Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of buying interest to the decision purchasing Muslim clothes on Sedia Toko Peureulak East Aceh. The sample in this study was 96 consumers, and the analysis equipment used simple linear regression equations, partial t-test, correlation coeffi cient, and determination coeffi cient testing. Based on the research results obtained by Y = 10.018 + 0,567X, testing coeffi cient correlation of 0.569, testing the determination coeffi cient 0.324 and testing hypotheses in the obtained tcount > ttable or 6.716 > 1.985 and tsig < 5% or 0.00 < 0.05. Thus the hypothesis of allegedly effect buying interest to decision purchasing Muslim clothes in East Aceh Peureulak Sedia Toko accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction on Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa, and how much infl uence the product differentiation on customer satisfaction on Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa. Implemented by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear regression by looking at the coeffi cient of determination, correlation coefficient and F test. The results showed that there was a signifi cant infl uence between product differentiation variables and customer satisfaction. From the calculation of the F test it is known that the F count = 82.088 with a signifi cance level of 0.000 <0.05. Product differentiation has a coefficient of determination of 0.466. It can be concluded that the product differentiation variable infl uences consumer satisfaction on Jassuke Cikarasa Langsa.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the infl uence of motivation, behavior and understanding of community decisions in choosing islamic banking, this study uses non-probability sampling technique through purposive sampling method with a sample of 84 people, not all populations can be sampled with certain considerations. the results of this study that motivation has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks, behavior has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks and understanding has a positive and signifi cant effect on people’s decisions in choosing Islamic banks both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coeffi cient of determination, it can be concluded that motivation, behavior, and understanding infl uence community decisions by 0.471 or 47.1%, while the remaining 52.9% is infl uenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to fi nd out factors that infl uencing costumers loyalty about murabahah fi nancing at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa and to determine the effects partialy and silmutanously to murabahah fi ancing costumers loyalty. There are factors that infl uencing murabahah fi nancing costumers loyalty including the infl uence of service factors, facility factors, and location factors. This study used the quantitative approach. The total of respondent are 80 costumers. Sampling this study was carried through probability sampling and simple random sampling , rarely the technique of determining to selected sample without regard to the levels in the population. This study used quesioners as many as 20 items questions that were assesed with a likert 1-5 scale and used validity and reliability test. The test of assumptions were, tests of multicollinearity, heteroscedastisitas, normality, linearity then analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the determination test method F test and t test. Base on multiple regression analysis at 5% signifi cance level show that simultaneously service factors, facility factors, and location factors have signifi cant positive effect to murabahah fi nancing costumers loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, and then there are signifi cant positive effect of the facility factors to murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty and the location also has a signifi cant positive infl uence on murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, facility factor have the most dominant infl uence on murabahah fi nancing costumer loyalty at Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Adeco Langsa, with a signifi cance of 0,000 less than 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality factors on the satifi cation of members of the Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa (KOMIDA) Branch of Aceh Tamiang. In this study, the samples taken were 96 respondents. The researcher used quantitative research methods. The technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. Partial result (t test) service quality factors that have a signifi cant effect on member satisfaction consist of tangiable (BF) of 0.001 < 0.05 reliability (KH) of 0.006 < 0.05 assurance of 0.016 < 0.05 and emphaty of 0.001 < 0.05 while responsiveness (DT) of 0.275 > 0.05 did not signifi cantly infl uence member satisfaction. Simultaneous test result (test F) show a signifi cance value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the factors of service quality, tangiable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty have a signifi cant effect on satisfaction of members of the Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa (KOMIDA) Branch of Aceh Tamiang. Then the results of the R-Square test are 0.52 which means that 52% of member satisfaction can be explained by the factors of service quality consisting of tangiable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty while the remaining 48% is explained by other variables that are not entered in this study.

Abstract

AbstractThe main problem discussed here is The Domestic Responsibility of Economic Development in Islam, focusing on economic growth analisis of fisherman community in Lhokseumawe. The objective of this discussion is to illustrate the whole things related to right and obligation of husband and wife in the household, particularly the fisherman’s family. This is a qualitative-explorative study. The primary source of data in this study was found from participant observation, questionnaires, and from interview, while the secondary data was collected through document analysis as well as library research which were related to economic growth issues of fisherman’s community. The analysis of data was done through interpretation of proposition which was based on the opinion of Islamic Law Expert (Fuqaha) or Islamic scholars. The result of research shows that Islam recommends that the position of man and women or husband and wife have the same right and obligation based on Islamic Shari’ah. According to Quranic values and Islamic point of view, the position of husband and wife are the same in term of right and obligation in surviving family and educating children, in associating with the community, and also the same right before the law. In case of family economic development, especially for lower scale family as it is experienced by the fisherman’s family in Lhokseumawe, the involvement of wife in working to survive the family is significantly influenced for increasing family income. The efforts of women or wifes to earn for living are very limited because most of the fisherman’s community think that the main responsibility or obligation of earning money to survive the family is burdened exclusively on husband as the head of family. It is necessary to inform and enlighten comprehensively that Islamic Shari’ah has recommended the same right and obligation between husband and wife forimproving welfare of their family.Keywords: Domestic Responsibility, fisherman’s family, economic development

Abstract

Abstrak.This article is an attempt to compare between the Syariah Economic Law and the of Majallat al-Ahkam al-Adliya on the concept of Musyarakah mutanaqishah. The analisis is based on the assumption that both have different concept. It is found that the concept of Musyarakah mutanaqishah which the former referred to is more detail and systematic than the latter. However, the Majallat al-Ahkam has become the most important part for the development of the Islamic Economic Law in the world today. Abstract

Research this aim for conduct direct research related to the influence of the emergence of an online transportation system in the life of the community in terms of aspects of unemployment and also the welfare of the people in Medan City. This research was conducted at PT. GO-JEK Indonesia in Medan, North Sumatra Province with use method quantitative . On research this use technique SEM analysis methods with the help of Smart PLS program. Based on the results of statistical calculations after researched , then can be concluded that: the existence of online transportation has a significant positive effect on the unemployment rate directly. This can be proven from the t-statistics value of 86,750, the existence of online transportation has a significant positive effect on welfare directly. This can be proved from the t-statistics value of 5, 638, and with their online transportation positive 5,638, effect on the welfare of the signifikcant directly through variable unemployment. This can be proven from the t-statistics value of 4,880. Thus, the H1, H2 and H3 hypothesis in this study was accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect level of inflation, transaction of interbank sharia money market and sharia investment to yield sharia certificate of Bank Indonesia period January 2012 - December 2017. The data used are time series data period January 2012 - December 2017 published by BI and OJK. The method of analysis used in this research is Vector Auto Regression (VAR) models. Results of Granger Causality analysis show that, there is a pattern of one-way causality between inflation with transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS) and yield sharia certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS), there is a pattern of one-way causality between sharia investment with transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS) and there is not a pattern of one-way causality between yield sharia certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) with transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS) and sharia investmentin Indonesia period 2012-2017. Results of Impulse Response Function analysis show that, inflation response most quickly reach stability when shock occur in the variable transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS). Transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS) response most quickly reach stability when shock occur in the variable sharia investment. Sharia investment response most quickly reach stability when shock occur in the variable sharia investment. Yield sharia certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) response most quickly reach stability when shock occur in the variable transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS). Result of Variance Decomposition analysis show that, the variable that gives the most contribution to inflation, transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS), sharia investment and yield sharia certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) is inflation, transaction of interbank sharia money market (PUAS), sharia investment and yield sharia certificate of Bank Indonesia (SBIS) it self.
