Abstract

This paper aims to find out the factors influencing the people of Aceh Tamiang in wearing Islamic dress properly and effectively as stated in Article 13 of Qanun No. 11 of 2002. Using purposive sampling method, the subjects of this study were determined to be 75 people consisting of 15 (fifteen) teachers/lecturers, 15 (fifteen) office workers, 15 (fifteen) merchants, and 30 (thirty) university students. The data gathered via interview, observation, and questionnaire was analysed through qualitative approach. The result shows that the factors influencing perception formation of people of Aceh Tamiang towards Islamic dress in Article 13 of Qanun No. 11 of 2002 consist of external and internal ones. The external factors are: (1) the lack of information received by people about the criteria of Islamic dress in Article 13 of Qanun No. 11 of 2002, (2) the limited script of Article 13 of Qanun No. 11 of 2002 received by the people, and (3) the less appropriate and effective socialising system done by the government of Aceh, and the small number of the people who admittedly have ever read the content of Article 13 of Qanun No. 11 of 2002. The internal factors are: (1) the people’s lack of understanding towards Islamic dress stated in Article 13 of Qanun No. 11 of 2002, (2) the presumption that Arabic culture (Arabism) as Islamic teachings particularly in dress code, and (3) the desire to show up-to-date fashion style while not deserting Islamic dress code. Therefore, there is unity between Islamic values and local culture with globalisation/foreign culture.Keywords: internal factors, external factors, Islamic dress code, article 13 of Qanun No 11 of 2002.

Abstract

Abstrak.This article is an attempt to compare between the Syariah Economic Law and the of Majallat al-Ahkam al-Adliya on the concept of Musyarakah mutanaqishah. The analisis is based on the assumption that both have different concept. It is found that the concept of Musyarakah mutanaqishah which the former referred to is more detail and systematic than the latter. However, the Majallat al-Ahkam has become the most important part for the development of the Islamic Economic Law in the world today. Abstract

Stock price is the most important indicator in assessing the successful management of a company. If the company's achievements are good, investors orpotential investors will be interested in buying the company's shares. The problemof this research is the stock price at PT. Adhi Karya Tbk experienced fluctuationsfrom 2015-2022. This study aims to determine, describe, and analyze the effect of financial performance as measured by profitability ratios, namely Return On Assets (ROA), solvency ratios, namely Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and activityratios, namely Total Asset Trunover (TATO) partially or simultaneously. to the share price at PT. Adhi Karya Tbk. This type of research is aquantitative research, the data source used is secondary data taken through the company website www.adhikarya.co.id with time series data in quarterly from of 32 samples. This research uses SPSS version 25 software. Partial research resultsshow that Return On Assets (ROA) has no effect on stock prices as evidenced bythe value of tcount< ttablewhich is 0.155 < 2.051 and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has an effect on stock prices as evidenced with a value of tcount> ttable,namely -4.467 > 2.051 and Total Asset Trunover (TATO) has no effect on stockprices as evidenced by the value of tcount< ttable, namely -0.073 < 2.051. While theresults of the study simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Trunover (TATO) affect stock prices with a value of Fcount > Ftable, namely 9.845 >2.96.
