Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relation (1) perception of the world of work with the learning outcomes CNC programming, (2) Interest in learning with learning outcomes of CNC programming Mechanical Engineering FT UNP in 2011, (3) perceptions about the world of work and interest in learning together with the learning outcomes of CNC programming Mechanical Engineering FT UNP in 2011. This study used a correlational. The sample in this research were 124 students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering FT UNP, used Slovin formula with proportional random sampling technique. The results showed (1) the value of correlation coefficient between the perception of the world of work with learning outcomes of CNC programming was of 0.438 with a medium correlation criteria, (2) the value of the correlation coefficient between interest in learning with learning outcomes of CNC programming was of 0.492 with medium correlation criteria, (3) value of the correlation coefficient between the perception of the world of work and interest in learning together with the results of student learning CNC programming FT UNP Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2011 at 0.557 with a medium correlation criteria.

Abstract

The low student achievement motivation is something that must be considered. Parents attention became one of the factors that can influence student achievement motivation. The purpose of this study to describe the contribution of parent attention to student’s achievement motivation in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. This research uses regression analysis. In the research took the sample of 233 students by using purposive sampling technique. It was used instrument "Wira Solina Parents Attention Scale" with reliability value is 0.888, and "Achievement Motivation Scale" with reliability value is 0.885. The results of research showed that: (1) Parents attention (Mother) in the high category; (2) Parents attention (Father) in the medium category; (3) student achievement motivation in the medium category; (4) the contribution of parents attention (mother) to the achievement motivation is 14.4%; (5) the contribution of the parents attention (father) to the achievement motivation is 12.9%; and (6) the contribution of parents attention (Mother and Father) to the achievement motivation are 15.6%. The results of research showed that parents’ attention (mother and father) need to improved student achievement motivation, so it can be recommended by counselor teacher to give guidance and counseling services in the school and involved their parents to improve student achievement motivation.

Abstract

Creating learning-generating conversations in poster materials for Junior High School 11 Mandau students in organizational behavior and leadership courses is a useful method for students to share their learning. Presenters share their posters with colleagues in a walking gallery format. This allows students to convey their learning experiences in an unscripted way, allowing for organic and direct conversation among class participants. Combining environmental situations with poster conversation results in more engagement between students than perhaps requiring papers alone. This activity is an interesting approach that encourages rich interaction and dialogue.

Abstract

Tujuan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem kontrol Dispenser Otomatis menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memberikan alternatif solusi kepada pengguna yang tidak memiliki waktu luang yang cukup dalam menggunakan dispenser secara maksimal, serta memberikan informasi suhu air, volume air dan notifikasi kepada pengguna melalui smartphone. Alat ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, testing, uji coba dan maintenance. Pengendali utama Sistem menggunakan modul NodeMCU ESP8266, dilengkapi dengan rangkaian input, berupa RTC, sensor suhu DS18B20, push button, water float sensor switch, dan buzzer. Sistem kontrol ini dapat mengendalikan dispenser secara manual menggunakan push button dan otomatis menurut jadwal yang diatur dalam aplikasi Blynk IoT. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa sistem kontrol dispenser otomatis menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan.Kata kunci : Sistem Kontrol,  NodeMCU ESP8266, Internet of Things,  The aim of designing and creating an Automatic Dispenser control system using NodeMCU ESP8266 based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is to provide an alternative solution to users who do not have enough free time to use the dispenser optimally, as well as providing information on water temperature, water volume and notifications to users via smartphones. This tool was designed using the waterfall method which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, trials and maintenance. The system's main controller uses the NodeMCU ESP8266 module, equipped with an input circuit, in the form of RTC, DS18B20 temperature sensor, push button, water float sensor switch, and buzzer. This control system can control the dispenser manually using a push button and automatically according to a schedule set in the Blynk IoT application. The results obtained are that the automatic dispenser control system using NodeMCU ESP8266 based on Internet of Things (IoT) can run as expected.Keywords: Control System, NodeMCU ESP8266, Internet of Things,

Abstract

Art is a skill performed by humans that produces a good attraction such as painting, carving and dance. Art in the form of dance is very popular in Indonesia, one of which is Zapin Dance with Islamic nuances originating from Malay, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding to the reader regarding the developments that occur in Zapin Bengkalis Dance in various criteria by using qualitative descriptive methods and purposive sampling as sampling. At this time very many people think Zapin is a dance that comes from the country of Malaisya, so with the results of this study it is explained that Zapin Dance is a dance from Indonesia originating from Riau. For this reason, it is very necessary to describe the history and development of Zapin Dance so that readers understand the history and development of Zapin Dance. Keywords: arts, zapin dance, zapin development. AbstrakKesenian adalah suatu keahlian yang dilakukan oleh manusia yang menghasilkan daya tarik yang bagis seperti lukisan, ukiran dan tari. Kesenian dalam bentuk tarian sangat populer di Indonesia salah satunya yaitu Tari Zapin yang bernuansa islam berasal dari Melayu Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca terkait perkembangan yng terjadi pada Tari Zapin Bengkalis dalam berbagai kriteria dengan menggunakan Metode Deskriptif Kualitatif dan Purposive Sampling sebagai penarikan sampel. Pada saat sekarang ini sangat banyak masyarakat yang menganggap Zapin adalah tarian yang berasal dari negara Malaisya, sehingga dengan hasil penelitian ini dijelskan bahwa Tari Zapin merupakan tarian dari Indonesia yang berasal dari Riau.
