This research is motivated by teacher discipline problem that is: some teachers are less timely present in school and enter class, teacher leave class while lesson still ongoing teacher just give task record and problem to student so that student is outside class and outside school during class time take place. The purpose of this research is to know the role of principal in developing civic responsibility attitude toward teacher discipline (Descriptive Study at SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang Class XI IPS1) and to know principal technique in developing civic responsibility attitude to monitor teacher discipline (Descriptive Study at SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang Kelas XI IPS1). The method of this research is descriptive with the depiction in fact, the data in the form of language expression and discourse is appropriate and systematic, qualitative research is a research used to examine the condition of the object that Scientific, where Researcher is as a key instrument. The results of this study indicate the role and responsibilities of principals to support teachers in improving teacher competence, supervision techniques performed by the principal is good at providing examples of discipline against teachers. The conclusion of this research the principal reminded teachers of every ceremony on Monday and meetings to salary and idolize the first day of each week, the principal conducts X-XII class visits, checks the teacher's teaching program such as syllabus, RPP, checks the X-XII class agenda and fix the layout of the room in the school. Suggestions in this study teachers are expected to be on time attend school and enter the classroom, the teacher does not leave the class during the lesson so that students are not outside the classroom or outside the school.

The research problem of this classroom action research is the low achievement to learn civics class XA SMA AL-Husen City of Tunjung Teja in the academic year 2017. The purpose of this research is to increase the students’ achievement on the subjects of civic education. The results of this research for the school is to improve the quality of civic education, besides that it is also useful for teachers and students. By doing classroom action research the teachers get experience in conducting the learning more interesting and enjoyable. This research implemented in three cycles, where each cycle includes the activities of planning, action, observation and reflection. The Subjects of the research are students of class XA as many as 28 students. The troubleshooting method used is to apply model problem posing learning on the subjects of civic education, the instruments of the research is using observation sheet increase student achievement. Implementation of the research conducted collaboratively with teachers as implementers and researchers act as an observer. The results of this research shows increased student achievement. The cycle I with an average of 53,58. The cycle II with an average 61,76. The cycle III with an average 80,26 Therefore this classroom action research is successful so the researchers recommended the implementation of model problem posing learning can be increasing the students’ learning outcomes on the subjects of civic education.

This research is motivated by the reality of the field when making initial observations that menunyarat that students are considered less active, less attention to the lessons described by teachers. One of the goals of this research is to improve the learning process by using Think Talk Write learning model which aims to improve student learning outcomes. The research design is done through two cycles, starting from planning, execution, observation, reflection, and continuing with next cycle planning. Classroom Action Research took place from January 12, 2017 to March 42017 by using data collection tools from test results and learning outcomes learning instruments. Students' learning outcomes in each cycle experienced an increase evidenced from the results of the cycle I 73% and 86% cycle II. Reinforced by the average of pretest result in cycle 1 is 54,16 while for result of postest for cycle I is 71,25, mean that in cycle I mean result of student learning up 17,09%, while for postest cycle II average 80.4 means that in cycle II the average of student learning outcomes up 9.15%. Based on the data, if the average pretest of cycle I is 54,16 and posttest result of cycle II 80,4 then the average increase of student learning result from pretest cycle I until post cycle II is 26,24%. Thus it can be concluded that using the Think Talk Write (TTW) model can improve student learning outcomes. So it is recommended for teachers related to education to apply and develop the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model as an alternative in improving student learning outcomes.

This research was aimed to describe how the role of the Badan Permusyawartan Desa in improving local democracy and to find out what are the obstacles of the Badan Permusyawaratan Desa in raising local democracy in the Desa Kramatlaban Kecamatan Padarincang Kabupaten Serang Provinsi. Banten. This research used qualitative research methods with data analysis techniques used which are descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were the Chairperson of the BPD Kramatlaban, the Secretary of the BPD Kramatlaban, Village head of the Kraatlaban, village secretary of the Kramatlaban and Kramatlaban Village community. The results of the study indicate that the BPD in Desa Kramatlaban has carried out its main tasks and functions, namely establishing Village Regulations with the Village Head, accommodating and channeling community aspirations, and carrying out the supervision of the performance of the Village Head properly. The obstacles of the BPD in carrying out its role are 2 (two) factors, namely internal and external factors. The following are internal factors: (1) Facilities, (2) Financial constraints, (3) Limited time. Whereas for external factors: (1) Less optimal participation from the community,. The efforts made by the BPD to improve local democracy are (1) Providing knowledge to the public about the importance of democracy, (2) Provide every information report on the implementation of the village community to the village government, and (3) Hold socialization with the community related to the functions and duties of BPD.

This research was based on the background of the problem of order that is, there were still street vendors who sell in the west plaza of Serang city. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Satpol PP in increasing orderliness of street vendors which were still sold in the west plaza of Serang city. This research method was descriptive with the factual depiction, data in the form of expressions, languages , and discourses that were precise and systematic. Qualitative research is research that is used to examine the scientific condition of the object, where the researcher was a qualitative instrument. The results of this study indicate the role of satpol PP in increasing orderliness of street vendors has been good at minimizing street vendors who sell in the west square of Serang city. The conclusion of this research confirms that the street vendors were not allowed to sell in the west square area of Serang city and to minimize the stubborn street vendors, the Satpol PPcarrying out the raids routine every day. The suggestion in this research was that the Satpol PP keeps monitoring and doing raids routine every day so that the street vendors will not sell in the west square of Serang city.

