Abstract

ABSTRACT Teachers' perceptions of sex education are key points in developing an appropriate sex education model for children to prevent sexual abuse. This study aims to determine teachers' perceptions about sex education, sexual harassment, and prevention of sexual harassment in the revolutionary era 4.0. The study was conducted in 5 SDNs and 5 MIs in Bogor Regency and obtained 124 teachers as respondents who were taken randomly. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study are (1) In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an understanding of sex education for children is needed as one of cultivating character in children so that they can be responsible for themselves and protect and avoid themselves from sexual violence. However, teachers 'perceptions of sex education are still taboo to discuss, so that teachers' understanding is limited by focusing on the boundaries of the relationship between men and women, and information related to sexual education that is conveyed to students is not systematic, situational in nature, not evenly distributed to all students; (2) teachers' perceptions of sexual harassment in the form of physical violence, psychological violence and unpleasant sexual violence against children; (3) teachers' perceptions in preventing sexual harassment by deepening children's religious values, recognizing physical or behavioral differences between boys and girls, recognizing children's family members, fostering student's courage, teaching the limits of genitalia, then teaching boundaries association of children. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) know comprehensively the increase in understanding of Nature of Science (NoS) groups of students who obtain guided inquiry learning models and groups of students who receive conventional learning, (2) analyze the criteria for increasing students' NoS understanding among students with self-efficacy levels. high and low. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design. The data analysis technique used was two-way ANOVA with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the average increase in NOS understanding of students who were given a guided inquiry learning model of 72.6 performed better with the informed category (already knowing and understanding aspects in NOS) while students who received conventional learning were 49.67 included in the category. naïve category (not knowing and understanding aspects in NOS); (2) There is a significant difference in the improvement of students' understanding of NOS between students who get learning with guided inquiry learning models and conventional learning; (3) There is a significant difference in increasing understanding of NOS between students with high self-efficacy tendencies with low self-efficacy, and students with high self-efficacy tendencies are much better at understanding NOS than low self-efficacy; (4) There is an interaction effect between the learning model and the level of self-efficacy together on increasing students' NOS understanding; (5) There is a difference in the improvement of students' understanding of NOS in students who have a tendency towards high self-efficacy who obtain guided inquiry learning models and students who receive conventional learning (6) There are differences in the improvement of students' understanding of NOS in students who have low self-efficacy tendencies who receive guided inquiry learning models and students who receive conventional learning. Abstract

The Qiroati method is a method for studying and understanding the Koran. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the Qiroati method in learning Al-Quran at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang. The research method is a case study. The research was conducted at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang with 30 respondents as the subject of research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity used time and place triangulation. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are in the form of information about the Qiroati method applied at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang. The results obtained are that the Qiroati method applies a system and how to read fluently, quickly, precisely, correctly and tartly without having to spell it. The teaching model in the Qiroati method uses teaching aids for classical teaching containing material in the Qiroati volume book. The teaching model in the Qiroati method uses teaching aids for classical teaching which contain material on the pages of the Qiroati volume book. The instructor must undertake Qiroati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma with which to teach the Qiroati method. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the application of the Qiroati method in learning Al-Quran at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of paternalistic leadership styles on teacher job satisfaction at SDIT AR-Rohmaniyah, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using correlational techniques and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results of the analysis of the influence of the principal's paternalistic leadership style (X1) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) at SDIT AR Rohmaniyah Kec. Tanah Sareal Bogor City which has been carried out by researchers, from the results of the answers to a questionnaire that has been distributed to 44 respondents using the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it is concluded that there is a positive but insignificant effect between the principal's paternalistic leadership style on satisfaction teacher work.

Abstract

One of the 21st century skills that students need to master is problem solving skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the problem solving abilities of fifth grade Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in science subjects based on Polya rules. This research is a descriptive quantitative research involving 30 grade V students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 01 Ciasmara Pamijahan, Bogor Regency in the 2019/2020 academic year who were taken by purposive sampling. This research instrument is a test of problem-solving ability on environmental pollution material which contains 20 question items. The data processing technique was carried out descriptively by calculating the mean and percentage of each item to obtain a description of the student's problem-solving abilities based on Polya's rules. The results of this study indicate that (1) the average problem-solving ability of students in the aspect of understanding the problem is 82.43%, categorized as very good; (2) the average student's problem-solving ability in the aspect of making problem-solving plans was 53.84%, categorized as sufficient; (3) the average student's problem-solving ability in the aspect of implementing the problem-solving plan was 75%, categorized as good; (4) the average student's problem-solving ability at re-checking the solution was 39.42% in the poor category. So it can be concluded that the problem solving of class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students on environmental pollution material based on Polya's rules is in the good category with an average percentage of 65%. Abstract

Teacher work loyalty is a measure of loyalty which is described by the ability of employees to defend and maintain the company / organization both in the area and outside the work area. This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty..

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) aims to provide education and assistance for Economic Actors in Sukajaya Village, Bogor Regency, by providing education on understanding and adequate counseling about the creative economy. The implementation of PKM activities starts from September 10 to October 9, 2021. The method of implementing PKM activities in Sukajaya Village is in two ways, namely in the form of direct services in the form of (1) SME Assistance, and (4) Handcrafts (Handicrafts), and indirect services in the form of (1) Economic Seminars, (2) Hydroponic Planting. The results obtained from these activities are an increase in public knowledge about the creative economy, compiling business financial reports, and having an understanding of tips on how to do business, especially for young people. Success in the implementation of activities can be seen from the high participation of citizens in our activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the contribution of entrepreneurship leadership to the quality of graduates in Vocational High Schools throughout Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using correlational techniques an analyzed using simple regression techniques. The results of the analysis contribution entrepreneurship leadership of the principal (X) to the quality of graduates (Y) in Vocational School throughout Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency which has been carried out by researchers, from the result of the questionnaire answers that have been distributed to 112 respondents using the SPSS version 21 program. Based on the test results Simple liniear Regression concluded that there was a positive an significant influence between the entrepreneurship leadership of the principal on the quality of graduates.
