Horticultural crops or green plants have a great possibility of increasing because they have a high monetary value and a truly open market potential, both locally and abroad. Capacity as a supplier of different nutrients, minerals, fiber and blends for healthful satisfaction. As a financial capacity, green harvest is a type of income for farmers, traders and industry. With the many elements of green plants as will be described, there are also inhibiting elements that cause agricultural crops to not develop ideally, this is due to one element of disease. The strategy used in this paper is a subjective technique, with library research procedures. The information used is from the Statistical Measurement Agency (BPS). In collecting information involves references related to the creation of plants in Indonesia. The agrarian business sector will contribute, among others, to job retention and the production of higher added value in the various items submitted. The sub-area of agriculture that has a high possibility to be developed is the sub-area of food crops. Keywords: natural resources, horticultural crops, crop yields, market potential

In measuring the welfare of society, we can use the Human Development Index as one of the measurement tools. However, not all aspects can be measured by human development, but at least the Human Development Index can provide an overview of the implementation of development with three basic indicators namely; quality of health, educational attainment, as well as economic level in the form of the level of buying interest in the community. on December 31, it was recorded in data from the Ministry of Home Affairs that Muslims in Indonesia reached 237.53 million. Or right at 86.95 of Indonesia's population of 273.32 million people. However, it is very unprofitable if the people of Indonesia do not become a country with a prosperous society. With the largest Muslim population in the world, it is not something that is taboo if Indonesia pays special attention to economic development with sharia principles, considering that Islam is a universal religion, it certainly does not hinder diversity. The participation of women clearly cannot be underestimated, the resilience of women in facing the crisis in 1998 is one of the concrete evidences recorded in the history of the nation's economy. In many developing countries, the movement of women from the agricultural sector to the industrial sector is faster than men. Bibliography research is research that is carried out by using a library in the form of books, memos, and information from previous research results. . On the other hand, the method used is story and analysis. This research results that in improving the economy and increasing the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, women have a very significant role in advancing MSMEs in Indonesia.
