Abstract

Minimum Service Standard (MSS) for the implementation of elementary and secondary education schools is a technical specification as a benchmark of minimum services that must be done by the district / city government in organizing schooling activities in the field of primary and secondary education.A measure of the success of the performance of the national education system is the guarantee of education accountability, one of the indicators is the enactment of an effective quality assurance management system in education to protect the community. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The influence of the leadership of the principal on the effectiveness of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of junior high schools in Sukabumi City.2) Influence of teacher performance on the effectiveness of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) of junior high schools in Sukabumi City.The method used in this study is quanttif, with the data analysis technique using inferential descriptive statics. The results of the study showed that the principal's leadership variable (X1) directly affects the effectiveness of the implementation of junior high school SPM in Sukabumi City by 4.5%, and indirectly (through teacher performance) by 1.6%.While the influence of teacher performance (X2) on the effectiveness of junior high school implementation in Sukabumi City by 15.4%.Therefore, it can be concluded that 1) There is an influence between the leadership of the principal on the effectiveness of the implementation of junior high school in Sukabumi City.2) There is an influence between the performance of teachers on the effectiveness of the implementation of junior high school in Sukabumi City.3) There is the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher performance together on the effectiveness of the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) of junior high schools in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Service quality based on education to evaluate student satisfaction at MIS Mathlail Khoir. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of educational services on student satisfaction as well as to explain the quality of educational services and student satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis with a population of 405 students and the sampling technique is cluster sampling of 100 students assigned to students in class V and class VI. These instruments are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis method was carried out using correlation techniques and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that the quality of education services and student satisfaction in the school was said to be high with a mean value of X 75.83 while Y was 48.34. And shows that there is a significant influence between the quality of education services on student satisfaction from the regression equation obtained by Y'= 33.889+0.191X showing that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 10.5% while 89.5% is influenced by other variables not examined..

Abstract

Home study led to a disintegration of the covid-19 spreading chain. In applying home learning systems, parents play a vital role in the student learning process during the current long-range learning system. So with home learning, it is the parents who become educators at home in place of teachers. This research aims to identify what can be problematic for parents in educating children during the covid-19 pandemic. The study involves a qualitative method that offers research interviews, observation and documentation. Among the problems of parents in educating children in the time of the covid-19, children are often in a changed mood, children are less disciplined, children are bored at home, parents need additional quotas to develop the activities of BDR, of course there is much work to be done in developing good communication to develop a good mood for children especially to carry out remote lessons, Guiding and providing motivation for children to be more disciplined, educating children, varying and innovative indoor activities so that they do not get bored quickly.

Abstract

This research is based on the demands of the community's needs for quality and higher-quality education. Supervision is an important thing that needs to be done in an effort to improve the quality of education. This supervision is in the form of encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to grow teacher expertise in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of school principal supervision in improving teacher performance. This research was conducted at MI Sirojul Athfal Pondok Rajeg Cibinong Bogor. This research is based on the boardman's theory of supervision. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method supported by data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of informants in this research were the principal and two teachers. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervision of the principal at MI Sirojul Athfal goes well every semester on a regular and scheduled basis. In stimulating teacher performance, the principal provides support, facilities, and appreciation for teachers. In coordinating teacher performance, the principal holds related coordination meetings, evaluates learning, conducts peer tutoring, and involves teachers in community activities. The school principal provides input, suggestions, and solutions related to difficulties faced by teachers, and in an effort to improve teacher performance, the principal provides motivation and optimizes facilities. Abstract

student discipline is a rule that always exists in the educational environment, disciplinary attitude is a mandatory attitude and must be possessed by every individual, especially schools. School is one of the educational environments after family education that must pay attention to student discipline in participating in the learning process, because it needs cooperation between parents, principals and teachers in improving student discipline. By increasing the attitude of discipline, management is also needed, the management needed is student management which regulates student activities at school and also plays a role in increasing student discipline. The implementation of management in schools certainly plays a very important role in an activity that is carried out effectively and efficiently to improve school performance in achieving educational goals. in this research conducted at MTs Al Falah, Tapos District, Depok City, which is an institution that supports students to live a disciplined life. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the subject were school princhipals, class VIII teachers, vice principals and guidance and counseling teachers.The results of the study show that the implementation of student management in improving student discipline has been carried out well. However, the attitude of discipline must be further enhanced by imposing penalties or sanctions for those who violate it, and student management must be able to manage students more effectively Keywords: discipline, student management
