Abstract

In the current millennium and globalization era, the multimedia aspect has a very important role in the dissemination of all information and news through faster and more effective information technology. This is very important to learn, because every professional individual must be able to access all kinds of diverse programs in multimedia applications. This study uses qualitative research to understand the problems deeper. The purpose of this research is to find out the positive implications of multimedia in developing regional ecotourism, and to anticipate the negative implications of the multimedia in spreading false news. Spreading public lies can create serious problems for the community. This results in the emergence of contradictions, hostilities and legal problems that ads to crime. The role of multimedia is expected to be able to provide many benefits in the exchange of information, technology in aspects of life, culture, politics and social economy, especially for the development of ecotourism branding in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Role of information technology in the development of tourism in the current era of globalization has a very important role in particular the marketing program of tourism branding products from every region throughout Indonesia. Dissemination of information uploaded in the internet media from the growth of tourist destinations and regional tourism attractions is easily spread throughout the world. Through internet video, images and news can quickly and effectively be accepted by every individual. Every company organization by accessing internet media can take advantage of their business opportunities, through various features and programs that are applied in multimedia, giving many choices which are effectively used. Business marketing branding can be uploaded and promoted faster according to market share. The tourism industry 4.0 is a challenge for every country in the world to compete in increasing the role of human resources in the tourism industry through the digital era. The more digital the professional, the more digital the more global. This study uses qualitative research that enables and understands the problem of deepening. The purpose of this study is to determine the multimedia implications of communication technology in building branding as a major factor synchronizing the development of the Tourism industry 4.0. The development of branding through multimedia programs will be very effective throughout the world in the concept of institutional or corporate positioning and must be managed properly.

Abstract

Telaga Biru Tourism Village is one of the attractions that offers the concept of rural life as its attraction located in Tanjung Bumi Village, Bangkalan, Madura. As a Tourism Village categorized as an Embrio Tourism Village, there are many successes that have been achieved by this Village such as being able to turn waste dumps into tourist attractions, tourism activities carried out in the Village can become the original income of the village that is able to prosper the local community, and so on. However, in its application, there are still many shortcomings that need to be addressed by the management of Telaga Biru Village. This study aims to find out the appropriate strategy in making Telaga Biru Village, which is now a Pilot Tourism Village, become a Developing Tourism Village. The type of research used is qualitative research.. The results of this study show that there is a need for the fulfillment of tourism village components such as building accommodation for overnight tourists and improving tourism village management such as the need for human resources who have competence in the field of tourism so that tourists can travel more comfortably.

Abstract

Tourism development at the Ngalang River Geosite has not been maximized. The purpose of this study is to find the new concept of tourism development in the region. The method used is deductive research which is qualitative in nature carried out in a descriptive which is exploratory in nature. The result of the research is the concept of geosciene center which refers to geotourism in Kali Ngalang. This concept emphasizes zoning aspects which are important for science and education.

Abstract

The phenomenon is very significant growth in tourism has been able to create business opportunities so high, but it still not fully captured well by the majority of higher education institutions in particular tourism. In fact their educational programs are still oriented in learning programs for development through academic curriculum that prepares graduates only in accordance with the needs of industry. Most graduates oriented as job seekers, but not as the creator of the workplace (job creators). It is necessary for the implementation of innovative educational development program that is able to change the mindset and creativity of graduates integrated focus on aspects of entrepreneurship. Needs and challenges for students who have the competence and dare to create business opportunities that are relevant to the development of a highly competitive global business. Relevant education programs for students expected to be able to understand the business opportunities in entrepreneurship. The education program should be directed by a model of entrepreneurial opportunities through an integrated approach and an internship program in abroad more professional and international perspective. The internship program with overseas by working practices more effective and more facilitated with infrastructure which more adequate. By coaching and mentoring through effective and professional in the international scale indeed. Entrepreneurial education program with the apprenticeship starts from: academic learning, social learning, mental switching, cross cultural learning, and the development of the motivation for the students to have a serious intent in entrepreneurship, or graduates capable more critical thinking to face the highly prospective business opportunities in tourism this time.
