Abstract

Jumakir et al, 2016. Test of Some Packages Fertilization and Dolomite to Soybean Yield in Tidal Swamp Land Province Jambi. JLSO 5(1):86-94.The purpose of this study was to determine the performance and productivity of soybean with various package fertilization and dolomite in tidal swamp land. This assessment was conducted in tidal swamp land with potential acid sulphate soil typology and type of flood water C, Simpang Village Berbak sub District,  East Tanjung Jabung District of Jambi Province in the dry season 2013. The design used was a randomized block design (RAK) with seven treatment and seven replications with an area of 100 m2 each treatment. The assessment results based on the analysis of variance showed significant differences on growth and yield of soybean. Urea fertilizer application, Phonska, and Biofertilizer increase soybean yield 19,61% - 25,25%, while fertilizer Phonska, Dolomite, Manure and Biological Fertilizer soybean yield increased 28,07% - 31,49% compared to the fertilizer Urea and Phonska. Fertilizer application, Phonska, Dolomite, manure and biological fertilizers Soybean Plus gives the highest yield that is 1,89 t/ha.

Abstract

Jumakir J, Endrizal E. 2019. Response of biological fertilizer addition to growth and results of rice field. Jurnal Lahan Suboptimal: Journal of Suboptimal Lands. 8(2):173-180. The research objectives were to determine the effect or response of the addition of biological fertilizers to the growth and yield of rice, to determine the most effective type of biological fertilizer. This study was conducted in irrigated rice field of Sri Agung Village, Batang Asam sub District, West Tanjung Jabung District, Jambi Province in dry season 2016. The design was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with six treatments and three replications with 5 mx 10 m plot area, implemented in a farmer area of 1200 m2. The results of the analysis based on the analysis of variance showed significant and unreal differences in growth and yield of rice. The addition of biological fertilizer provided higher growth and yields than without biological fertilizer. Provibio biofertilizer is the most effective biofertilizer that can provide the highest rice yield and the use of biofertilizer can save 50% recommended NPK fertilizer.

Abstract

The research objective is to optimize the use of lowland swamps to increase land productivity, crop productivity and income of farmers using the technology innovation management. Lowland swamp optimization activities carried out in Rantau Kapas Mudo, Tembesi Muara Jambi Province in May-September 2014. The assessment carried out by the application of rice-based farming technology using surjan system. Commodities used is rice planted on tabukan and vegetables grown on guludan. Applying technology lowland swamps management, water management, land arrangement, nutrient management and commodities on surjan systems can increase the productivity of land and commodity diversification. The revenue contribution of the rice crop was 69.14% and 30.86% with a vegetable. Farmers' income of Rp. 6.914 million / ha, 43.88% higher than the existing farmers' income. Keywords: lowland swamps, surjan systems, production and income
