Abstract

This study aims to find out the thought of Abu Ya'la concerning public finance supervision according to Islamic law in the book of al-Aḥkām al-Sulṭāniyyah. This research is qualitative descriptive research with library research method and juridical-philosophical approach. The results showed that construction of Abu Ya'la's thought on public finance supervision was included in the system of hisbah, i.e. the system of the indication and the possibility to involve two parties; (1) an independent institution created by the government to supervise the financial management of the state, whether structural in the state institutions or independent purely and non-structural; (2) other parties involved in this efforts is society, so that the entire community of people are kindly participated in the oversight efforts. In Abu Ya'la's perspective, a Hisbah institution is not a pro justicia institution that does not have the right to impose criminal or civil sanctions, but has the right to listen to public complaints about the deviation of the state's financial management and cooperate with law enforcement agencies making claims.

Abstract

Baruga village, Bantimurung sub-district is an area in Maros district where the majority of the original population is Muslim. The existence of Islam in Maros has been around for a long time, namely with the entry of Raja Gowa and Tallo which have a direct border area with the Marusu Maros kingdom so that the Islamic life of the Baruga Village Community, Bantimurung Maros sub-district looks so real. The purpose of Real Work Lecture (KKN) III Stiba Makassar is to realize community service which is one of the pillars of the tri dharma of higher education. The method of implementing this program begins with conducting a field review based on an independent instrument. The results of the KKN program show the importance of community service programs by seeing the benefits felt by KKN participants, the community and the government. Religious activities which are the main orientation of this program have been successfully carried out, as well as social activities, organizational activities and the active role of KKN participants with the government in successful community development efforts.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) STIBA Makassar Batch V in Kalebajeng Village, Bajeng Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, aims to do community service as a form of the Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. The method of implementing the service program begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR Analysis. After the analysis is carried out, the work program is prepared according to the needs of the community. Work programs that have been successfully implemented are Body Management Training, Fiqh Studies of Worship, Tahsinul Qira'ah and Ramadan Islamic Boarding Schools. All of these work programs have been implemented and have shown good initial results and will be followed up by the Wahdah Islamiyah Branch Leadership Council, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal status of the practice of auctioning mosque donated goods in a review of Islamic law, in Popenga Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using inductive/qualitative data analysis, which is to provide a systematic, complete and actual picture of situations and events, regarding the factors and characteristics that influence each other and explain the relationship of the problems being studied. The results of the research show that the auction of goods donated to the mosque in the village of Popenga is to put goods into the mosque with the aim of donating or donating, then auctioned so that the goods are turned into money, thus the funds are used as the cost of building a mosque. The procurement of auctions and transactions like this is prohibited in the mosque because it is not in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

This research aims to find out an overview of Islamic law regarding the addition of measurements for buying and selling coffee in Buntu Mondong Village, Buntu Batu District, Enrekang Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of field research, using normative juridical, sociological, and case study approaches. The results of the research were found as follows: First, the practice of buying and selling coffee using liters with additional measurements for each liter in Buntu Mondong Village, Buntu Batu District, Enrekang Regency aims to fulfill the measurement of one liter, which is equivalent to 0.65 kg/liter, and this practice has been achieved. generally, applies in society and has been going on for generations, from the past until now. So, this additional measurement cannot be said to be a form of fraud committed by collectors in measuring when buying coffee from farmers. Second, a review of muamalat jurisprudence regarding the practice of buying and selling coffee using liter measurements with additional measurements for each liter in Buntu Mondong Village, Buntu Batu District, Enrekang Regency, which is permissible because it is harmonious and the conditions for buying and selling in the transaction have been fulfilled and there are no prohibitions on buying and selling. that occurred, including that there were no fraudulent practices carried out by muta'āqidain (people who entered into a contract) in the buying and selling transactions.
