemberian informasi oleh tenaga kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan persiapan laktasi masih kurang.Ini akan berdampak buruk pada pemberian ASI,hal ini terlihat dari daa d atas pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang  persiapan lakasi dikategorikan cukup. Perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tenang persiapan laktasi guna menunjang pemberikan ASI eksklusif.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan ibu hamil,Nurisi Persiapan laktasi

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Peningkatan berat badan merupakan salah satu indikator kesehatan bayi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur pertumbuhan bayi. Pijat bayi memang dipercaya dapat menjaga kesehatan dan mampu merangsang dan mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang bayi. Pijat merupakan salah satu metode pengobatan tertua di dunia. Beberapa penelitian mengatakan pijat bayi bisa merangsang nervus vagus, dimana saraf ini meningkatkan peristaltik usus sehingga pengosongan lambung meningkat dengan demikian akan merangsang nafsu makan bayi. Disisi lain pijat juga melancarkan peredaran darah dan meningkatkan metabolisme sel, dari rangkaian tersebut berat badan bayi akan meningkat. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap pertumbuhan bayi yang dinilai dari adanya peningkatan berat badan bayi pada bayi umur 3-8 bulan di desa Wates kecamatan Pagu kabupaten Kediri. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi eksperiment design dengan rancangan Pretest–Postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi usia 3-8 bulan di desa Wates kecamatan Pagu Kabupaten Kediri yang berjumlah 64 bayi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Analisa Bivariat untuk membuktikan pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi sebelum dan sesudah treatment menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian: umur responden terbanyak yaitu 4 bulan (28%), jenis kelamin responden terbanyak dalam penelitian ini berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu berjumlah 39 responden (28%), sebagian besar 40% bayi pernah dipijat dengan intensitas dua bulan sekali, sebagaian besar 81% bayi yang dilakukan pijat mengalami kenaikan berat badan. Uji Wilcoxon Test diperoleh nilai p= 0,000. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap pertumbuhan (berat badan) bayi usia 3-8 bulan di desa Wates Kecamatan Pagu Kabupaten Kediri.

Abstract

Lower back pain in pregnant women is caused by hormonal changes. This causes changes in the supporting and connecting soft tissue. Result in decreased elasticity and flexibility muscle. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is warm water therapy. The benefits of a warm compress include increasing blood flow to areas of the body so that it can increase the flow of nutrients and relax muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of warm compresses on reducing low back pain in pregnant women at midwife Sri Wahyuni ​​Blitar. The research design used was Pre-Experimental. And the research design used is one group pre test-post test design. Sampling was carried out by means of non-probability sampling. The research sample consisted of 10 respondents who were selected using the Accidental Sampling technique. Collecting data with an observation sheet, using the NSR pain scale (Numeric Rating Scale). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine the effect of warm compresses on reducing low back pain. The Wilcoxon test results show a ρ value = 0.004, then <α (α = 0.05) then H₀ is rejected and H1 is accepted with an average difference between pretest and posttest which is 6.40 ± 4.50 so there is a decrease of 1.9 %. The conclusion from this study is that there is an effect of warm compresses on reducing pain in pregnant women. This study shows that warm water therapy can reduce lower back pain in pregnant women. It is hoped that warm compresses can be used as complementary therapy in pregnant women to reduce pain and can be combined with other therapies.

Abstract

Family knowledge especially mothers about nutrition awareness with nutritional status in pre-school children is very important to improve nutritional status. Pre-school children are at an age that is vulnerable to nutritional problems. This study aims to find the relationship between mothers' knowledge about nutrition-aware families and the nutritional status of pre-school children in Karangrejo Village, Tulungagung District. This type of research is a correlational study and based on time it is categorized as cross-sectional. The variables in this study were knowledge as the independent variable and the nutritional status of pre-school children as the dependent variable. The population of all mothers and pre-school children in Karangrejo village, Tulungagung district, was 106 respondents. Using accidental sampling, the results obtained were a sample size of 42 respondents. The statistical test used in this study was Spearman's rho. The study was conducted on 42 respondents with the results (45.2%) having less knowledge and (21.4%) less nutritional status of pre-school children. Analysis of the relationship between the two variables obtained a p value <α = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that h1 was accepted, meaning that there was a relationship between maternal knowledge about nutrition-aware families and the nutritional status of pre-school children in Karangrejo Village, Tulungagung District. There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the nutritional status of pre-school children. school. Suggestions in this study are that it is expected to routinely carry out weight checks every month at school in order to monitor the growth and development of pre-school children so that if there is a nutritional disorder they can immediately get the right treatment.
