Abstract

[Title: TEST UV-VIS LAYER TiO2/N2 FOR DETERMINING BAND GAP ENERGY] The effect of nitrogen doping variation on energy band gap in TiO2 layer grown by doctor blade technique. The TiO2/N2 layer was prepared with concentrations of 0%, 15%, 25% and 25% calcined at 500°C for 3 hours. Characterization of band gap energy by using the UV-Vis spectrometer at a wavelength range of 200 nm-700 nm. The band gap energy is obtained by using the Swanepoel equation and Touch Plot method. The results showed that doping of nitrogen can decrease the band gap energy of 3.9250 eV, 3.8750 eV, 3.8375 eV and 3.9125 eV, respectively. The smallest energy band gap is obtained at 25% concentration that is 3.8375eV. Keywords: Coating TiO2/N2, transmittance, Band gap energy

Abstract

[Title: The Effect of dopping Al on the Value of Band Gap Energy Thin Film of ZnO] A research has been conducted on the effect of doping Al on the value of band gap energy thin film ZnO with variation of concentration Al 0%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%. A thin film ZnO/Al is grown on a glass substrate using a spin coating technique. The resulting thin film was characterized using a UV-Vis measure the ZnO/Al transmittance value in the wavelength range 200-700 nm. Then calculate the value of band gap energy using the Swanepoel and touc Plot and obtained value band gap energy at concentration 0%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10% successive is 3,94 eV, 3,25 eV, 3,24 eV, 3,22 eV dan 3,84 eV. Of the results obtained, the smallest band gap energy value at ZnO/Al 8% concentration of 3,22 eV. Keyword: Thin Film, Dopping, Band Gap Energy

Abstract

[Title : Effect Of Thin Layer Thickness TiO2/Al In Photocatalisles As A Metyelene Blending Textile Waste Blending] Research on the effect of TiO2/Al thin film thickness has been made with spin coating technique at a rotational speed of 1500 rpm for 20 seconds and 30 seconds. TiO2/Al thin layer was tested by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) to see thickness and morphology. The resulting thickness is 1, 300 μm for a 20 second rotation time and a thin layer with a 30 second rotation time of 4.841 μm thickness. Furthermore, photocatalysts were tested for the MB analysis of MB textile waste and from a 100 ppm factory exposed in the sun for 3 hours. The results of absorbance waste after photocatalyst using UV-Vis obtained the greatest degradation value of 94.17% for MB MB of synthesis and 15.11% in MB from factory waste with TiO2 Al 4% thin film. Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik konfigurasi Schlumberger yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan akuifer baik dari segi kedalaman maupun ketebalan akuifer di Desa Jati Mulyo Kecamatan Dendang Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Provinsi Jambi. Pengukuran di lapangan sebanyak 15 titik sounding dengan masing-masing panjang lintasan 400 m, diperoleh jenis batuan dan nilai resistivitas dari hasil pengolahan melalui software IPI2Win sebagai berikut, yaitu top soil dengan nilai resistivitas 20 Ωm sampai 200 Ωm, lempung dengan nilai resistivitas berkisar antara 1 Ωm sampai 15 Ωm, kemudian lempung pasiran yang memiliki nilai resistivitas berkisar antara 15 Ωm sampai 29 Ωm, selanjutnya untuk pasir dengan nilai resistivitas berkisar antara 29 Ωm sampai 100 Ωm, dan kerikil dengan nilai resistivitas besar dari 100 Ωm. Lapisan pasir dan kerikil disini diduga sebagai lapisan yang membawa air (akuifer) secara baik, dikarenakan memiliki nilai porositas dan permeabilitas yang cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan 2D yang telah diolah menggunakan software RockWork 15, lapisan yang berpotensi sebagai akuifer berada pada kedalaman 20 m sampai 50 m. Dimana pola akuifer semakin mendalam dan menebal kearah timur laut. Selain itu akuifer juga berada pada kedalaman 75 m sampai 100 m di Barat Daya pemukiman Desa Jati Mulyo. Sehingga untuk ketebalan akuifer di Desa Jati Mulyo berkisar antara 25 m sampai 30 m. Kata kunci : Akuifer; Resistivitas; Schlumberger
