Abstract

Keyword: UKM, Kontrak bisnus. Transaksi Bisnis ABSTRACT               Trade contracts for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are still not commonly used. Many SMEs are considering doing business with local and foreign buyers without using trade contracts. However, many facts show that SMEs that conduct transactions without trade contracts become confused because they lose their grip during a dispute due to the absence of the trade contract. In fact, trade contracts should be able to be a reference or legal basis that has been agreed upon together. Through descriptive qualitative research, the author tries to get a picture of how SMEs view the use of trade contracts for the purpose of smoothing their business. The results obtained turned out to be not far from conjecture, namely that SMEs in general do not really like using trade contracts and base their trust as a basis. To collect data and information, the author distributed questionnaires that gave open questions to 30 trainees at the Indonesian Export Education and Training Center (PPEI) - Ministry of Trade and conducted interviews with several training alumni SMEs. As a final result, the authors provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding SME training policies, that knowledge about trade contracts for SMEs needs to be improved so that SMEs can better ensure the smooth running of their business and avoid various risks due to defaults and disputes. Keywords: SMEs, Trade Contracts, Business Transactions.

Abstract

Many of Indonesia’s Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have potential products for export. Among them, some are supplying exporters or selling products to overseas buyers who come directly to them. Not much profit they get by means of indirect exports. Therefore, since 2010 the Ministry of Trade has held an Export Assistance Program. This program applies a mixed method between activities in the classroom, mentoring in the field and consultation both directly and online. Thefacilitator or coach is Widyaiswara and practitioner, with various expertise in the field of export. This program apparently has not produced optimal results even though the curriculum has repeatedly been refined. Therefore we need a study of what the causes are. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research traces data and documents, distributes questionnaires and conducts interviews with many parties involved. The results lead to the conclusion that the obstacles to the implementation of this program are due to the unavailability of standardized work mechanisms or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are understood together and are binding on all parties. Intensive and maximum cooperation from all stakeholders has not yet been realized and the progress of the participants’ progress to become an exporter has not been seriously worked on so that this program does not get maximum encouragement to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, motivation, and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia (Persero), Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. In the increasingly competitive aviation industry, improving human resources is essential to support company performance. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample consisted of employees selected using simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that training, motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that better training programs, higher work motivation, and a more conducive work environment lead to improved employee productivity. The practical implication highlights the importance for management to strengthen continuous training programs, establish effective reward and incentive systems, and create a healthy work atmosphere. This study is expected to serve as a reference for PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia (Persero) and other companies in the same sector in formulating human resource development strategies to enhance competitiveness
