Abstract

The role of non state actor (NSA) in international relations should be connected with the two theories of IR: liberalism and constructivism. In both, the theories not only have strong faith in cooperation among states but also their main theoritical proposition and instrument have same unit of analysis : human being. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) of Indonesia, the largest islamic organization in the world with more than 50 million members, should be considered as a non state actor (NSA) that can play its role in countering the most recent serious threat of the world: terrorism and islamic radicalism. The International Summit of Moderat Islamic Leaders (ISOMIL) held by Nahdlatul Ulama on May 2016 in Jakarta which attended by 300 moslem leaders from more than 30 countries is interesting to be discussed in terms of its position as one of the influential organization in the islamic world. This paper will discuss the brief history of Nahdlatul Ulama of Indonesia, its role in eliminating islamic radicalism in Indonesia and spreading moderate islam to the world through ISOMIL. This paper is not intended to idealize the role of non state actor in comparing with the government or state actor itself, rather, to show the importance of contribution of non state actor in eliminatingislamic radicalism throught people to people in international cooperation.

Abstract

Workshop Alat Tes Psikologi sangat dibutuhkan bagi mahasiswa dan praktisi yang bergelut dibidang psikologi dan berada di lingkungan Pendidikan. Dengan dilakukan workshop ini maka akan menambah potensi mahasiswa untuk memahami tentang proses pengukuran alat tes psikologi. Disamping itu akan dipahami tentang cara pengukuran, penghitungan skoring sampai dengan hasil Analisa kepribadian. Pada proses ini yang harus hati-hati dalam melakukan Analisa kepribadian karena menyangkut kondisi psikologis individu. Hal itu dikarenakan untuk mengetahuinya sebuah kepribadian dari seseorang akan sulit dilakukan baik pada saat wawancara maupun kegiatan pengamatan yang lainnya. Salah satu cara untuk bisa mengetahui kompetensi individu dan dalam rangka memecahkan masalah individu baik menyangkut masalah pribadi, belajar, sosial, bisa dilakukan dengan cara tes psikotes. Maka dari itu sangat penting agar memahami dan mengetahui aturan main kode etik psikologi yang berisi rambu-rambu kinerja dalam menyajikan hasil tes psikologi secara valid dan otentik

Abstract

This article discusses assistance is preapring recrutmen system criteria for Demang Jaya Wonokerto cigarette factory employes. This research aims to increas effectiveness and efficiency in the employe recrutment process at the cigarette factory. The method used in this research is a case study and direct observation of the existing recrutmen process. The research result show that assistance in preparing recrutment system criteria can improve the quality of employees recruited and reduce erros in the selection process. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to Demang Jaya Wonokerto cigarette factory in improving employe performance and productivity.