ABSTRACT Education is a medium that has a major role in creating quality humans and providing various aspects of life. The development and progress of a country can be seen from how education can form quality Human Resources (HR). In this digital era, technology development is increasing rapidly. This happens because of the world of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 where technology is the fundamental thing in it. Workers in all fields in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are required to have digital skills, such as in the fields of development, economy and education. Various kinds of technology should be applied in preparing for classroom learning. One of the uses of technology in learning that makes this possible is the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Where in reality that learning does not have difficulty in building by space and distance which is impossible if done naturally, but the expected reality can be realized through an innovation or renewal of the educational aspect through the concept of E-Learning. So that the use of existing or updated media is expected to be able to stimulate student motivation to be more interested in learning activities. This study aims to describe how the use of E-Learning-based Learning House media in increasing learning motivation for PPKn class XI TKJ students at SMK Negeri 1 Kragilan and to see what are the obstacles in using Rumah Belajar media and the efforts that can be made by teachers. in increasing student motivation. ABSTRACT Blended learning is applied to the PPLK 1 course for 6th-semester students by the lecturer in the PPLK 1 course which must be given to students of the PPLK study program and as a prerequisite before they are sent to school to implement PPLK 2 in the PPLK 1 course. also as a type of lecture in the form of Micro Teaching which will create prospective teachers of the Civics Study Program to become professional educators in the field of teacher training. The purpose of research in the form of a blended learning process is to train and prepare students as professional teacher candidates using a blended learning-based learning process, namely face-to-face learning and e-learning. The form of research used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that by applying blended learning to students in semester 6 of PPLK 1 courses, the PPKn Study Program, the learning process can be said to be successful and give a positive response to blended learning. The results of this study make students not feel that the learning process is monotonous and good. Supporting lecturers and students get good results from the PPLK 1 course learning process and gain experience of learning models using two activities, namely face-to-face learning and e-learning.

ABSTRACT Implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMA Al Husna Kedaung in 2015. With the regulation of the minister of education and culture regarding the implementation or implementation of the 2013 curriculum in elementary and senior high schools, the curriculum has been implemented in a many areas. Al Husna Kedaung High School is trying as much as possible in order to make the regulations of the Minister of Education and Culture successful and to realize national goals. (1) To find out the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in PPKn Learning at SMA Al Husna Kedaung.(2) To find out what are the teacher's obstacles in implementing 2013 Curriculum in Civics Learning at Al Husna Kedaung High School. (3) To find out the teacher's efforts in overcoming the obstacles to implementing the 2013 curriculum in Civics learning at SMA Al Husna Kedaung. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative descriptive analysis with primary data as many as 2 PPKn subject teachers at SMA Kedaung. The results of the study on the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum for Civics in SMA Al Husna Kedaung showed that: (1) Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum for Civics subjects at SMA Al Husna Kedaung had not run effectively because some teachers had not mastered the 2013 curriculum in the form of lesson plans, syllabus, KI- KD, prota, prosem, indicators, learning methods, learning strategies, learning approaches and assessment of learning outcomes. (2) Obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum for Civics subjects at Al Husa Kedaung High School. (3) The efforts made by PPKn teachers in overcoming the obstacles faced in implementing the 2013 curriculum are: Implementation of the 2013 curriculum at Al Husna Kedaung High School, by the 2013 curriculum guidelines.

Community service activities in the implementation of the maintenance of planting colorful flower village trees in Sukalaksana Village RW.01 RT.016 as a form of environmental conservation that needs to be cultivated, this activity is carried out with the involvement of the Sukalaksana Village community, Youth Organizations, and a team of KKM Students Group 11 UNBAJA 2021. The Maintenance of Planting Colorful Flower Village Trees in Sukalaksana Village RW.01 RT.016 is expected to be able to make the first tap of public awareness to have concern for the environment, especially in this flower village or also called by its original name Kaningan village. This activity not only aims to realize reforestation in Sukalaksana village, but it is also one of the work programs of the 2021 Unbaja Group 11 KKM team, In this community service program method, the team uses an activity method with several stages, namely the Planting Planning stage, Planting Preparation, Determination of Candidate Locations, Need for Number of Seeds, Planting Design, namely the preparation and selection of plant types. Next is tree planting, namely the stage of the tree planting process, from this community service the results obtained are increasing public awareness to have a concern for the environment and nature conservation, especially in this flower village in Sukalaksana Village.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the suitability of a teacher in compiling a learning implementation plan on Civics subjects at SMA Maulana Yusuf Kota Serang with the learning process carried out by the teacher during the teaching process in the classroom so that the flow of the learning implementation plan prepared by the teacher can be said. appropriate and serve as teaching guidelines and by the stages of learning steps from the introduction, core, and closing. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method because in this study, the title Preparation of the PPKn Teacher Learning Implementation Plan on the Suitability of the Learning Process in Civics Subjects, was by this research method, the data obtained were processed by descriptive analysis. And the results of this study it can be said that the preparation of the PPKn Teacher Learning Implementation Plan on the Suitability of the Learning Process in Civics Subjects at Maulana Yusuf High School it can be said to have been by the learning process carried out by Civics Education teachers at Maulana Yusuf High School Serang City with the support from the head schools, namely by supervising teachers of Civics subjects during the learning process in the classroom.
