Abstract

Covid 19 memberikan dampak besar pada semua elemen, khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Semua institusi di bidang pendidikan harus segera beradaptasi dalam mencapai pemilihan proses pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sehingga dapat efisiensi pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Salah satu alternatif agar proses pembelajaran tetap berjalan adalah model “Blended Learning”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan metode blended learning di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilaksankan dengan cara indepth interview. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlah 12 informan. Jenis instrument yang digunakan, yaitu : Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian teridentifikasi enam tema, yaitu: 1) Kelebihan pembelajaran blended learning, 2) Kekurangan pembelajaran blended learning, 3) Proses praktik laboratorium dan klinik, 4) Proses evaluasi, 5) Hasil belajar dan 6) Harapan mahasiswa.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa selama mengikuti proses blended learning, informan menyampaikan beberapa persepsi dalam proses tersebut. Adapun beberapa hal yang menjadi kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam proses blended learning, dari hasil tersebut semua informan berharap agar pembelajaran tatap muka segera dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan aturan/keselamatan mengikuti pembelajaran selama pandemic covid 19. Diharapkan agar pihak perguruan tinggi dapat mengevaluasi proses blended learning, lebih memperhatikan kesiapan dalam pelaksanaan blended learning serta meningkatkan antusias/motivasi informan agar lebih semangat dalam mengikuti blended learning.

Abstract

Rokok merupakan salah satu faktor resiko penyakit kronis yang dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rokok merupakan masalah besar bagi kesehatan masyarakat khususnya pada remaja usia SMA. Menurut mereka, kalau tidak merokok maka mereka dianggap tidak gaul. Kegiatan pengadian masyarakat di SMA Negeri 12 Bulukumba ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa mengenai dampak buruk rokok bagi kesehatan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi tentang perilaku merokok pada remaja menggunakan metode penyuluhan. Peserta pengabdian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang bahaya merokok setelah penyuluhan. Kesimpulannya adalah penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja SMA tentang bahaya rokok sehingga diharapkan juga mempengaruhi prilaku remaja untuk bisa berhenti merokok.

Abstract

The main disease Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Covid-19 is classified as a new virus for the human body's immune system so it does not have a natural immune system can fight the virus. Seeing the ease with which Covid-19 is transmitted and the high and increasing cases is of particular concern to health workers who are at the forefront of treating patients, especially nurses. Nurses as one of the health workers who provide services to patients in the hospital for 24 hours are at high risk of infection. Based on data from the Health Influence Index for Health Workers as of 21 July 2020,ratio of deaths medical personnel and health workers compared to total confirmed Covid-19 deaths in Indonesia has reached 2.4% and one of highest compared to other countries. Emergency and Special Isolation Rooms, like it or not, have an obligation to be ready to be at the forefront of struggling with a virus that is very deadly and can infect them, not to mention the condition of fatigue and nutrition that they even have enough of while busy caring for patients. their immunity decreases so that it is easier for the virus to enter to attack the immune system in these nurses. Efforts to prevent and transmit Covid-19 to nurses, one of the health workers, must be carried out and tightened to minimize the continued rise of Covid-19 cases in health workers. The Indonesian Ministry of Health has issued a Guide to Balanced Nutrition During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease pandemic has had an impact on changes in the order of human life in various sectors throughout the world, including the education sector. One type of learning using internet technology (e-learning) that has been effectively used in higher education is blended learning. The application of Blended learning motivates students to better understand the material and be more active in participating in learning, so as to improve student learning outcomes. The research objective is to identify and explore the implementation of blended learning on learning motivation and learning outcomes of nursing students during a pandemic. The research design used was Mix Methods with a sequential explanatory approach, the sample in the quantitative study was 76 people and the qualitative research was 8 people with the sampling technique being simple random sampling. The results of the study with the Chi square test obtained a value of p = 0.019 (<0.05), which means that there is an influence between learning methods and learning outcomes, and qualitative research identified four themes, namely: 1) Internal motivation, 2) External motivation, 3) Supporting factors, and 4) inhibiting factors. There is an effect of the application of blended learning on student learning outcomes during the pandemic. Learning motivation is not only influenced by internal and external motivation, but comes from supporting factors and inhibiting factors. It is hoped that further research can dig deeper into other learning methods related to student motivation and learning outcomes. Keywords: Blended Learning, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Background: Chronic Kidney Failure is a very serious health problem because it can affect morbidity, mortality and socio-economic conditions in society. One of the treatments for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure is hemodialysis. This therapy has various complications and requires patient compliance in undergoing therapy, this will have a physiological and psychological stressor impact on patients undergoing therapy which can then affect the quality of life of patients suffering from chronic kidney failure. Objective: To explore the quality of life of participants suffering from chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at H. Andi Sultan Daeng Radja Bulukumba Regional Hospital. Research Method: This research uses a qualitative design with a phenomenological study approach. Phenomenological research sample size is around 6-10 participants. So in this research, 10 participants were selected according to the criteria and recorded during in-depth interviews using a semi-structured interview guide, then interview transcripts were made and then analyzed using thematic analysis. Research Results: The research results identified eight main themes, namely: (1) Physical activity (2) Satisfaction with physical fitness during hemodialysis (3) Perception of conditions experienced during hemodialysis (4) Quality of sleep during hemodialysis therapy (5) Personal adaptation regarding physical changes (6) Social relationships (7) Changes in economic status during hemodialysis therapy (8) Spiritual response. Conclusions and suggestions: There are 8 themes obtained in this research. It is hoped that chronic kidney failure sufferers who undergo hemodialysis therapy will remain enthusiastic and increase their motivation to live, so that their quality of life will improve.
