Abstract

Perkembangan pasar modal suatu negara banyak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal yakni makro  ekonomi  negara  dan  faktor  eksternal  yakni  pengaruh  dari  negara  lain.  Penelitian  ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis  pengaruh  variabel makroekonomi  dan  indeks  pasar modal  dunia terhadap  pergerakan  Indeks Harga  Saham Gabungan  (IHSG)  di BEI. Variabel  yang  digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah BI rate, Kurs Dollar  terhadap Rupiah, Indeks Nikkei 225 dan Indeks Dow Jones Industrial Average (independent variabel) serta IHSG (dependent variabel). Jeni data berupa  data  sekunder  yang  diperoleh  dari  website  terkait  dengan  periode  waktu  pengamatan yakni mulai tahun 2008 hingga 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Error Correction Model  (ECM).  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  dalam  jangka  pendek  maupun  jangka panjang BI rate mempunyai korelasi negatif  terhadap  IHSG namun  tidak signifikan, kurs Dollar terhadap Rupiah mempunyai  korelasi  negatif  dan  signifikan  terhadap  IHSG  baik  dalam  jangka pendek  maupun  dalam  jangka  panjang,  indeks  Dow  Jones  mempunyai  korelasi  positif  dan signifikan  terhadap  IHSG,  indeks  Nikkei  225  mempunyai  korelasi  positif  dan  tidak signifikanterhadap  IHSG.  Nilai  R2 sebesar  0,573  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel  bebas  yang digunakan  dalam  penelitian  telah  berkontribusi  dalam  pembentukan  IHSG  sebesar  57% sedangkan 43% kekurangan dibentuk oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Abstract

Nowadays, people's use of plastic bags is increasing, especially in the domestic environment. Even though plastic waste is an item that is difficult to decompose naturally. This service seeks to understand the problems that exist in society in the form of the large amount of plastic waste. This service is part of community service. Namely in the form of ecoprint training whose products can be a substitute for plastic bags in everyday life. Service activities take the form of ecoprint training using community education and observation methods. The subject of this service is women in Dempelrejo Village. This activity uses tote bags and leaves around the house as the main materials. The stages of this service activity include: 1. Initial planning and assessment, starting from identifying and observing the conditions of the Dempelrejo community to determining the advantages and disadvantages as well as the objectives of the ecoprint training. 2. Preparation stage, providing equipment, materials and implementation location. 3. Implementation stage, explaining the techniques on how to have leaves, hitting the leaves, and soaking the totebag. The aim of the ecoprint training activity is to provide education to the Dempelrejo community to reduce the community's tendency to replace plastic bags with environmentally friendly tote bags. Apart from that, ecoprint products can be used many times to meet household needs. Moreover, the materials used in making ecoprints are materials that are easily accessible. This dedication emphasizes the importance of loving and protecting nature from the dangers of plastic waste which threatens the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how teachers use SBdP learning to influence students' creativity at SD 2 Mejobo Kudus. The second objective is to understand and explain the factors that hinder the teacher's approach. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The purposive sampling technique was used by the data sources: Sample criteria were used to select participants. To test the validity of the data, method triangulation was used, such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with teachers from Class IV A and B, research results on how teachers implement SBdP learning impact on the creativity of fourth-grade students, class teachers. choosing project-based learning strategies when teaching and the projects have already been created by the students. The results of the SBdP learning development, teacher preparation for teaching, such as preparing learning modules, preparing the materials to be taught, determining the projects to be made, scheduling the projects, tracking project progress, assessing project results, and evaluating SBdP learning using a projector. This research provides insights into the importance of teacher strategies and their inhibiting factors in the development of SBdP learning for the creativity of fourth-grade students. Internal factors are related to the experience, skills, and abilities of the teacher.
