Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa kinerja pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Karawang belum optimal. Beberapa faktor penyebab yang ditemukan, diduga disiplin dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang paling dominan pengaruhnya. Oleh karenanya masalah yang dirumuskan meliputi bagaimana disiplin, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten karawang. Apakah terdapat korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang hubungan korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja serta pengaruh dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dan eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data untuk menggambarkan masing-masing variabel menggunakan rentang skala. Sedangkan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin di Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang berada pada skala cukup tinggi, motivasi Kerja berada pada skala tinggi, kinerja pegawai berada pada skala tinggi, terdapat hubungan secara korelasional antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang. Kata kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of discipline and work motivation. The results of data analysis showed that discipline at Satpol PP of Regency Karawang is high enough, work motivation is high, Officer Performance is high, discipline and work motivation influences directly by partial and simultan to officer performance at Satpol PP Regency Karawang. Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan terluas di dunia. Potensi kelautan yang besar merupakan kekayaan yang tidak ternilai harganya. Namun, luasnya perairan belumlah tergali dengan optimal. Beberapa aspek yang mempengaruhi produksi perikanan,  antara lain: kemampuan dalam mengelola sumberdaya alam yang ada, baik dari segi permodalan, segi teknologi, maupun jumlah tenaga kerja pada sektor ini.Ketertarikan akan masalah ini, penulis mencoba meneliti apakah terdapat pengaruh jumlah Kapal Perikanan dan jumlah tenaga kerja (pada sektor perikanan) terhadap produksi pada sektor perikanan. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis data model regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17 dan data yang digunakan adalah  data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Statistik Perikanan Tangkap Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statisik,maka dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah Kapal Perikanan dan jumlah nelayan  berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil produksi perikanan di Indonesia atau pengaruhnya cukup besar terhadap produksi perikanan di Indonesia. Hasil F hitung tersebut dibandingkan dengan F tabel dengan dk pembilang 2 dan dk penyebut = 9 didapat F tabel sebesar 4,26 pada ? = 0,05. Karena F hitung (27.945) > F tabel (4.26), maka disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara Variabel  Jumlah Kapal (X1) dan Variabel Jumlah Nelayan (X2) secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Variabel Jumlah Produksi Perikanan (Y)

Abstract

Mutation and career development in Karawang Municipality is implemented in the hope to improve the performance of its employee. The purpose of this research wash to determine, review and analysis how much the effect of mutation and career development partially and simultaneously to the Performance of Echelon Structural Officer IV in the Governement of Karawang Municipality. The number of samples were 250 people, with the sampling technique of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and data was analyzed by using descriptive and verificative methods (Path Analysis). The research results indicates that descriptively, mutationis responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with each indicator of purpose. The implementation of career development is responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with the indicator of interest and satisfaction.The performance of official is responded as well for all indicators of the fulfillment of all necessary resources. Verificatively, the direct partial effect between mutation and official performance is on a low scare (R = 0.215) while the indirect effect is on a very low scale (R = 0.196). In the hypothesis testing, it was discovered that there is a significant relationship. Keywords: Mutation, Career Development, Performance

Abstract

The result of preliminary studies was found that Employees Performance is not optimal. Motivation and work satisfactin is the most dominant factor of influence. The research of target is obtaining empiric evidence and finding clarity of phenomenon and also conclusion about the influence of motivation and work satisfaction to employees performance PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang. Expected can giving something for development economic science especially; management development of institute, public service management, marketing management, human resource and generally of economic science. The method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sampling technique was used simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques is to expose each variable we,it used range scale. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of motivation and work satisfaction. The conclusion from the examination that Motivation at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 628,6. Work satisfaction at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 613,9. Employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 626,7. Influence directly motivation to employees performance of 31,25%, while the indirect influence of 3,06%. In total influences of motivation to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 34,31%. Influence directly work satisfaction to employees performance of 7,13%, while the indirect influence of 3,06%. In total influences of motivation to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 10,19%. Simultaneously influence motivation end work satisfaction to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 44,50%.

