Abstract

This study aims to know and understand management and the application of sharia property contracts at PT. Khansa Properti Syariah in the perspective of fiqh muamalah. This research is a qualitative field research using a normative juridical approach. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in management there are three stages, namely planning or marketing, launching or during marketing, and post-marketing. PT. Khansa Property Syariah pays great attention to location determination, pricing, building quality, services, buying and selling transactions, promotional media, and the Islamic environment. The practice of applying the contract of sale and purchase of property by PT. Khansa Property Syariah uses the bay' istiṣnā` contract in the sale and purchase transaction of the property in accordance with the muamalah fiqh perspective because the buyer has the right to discuss the contents of the contract but within the limits given by PT. Khansa Property Sharia. Likewise, management and marketing have fulfilled the terms of sale and purchase and do not conflict with Islamic law according to the perspective of muamalah fiqh. The implications of this research for PT. Hopefully Khansa Properti Syariah in the future will always implement the implementation of buying and selling according to Islamic law. In carrying out the property business, the company should also have large capital even without involving a bank, so that buyers do not have to wait long for their houses to be built.

Abstract

Tukamase Village is one of the villages where STIBA Makassar Community Service Program (KKN) III students are placed, in Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. All people of Tukamase village are Muslims of various ages, ranging from children to the elderly people, so the planned activity program was directed to people of various backgrounds. Among the programs formulated by STIBA Makassar Community Service Program (KKN) III students were programs of the Koran discourse. The purpose of this program was to enhance the competence and understanding of reading the Koran properly. The details of Koran discourse consisted of: (1) basic Koran learning at TKA/TPA; (2) dirosa; (3) enhancement of recitation; (4) discourse of history of the Prophet; (5) discourse of Koran interpretation; (6) language discourse (Arabic); (7) Koran donation. Most people of Tukamase before participating in the Koran discourse programs had minimum competence and quality of understanding Koran, such as being unable to read the Koran fluently, not understanding the rules of recitation, and even among participants were those who were illiterate in the Koran, and after participating in the activities in Koran discourse, people of Tukamase had developed in terms of competence and quality of understanding the Koran, especially in terms of pronunciation of the letters and reading the Koran according to the rules of recitation. In addition, Koran discourse program also provided a positive influence in fostering the intensity of Muslim community at Tukamase village’s interaction with the Koran.

Abstract

The village of Tukamasea is one of the villages that has become a post for the placement of class III STIBA Makassar students in the Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. The implementation of community service scheduled by KKN STIBA Makassar students aims to facilitate the development of the quality of understanding of Muslim Muslim religion in Tukamasea Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. Through the implementation of Islamic dirose which is manifested through various Islamic education and teaching programs for Muslim women. Through community service programs implemented in various dirosa Islamiyah activities for Muslim women in Tukamasea Village, it can be concluded that most of the Muslim women in Tukamasea Village before joining the dirosah Islamiyah program have knowledge and understanding of Islam. which is minimal and after participating in dirosah islamic activities, Muslim women in Tukamasea Village have an increase in knowledge and understanding of Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of STIBA Makassar Real Work Lecture (KKN) with the concept of “KKN Kemanusiaan of West Sulawesi” is to realize community service which is a pillar of “Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi”. The method of implementing this program is to map the problem using SOAR analysis. After analyzing the problems and needs of the community, several appropriate work programs are prepared. Successful work programs are Dirosah Method of Al-Qur’an Learning, Weekly Taklim, Community Service, Tablig Akbar, TK/ TPA, Clean Friday, and others. The results of the activities showed that STIBA students are able to serve the people affected by the disaster seriously so that they get a lot of social experience. The community of Ulumanda, especially in Kabiraan village, feel very helped by the presence of students during KKN there and fully support the implementation of “KKN Kemanusiaan STIBA Makassar” for the recovery of the state of the community after the earthquake disaster. All parties expect the sustainability of KKN activities in terms of construction both formally and non-formally for Kabiraan village.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) STIBA Makassar Batch V in Kalebajeng Village, Bajeng Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, aims to do community service as a form of the Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. The method of implementing the service program begins with mapping the problems and needs of the community using SOAR Analysis. After the analysis is carried out, the work program is prepared according to the needs of the community. Work programs that have been successfully implemented are Body Management Training, Fiqh Studies of Worship, Tahsinul Qira'ah and Ramadan Islamic Boarding Schools. All of these work programs have been implemented and have shown good initial results and will be followed up by the Wahdah Islamiyah Branch Leadership Council, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Bullying is currently a phenomenon in the school environment and has been designated as one of the "grave transgressions" in Education by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture. Consequently, this phenomenon requires attention and concerted corrective-preventive efforts to minimize its occurrence within the school environment. The purpose of this community service activity is to foster comprehension and enhance the capabilities of teachers within the internal Wahdah Islamiyah, enabling them to prevent and address bullying through a thought and behavior approach. The counseling, employing a thought and behavior approach, essentially adopts a cognitive-behavioral approach that has been tailored for broader application among teachers within the internal Wahdah Islamiyah school system. The results of this community service initiative demonstrate an augmentation in the comprehension and proficiency of teachers at Internal Wahdah Islamiyah, empowering them to prevent and address bullying through a thought and behavior approach.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Ibn Sina's concept of coaching in the book al-Siyāsah, especially the five aspects that Ibn Sina highlights, namely the concept of self-cultivation, the concept of financial management, the concept of family coaching, the concept of child coaching, and the concept of coaching servants. This research is a type of library research using descriptive qualitative methods with a historical and social approach. The results of this research show several things. First, Ibn Sina views that the first thing a person must pay attention to is himself (siyāsatu nafsihi) because if a person succeeds in getting around (managing) himself, then he will have no difficulty in managing those above him. Second, in economic and financial matters, Ibn Sina emphasized that whoever wants a profession to meet his needs, he should try to pursue it until he continues to develop (taqaddum) and become an expert in that field and really emphasizes the aspect of itqān (professionalism) in pursue a job. Third, in family development, Ibnu Sina emphasized the importance of the position of pious women as partners for men who have the characteristics and muwaṣafāt as recommended by the Prophet Muhammad. Fourth, in terms of child development, Ibn Sina believes that parents must choose good names for their children, then choose and provide mothers for them, so that they do not grow up to be stupid, stupid and disabled children, alienating their children. their children from bad morals and turning them away from despicable habits. Fifth, Ibn Sina stated that the relationship between a servant and an employer is like the relationship between a member of the body and the whole body. Therefore, Ibn Sina suggested that employers should be grateful to Allah who has subdued them (taskhir).
