Abstract

In the development of power amplifiers, MOSFETs are widely used in the composition of the manufacture. As is known, MOSFETs have a longer on-off time loss compared to IGBT. The loss on the on-off time has an impact on the heat generated by the MOSFET. Class D Audio Amplifier is basically a Switching-Amplifier or Pulse Width Modulation-Amplifier. High efficiency means that it will produce low power dissipation, thus the power wasted is relatively lower when compared to class A, B or AB amplifiers. Because the class D audio amplifier can be said to be more economical because it does not require a large heatsink and a large power supply. The manufacture of the Class D power amplifier system uses a voltage of 28.5 volts DC on the final transistor IRF9530 AND IRF630 measuring the input transistors of 3.3 volts DC, 28.5 volts DC. In the test using an oscilloscope type LS 8050, 50 MHz frequency, the position of the audio input off of the amplifier has sound defects. Testing of the power amplifier is carried out when the treble on the input tone control is full db in the defective amplifier wave.

Abstract

In Islamic University of Lamongan (UNISLA), the use of electric energy is very important because there manyactivities in UNISLA it requires a lot of electrical energy and it can cause the waste of electrical energy.To overcome this, the need for a conservation and efficiency of electrical energy is needed. In this case, it is conducting an electrical energy audit. In this research, electrical energy auditing is done at Islamic University of Lamongan precisely in Building B and Building C. From the calculation of energy audit, it can be obtained the scoreof Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) electricity at Building B is equal to 21,28 Kwh/m2/year and at Building C is 37.59 Kwh/m2/year. From these calculations, when compared to the standards set by the government, the IKE score is included in the category of quite efficient. But the researcher wants an effort to save electricity. The saving opportunities are changes in the SOP ofbuilding facilities, the adjustment of energy-efficient building design, the application of energy-saving technologies, and the development of optimal human resources. In this research,the saving effort can be done using MCDM-Promethee method. It is a method that can make an alternative rank according to the criteria obtained where every criteria is calculated using Analytical Network Processor. (ANP) method. These criteria include economy, work culture, occupant comfort, the influence of technology application, and the sense of owning of the building.From the ranking results can be obtained that the alternative saving efforts in Building B and Building C of Lamongan Islamic University is a change SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) building facilities.

Abstract

Alternative methods and modeling control of motor speed with the voltage regulation method currently used, namely the constant Volt / Hertz method with Pulse With Modulation (PWM) with several advantages and disadvantages and showing possible advantages and disadvantages to achieve the new method compared to the used today.The characteristics of the use of PWM can be studied together with the use of Matlab / Simulink modeling.

Abstract

Sosialisasi dan penyuluhan K3 dan upaya penghematan energi kepada warga desa dilaksanakan agar masyarakat  mendapatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang keamanan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dalam perawatan dan pemeliharaan instalasi rumah serta mengupayakan secara maksimal penghematan dalam konsumsi daya listrik. Dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi masyarakat sangat antusias mengikuti acara dengan diskusi dan contoh kasus K3 kelistrikan, pemutaran video dan beberapa upaya-upaya penghematan energi yang dapat dilakukan di masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan dengan mendesain alat kontrol pendingin mini berbasis mikrokontroller. Dimana selama ini pendingin masih menggunakan cara-cara manual atau dengan bantuan kerja manusia. Alat pendingin mini ini terbuat dari tiga komponen yaitu  sensor suhu LM35, dan cooler, serta pengontrol yang menggunakan minimum sistem mikrokontroller. Program pada alat berbasis mikrokontroller ATMega328 ini dibuat dengan bahasa asembly atau C. Untuk mengetahui besarnya suhu di dalam air kolam digunakan LCD sebagai tampilan atau display. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah desain alat kontrol pendingin mini dengan menggunakan sistem mikrokontroller ATMega328 dengan instrument pendukung sensor LM35 sebagai pengontrol suhu di dalam box.

Abstract

In order to decrease fuel emissions as a staple of electricity generation, renewable energy is one of the choices in the context of green technology. Wind and solar energy are several choices of renewable energy sources that can be used as environmentally friendly power plants without carbon emissions and are cheap. The application of wind turbine and solar photovoltaic hybrids is mostly carried out in several countries, especially in the fulfillment of isolated land. The HOMER application is one application that can be used to simulate wind turbine and photovoltaic hybrids.

Abstract

The control of rat pest in rice nurseries to obtain increased production continues to be done. In an effort to overcome the problem of rat pest various alternative controls have been carried out, both in technical culture, physical mechanics, and chemically. To reduce the undesirable effects of using chemicals to control rat pets, it is necessary to use other alternative rat pets control. Based on these problems, this study conducted various test to create a design that could be used to repel rat pests. The method used includes electrical and systematic design. The steps taken include the sate of literature study then designing, manufacturing hardware and software integrating the system and testing and analyzing the system. Considering these theories, it can find out the programming of microcontrollers, LDR sensors, Cameras, Internet Networks, NE555, Solar Panels, and Accu.This study uses several tests, including testing the LDR sensor, Camera, Internet Network, NE555, Solar Panel and Accu. LDR sensor is functions to detect rat objects, cameras to take video directly, internet network to send video from the microcontroller to the user, NE555 to emit ultrasonic soungd waves to repel rat pests, solar panels as a source of electrical energy, and accu as electrical energy storage that produced solar panels. From all of test above we get results when the LDR Sensor detects a rat then the NE555 will emit ultrasonic waves, then the camera sends video via iot to usser.

Abstract

Electricity distribution systems that use aerial or ground wires often experience various disturbances. Disturbances that often occur are symmetry disturbances or asymmetric disturbances which can be in the form of a short circuit of one phase to the ground, between phases or the breakup of one or more. To determine the magnitude of the fault current is needed transformer distribution system analysis to determine the disturbances that will occur. The transformer which is the main equipment in a GI must be considered to get the right current and safety circuit. Designing an appropriate transformer setting is an effort to protect equipment, systems and consumer needs from interference that may occur in the distribution system. Calculation of the fault current and the magnitude of the transformer nominal current will be used as an important reference in determining the transformer setting in the distribution of voltage to consumers. From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that the relay feeder performance time is slower than the relay time in the calculation. The data in the field is still in a suitable condition (the difference is not too far away), so that the overall OCR - GFR settings in the field are still in good condition.
