Abstract

Compensation is used as a moderating variable in explaining motivation and competence towards employee performance. This research is meant in an explanatory research study which is used to prove the response of 97 employees to the variables studied. SEM analysis of WarpPLS 7.0 is used to answer the hypothesis in this study, the results show that low motivation is not able to improve employee performance and high competence has not been able to improve employee performance, on the other hand it explains that with good compensation support, it will be able to contribute which is real in increasing the influence of motivation and competence on performance to be significant, this is because the existence of a fair compensation system and in accordance with the workload of employees, will motivate them to work and maximize the competence of employees in completing their duties

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis kinerja aparatur sipil negara   dan meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat di Kantor Kelurahan Batangkaluku Kabupaten Gowa. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian, digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Selain  itu,  pengumpulan  data  juga  menggunakan  teknik analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis kinerja aparatur sipil negara dalam meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat sudah sesuai dengan indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur Kinerja aparatur sipil negara diantaranya kualitas, kuantitas, dan pelaksanaan tugas. Peningkatan pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Batangkaluku Kabupaten Gowa diantaranya berwujud, kehandalan, dan Ketanggapan.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Masyarakat, Analisis Kinerja

Abstract

The organization's implementation in achieving its objectives is largely determined by the extent of the capacity formed to produce optimal performance. This research aims to find out how to develop capacity in Regional Companies and offers a model of capacity building. This research took place at the Makassar Water Supply Company using a descriptive-qualitative approach, the data source obtained from the research informant consisted of directors and middle management level officials, members of the supervisory board, the Chairman of the Regional House of Representatives, experts in the field of management, NGO's that actively monitor the performance of Regional Companies as primary data sources, and secondary data sources obtained from documents available at related agencies. Research data obtained through interviews, observations, secondary data support. Data analysis is conducted based on qualitative analysis through data reduction stages, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. The results showed that capacity building based on Mc Kinsey capacity building framework in Makassar Water Supply Company has been applied to the aspects of aspirations, strategies, organizations skills, human resources, organization structure, system and infrastructure, and culture. The application looks strong on the aspects of aspirations, strategies, and organization structures, which seems to require development in the aspects of organizations skills, system and infrastructure, human resources, and culture.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk menjelaskan besarnya biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan R/C olahan ubi kayu dan besarnya nilai tambah olahan ubi kayu di Desa Paccellekang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bersama dengan Ibu – ibu PKK dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Desa Pacellekang, Kecamatan Pattallasang, Kabupaten Gowa dengan menggunakan metode observasi, sosialisasi (pendampingan) dan analisis nilai tambah olahan ubi kayu. Pengabdian pada masyarakat menghasilkan beberapa penjelasan bahwa biaya olahan ubi kayu per satu kali proses produksi adalah Rp. 48.500, dengan tingkat penerimaan Rp 84.000 , sehingga dapat diperoleh pendapatan Rp 35.500 dan besarnya R/C olahan ubi kayu adalah 1,75 artinya setiap Rp 1,00 biaya yang dikeluarkan memperoleh penerimaan Rp 1,75 dan pendapatan Rp 0,75 dengan demikian usaha tepung Mocaf menguntungkan. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari olahan ubi kayu adalah Rp 1,85 ,nilai tersebut adalah nilai tambah dari hasil pengolahan satu kilogram ubi kayu. Kegiatan ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada Ibu – ibu PKK dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Desa Pacellekang untuk memanfaatkan ubi kayu dengan tidak hanya menjualnya secara langsung tetapi juga mengelolanya melalui pembuatan tepung Mocaf sehinga dapat membantu peningkatan ekonomi rumah tangga mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee productivity at the Panakkukang District Office, Makassar City. Employee productivity is a crucial factor in achieving institutional goals, and both discipline and motivation play significant roles in enhancing work performance. This research employs a quantitative approach, using primary data collected through questionnaires and observations of employees. The analysis includes validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis testing using the F-test, T-test, multiple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination (R²). A total of 60 respondents were selected using the Slovin sampling technique. The findings reveal that the discipline variable has a significant positive effect on work productivity, as indicated by the t-test results (t-calculated = 7.132 > t-table = 2.002). Similarly, work motivation also significantly influences work productivity (t-calculated = 19.614 > t-table = 2.002). The F-test results show that discipline and work motivation simultaneously impact work productivity (F-calculated = 824.481 > F-table = 3.16). The multiple linear regression analysis further confirms the positive impact, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 96.5%, meaning that the independent variables account for 96.5% of the variation in work productivity, while the remaining 3.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
