Abstract

This study aims to determine the rate of growth, survival, and feed conversion ratio in feed of Cyprinus carpio with Hylocereus polyhizus. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments in this study include 0% (P0), 5% (P1), 10% (P2), and 15% (P3). The method of feeding uses 5% feeding rate with a frequency of three times a day (morning, afternoon, evening). The research parameters observed included survival, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio and water quality. Quantitative research results showed the best survival at P3 of 92.5%, the best specific growth rate at P3 treatment was 0.04 g / day, the best feed conversion ratio at P3 was 1.06, while the results of qualitative research on water quality showed temperature, pH, Dissolved Oxygen is in optimal condition according to the water quality of koi fish. The conclusion of the 15% treatment study (P3) is the best dose of Hylocereus polyhizus substitution of Cyprinus carpio with increased survival and specific growth rate, and decreases the rate of feed conversion ratio.  Keywords: Cyprinus carpio, Growth, Hylocereus polyhizus, Production, Survival Rate.

Abstract

Government Regulation No. 37 of 2012 states that watershed management is a human effort to regulate the reciprocal relationship between natural resources and humans in the watershed and all its activities, in order to achieve sustainability and harmony of the ecosystem as well as increasing the benefits of natural resources for humans in a sustainable manner. Management of the Krueng Jreue Sub Watershed is important for efforts to maintain sustainability because the Krueng Jreue Sub Watershed is included in the upstream area which functions as a water absorption area which is important to maintain and manage, so that the utilization of the surrounding potential does not exceed its carrying capacity. The participation of communities living around the watershed area is important in efforts to preserve the function of the Krueng Jreue Sub-watershed. The aim of this research is to analyze community participation in the management of the Krueng Jreue Sub-watershed, Krueng Aceh Watershed, Aceh Besar Regency. This research was conducted in Gampong Sihom Lhok, Sihom Cot, Krueng Lamkareung, and Sinyeu, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research method uses descriptive. The research results showed that community participation in planting trees in the management of the Krueng Jreue Sub-watershed was highest in Gampong Sihom Lhok, namely 28.7%, then community participation in the form of guarding the riverbank was highest in Gampong Sinyeu, namely 35.5%, and community participation in not throwing away the highest level of waste into the river is in Gampong Krueng Lam Kareung, namely 39.4%.

Abstract

The availability of lime or lemon in Aceh is sufficient, even exceeding household needs, so it can be processed into other innovations for domestic use, such as dishwashing soap. Lime contains various beneficial chemical compounds, including: citric acid, which functions as a chelating agent that helps break down dirt and grease; and limonene, a natural compound that acts as a degreasing agent while also providing a fresh aroma. The innovation of producing organic dishwashing soap is highly needed by the community. Economically, the benefits of this dishwashing soap can help reduce household expenses, allowing families to reallocate their budget to other needs, such as fulfilling nutritional requirements. Environmentally, this eco-friendly dishwashing soap can help preserve water quality by reducing household waste pollution. For lime and suji leaf farmers, this innovation can increase the sales of their agricultural products, thereby boosting cross-sectoral economic growth at the grassroots level.
