Abstract

Salah satu kewajiban yang dilakukan oleh Perguruan Tinggi adalah melaksanakan pelayanan akademik, baik pelayanan administrasi akademik, pelaksanaan seminar dan ujian akhir mahasiswa maupun pelaksanaan perkuliahan. Dengan adanya wabah Pendemi Covid-19 menjadi suatu tantangan untuk melakukan inovasi pelayanan akademik secara online bagi mahasiswa. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif yang pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi serta dengan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian dalam pelayanan akademik yang dilakukan secara online adalah Layanan Registrasi dan proses KRS dilakukan melalui SIAKAD, layanan Perkuliahan dilakukan melalui aplikasi zoom meeting, Google Meet dan Google Classroom, Skripsi, Tesis dan Disertasi melalui aplikasi zoom meeting dan Google Meet sedangkan untuk Yudisium serta Wisuda dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi zoom meeting. Kemudian kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan akademik secara online adalah terbatasnya Jaringan Internet, terbatasnya Biaya yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dan adanya tenaga pendidik yang lambat beradaptasi dengan teknologi. kata kunci : Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative explanatory research by taking data directly from respondents totaling 24 employees with a census sampling technique using a questionnaire. This means that all respondents in the unit of analysis are used as research samples. From the results of the study by measuring variables using a Likert Scale with Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques after passing the instrument test (validity and reliability test), the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25.0, showed that partially or simultaneously, variables of organizational culture, motivation, and leadership a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Communication and Information of East Kotawaringin Regency. From this study, it can also be suggested that through increasing understanding of organizational culture, work motivation and good leadership will have a real impact on improving employee performance and will determine the success of achieving organizational goals going forward.

Abstract

The study aimed to find out and describe the implementation of Permendikbud No 1 of 2021 which regulates the zoning system in admission of new students in 3 schools in Bulik district, Lamandau regency. At the Junior High School level, a zoning system is applied to 3 schools in Lamandau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The method used qualitative data with interviews, documentation, observation, and data triangulation for data collection techniques. The study used the Theory of Implementation of George Edward III and Van Meter and Van Horn with variables of Resources, Communication, Bureaucratic Structure, Disposition, characteristics of implementing agents, Standards and policy objectives, and Conditions of the social, political and economic environment. It concluded that the implementation of Permendikbud No 1 of 2021 was well-implemented by the support of the local government, related agencies, and schools. Dissemination Information has been conveyed, by both the government and schools through many ways, such as official-social media, letters, banners, pamphlets, school websites to groups with parents (Whats Apps). The problem arise is that communication has not been carried out thoroughly and effectively so that there are parents and prospective students who do not understand and confused about the zonation system.

Abstract

Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penggunaan penelitian deskriptif ini digunakan karena merupakan metode yang efektif untuk peneliti memahami fenomena sosial dengan cara mendeskripsikan dan menguraikan data secara apa adanya. Fokus penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan model implementasi kebijakan yang dikemukakan oleh Model George C. Edward III. 4 (empat) variabel yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan yakni komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Retribusi Sektor Pariwisata Di Objek Wisata Kereng Bangkirai sudah berjalan dengan optimal. Hal ini dilihat dari komunikasi yang sudah terpenuhi dengan baik, sumber daya di mana fasilitas sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai, disposisi sudah saling melengkapi dengan adanya pengangkatan birokrasi mereka tetap diberikan insentif, dan struktur birokrasi yang sudah terpenuhi dengan baik. Terdapat juga faktor pedukungnya seperti Peraturan Daerah (Perda), peran dan keterlibatan mastarakat setempat dan stakeholder lain, pos pusat informasi, adanya sosialisasi dan tersedianya wahana-wahana wisata yang memadai. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah tidak adanya pelatihan khusus untuk para karyawan, dan banyaknya pengunjung atau wisatawan yang kurang mengetahui terkait retribusi daerah.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide insight and knowledge about financial literacy, competitive pricing, sound financial management, how to hygienically and attractively package fish and vegetables, how to choose the right service and marketing strategies, and how to create technological innovations by following current trends such as delivery apps or social media. This Community Service activity, under the Community Empowerment Assistance Lecturer Service scheme, was conducted at the Berkah Bersama Mobile Vegetable Vendor Community in Palangka Raya City. The activities were implemented using various methods: Financial Literacy Socialization and Training, Training and Mentoring on the Use of Digital Marketing, Training on Appropriate Service and Marketing Strategy Management, and Training and Mentoring on skills in analyzing competitive pricing and how to manage and package products properly so that they appear fresh and attract buyers to increase profitability. The training delivery methods used were lectures, interactive dialogues, and hands-on demonstrations on the use of digital marketing applications.