Abstract

This study aims for the purpose of this study, to explain the picture of Recruitment, Selection, and Employee Performance at PT. IK Precision Indonesia This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presentinganalyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The population of the number of employees is 139 people and the sample used is 103 people.From the results of the analysis of research data, several conclusions are obtained that: Recruitment of 5,229 and are in the agreed criteria. Selection of 5,173 and is in the Fair Agree criteria. Employee performance of 5,040 is in the criteria of quite agree. There is a correlation between Recruitment and Selection of 0.709, this shows that the relationship is strong and has a positive value. There is a partial influence of Recruitment and Selection of 55.6% and there is a partial effect of employee selection and performance of 17.1%. And there is a simultaneous influence between recruitment and selection on Employee Performance at PT. IK Precision Indonesia of 72.7% while the remaining 27.3% is the influence of other variables (ε) which are not examined. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk menjelaskan gambaran Rekrutmen, Seleksi, dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. IK Precision Indonesia Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Populasi dari jumlah karyawan adalah 139 orang dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 103 orang. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa : Rekrutmen sebesar 5.229 dan berada pada kriteria setuju. Seleksi sebesar 5.173 dan berada pada kriteria Cukup Setuju. Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 5.040 berada pada kriteria cukup setuju. Terdapat korelasi antara Rekrutmen dan Seleksi sebesar 0.709 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang kuat dan memiliki nilai positif. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Rekrutmen dan Seleksi sebesar 55.6% danterdapat pengaruh parsial seleksi dan kinerja karyawan sebesar 17.1%. Dan terdapat pengaruh simultan antara rekrutmen dan Seleksi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. IK Precision Indonesia sebesar 72.7% sedangkan sisanya 27.3% merupakan pengaruh variabel lain (ε) yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This community service was carried out at one of the MSMEs in Tama Toraja. This MSME operates in the food sector. The food business in question is Mie Basah. This wet noodle is called Mie Telor Nusantara. The problem faced by MSMEs is declining sales due to the large number of competitors. Development aims to increase sales. The result of this trial is that sales of Mie Telor Nusantara increase every month.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang bertujuan untuk menelaah dan mensintesis hasil-hasil studi sebelumnya mengenai pengaruh kompensasi, kedisiplinan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Literatur dikumpulkan melalui pendekatan sistematis menggunakan metode PRISMA, dengan sumber data berasal dari Google Scholar dalam kurun waktu 2020 hingga 2025. Dari hasil penelusuran, sebanyak 10 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara komprehensif. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan memiliki konsistensi paling tinggi dalam memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti memainkan peran penting sebagai mediator dalam kaitannya dengan kompensasi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja. Beberapa studi, seperti dari Pamungkas (2017) dan Arumpm Kunaraj et al. (2023), turut memperkuat bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memperbesar pengaruh tidak langsung antara kompensasi dan kedisiplinan terhadap hasil kerja. Oleh karena itu, strategi manajemen SDM yang mengintegrasikan ketiga aspek ini sera seimbang dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja

Abstract

Abstract: Work-related stress is a crucial issue in modern organizational settings, significantly affecting employees’ psychological well-being and overall company productivity. Physical exercise is widely recognized as an effective coping mechanism for reducing stress; however, there remains a lack of clarity regarding its optimal frequency in a managerial context. This study aims to systematically review national scholarly literature concerning the impact of exercise frequency on employee stress levels. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Articles were retrieved from the Google Scholar database using inclusion criteria: studies that investigated the variables of exercise frequency and occupational stress among Indonesian employees, published between 2020–2025, and available in full-text format. From 189 initial articles, 10 were selected following screening and quality assessment procedures. The synthesis reveals that regular exercise (3–5 times per week) significantly reduces stress, enhances emotional balance, and strengthens psychological resilience. Exercise also functions as a personal resource within the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and as a form of problem-focused coping in managing occupational stress. These findings underscore the need for organizational support through evidence-based health policies. It is recommended that companies design and integrate structured physical activity programs as part of long-term stress management strategies in the workplace.
