Abstract

Wireless technology is a solution to reach hard-to-reach places using cable technology. The use of wireless technology can reach these areas without using copper or cables in the data transmission process. Communication technology using wireless is one solution to connect the control system to support the creation and achievement of the goals of the 4.0 revolution so that control and monitoring become easier. With the convenience provided by wireless technology such as connecting various types of system devices between other systems. One type of wireless technology is WPAN, especially on the ZigBee system from Digi International with the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol standard with low power consumption and working at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. Utilization of the communication system from the ZigBee protocol can control according to the range capabilities of the ZigBee system. ZigBee's ability and use of communication can perform communication control robot sumobot (slave robot) and remote control (robot leader) as an introduction to command data to carry out movements on the slave robot in accordance with the orders from the robot leader After trying XBEE to send data at a certain distance without experiencing data loss, the best distance is obtained, namely 1 - 100 meters with the firmware coordinator and router settings. Data delays can be minimized with a transfer rate of 3 kbps in the data transfer rate.

Abstract

Bali is known for its tourism and culture, the most viscous Balinese culture to date is consultation or cooperation. This can be seen from the many upakara (ceremonial) activities involving local communities, such as upakara dewa yadnya, manusia yadnya, and bhuta yadnya. In providing ceremonial information in an area in Bali, involving banjar or kulkul users. Kulkul in Bali is a traditional information medium that is still used to convey information about death, deliberation, and disaster in an area. However, people who live outside the village cannot hear information through the sound of kulkul. In this study, the Android-based Kulkul Beats Website and Information System was pre-built, but it is necessary to perform analysis of its performance testing. The system can provide information about the beat of the kulkul and is able to control the kulkul through the android app. It can also provide information about beats and will be displayed on the website, as well as controlling the kulkul through the android app. Android system testing using black box testing. From ISO 9126 test results, the functionality aspect gets a value of 1, where the function test has run 100% correctly. Test results of 100% reliability aspect test with success results. Usability test results showed 65.9% (good) results with Alpha Cronbach 0.969 (excellent). The efficiency aspect test results got a C with an average score of 77.2 and an average load time of 1.44 seconds.

Abstract

Penggunaan energi listrik secara efisien masih kurang dilakukan, dikarena masih sering dijumpai pemakaian energi yang tidak efisien. Setengah dari pemakaian penggunaan energi listrik di rumah dan di bangunan gedung perkuliahan atau perkantoran terdapat pada AC. Untuk mensukseskan efisien energi secara keseluruhan perlu dilakukan dukungan perilaku, kebiasaan, dan kesadaran umum tentang penghematan energi ini perlu dilakukan. Maka dilakukan penelitian dengan  menggunakan sistem control SELACTION (safety energi listrik air conditioning) automatis yang dapat merespon pergerakan dan panas tubuh manusia. Sensor Passive Infrared Receiver atau yang dikenal dengan PIR memancarkan gelombang dan memberikan signyal apabila terdapat gerakan pada jangkauan pembacaan sensor, kemudian signyal diteruskan ke mikrokontroler dan memberikan output signyal ke rangkaian kontrol AC split. Apabila suhu pada ruangan tidak sesuai dengan yang diinginkan, pengguna dapat merubah pada perangkat SELACTION  sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna, agar tidak mengurangi rasa kenyamanan pengguna. pembuatan rancang bangun sistem SELACTION untuk penghematan energi listrik yang dilakukan sudah dapat melakukan ON/OFF automatis serta mengatur suhu secara otomatis pada AC dengan perangkat yang  portable. Alat SELACTION automatis ini ialah bekerja pada saat merespon aktifitas manusia dalam sebuah ruangan. Maka dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada penghematan yang dapat dilakukan dengan mempergunakan alat SELACTION. Menggunkan uji experimen dengan variabel yang sama dan menggunkan uji tkomperatif uji t. Uji komparatif digunakan untuk mencari dan mengetahui hubungan antara variabel dalam panelitian, agar medapatkan selisih penghematan energi listrik yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat SELACTION.

Abstract

The irrigation system in rainfed lowland is done through a water gate (Temuku). Farmers should always control the height of the water and wetland gates during the dry and rainy seasons. This is due to delays in control which can cause the fields to dry or flooded. In this research, water warning system and Temuku control (water gate) for irrigation of paddy field. This tool can provide water level information and can also close or open the irrigation water gate through an SMS. Components used in the manufacture of water alert warning systems and the control of Temuku (sluice gates) for irrigation rice fields are arduino UNO, ultrasonic sensors, SIM 900 and servo motors. From the results of tests that have been done, it can be concluded that the system of water warning and control of Temuku (sluice gate) for irrigation of paddy field has been able to provide water level information to farmers and also the system has been able to control the irrigation water gate according to the input given by SMS.
