Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan PT. Mallomo Transporindo Kabupaten Maros ditinjau dari hasil perhitungan rasio aktivitas (Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover) dan rasio profitabilitas (Return on Asset, Return on Equity).Metode analisis deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual, dan cermat serta berusaha memberikan informasi tentang apa saja yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian kemudian menganalisisnya dengan menggunakan rasio aktivitas, dan rasio profitabilitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum rasio keuangan PT. Mallomo Transporindo Kabupaten Maros mengalami fluktuasi, namun diantaranya terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang memiliki rasio keuangan yang baik dan rasio keuangan yang buruk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Makassar (Persero) either partially or simultaneously. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The sample used as many as 75 respondents in the company. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, the F-Test and T-Test are used. The results of hypothesis testing show that; 1) Simultaneously, work ability has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Makassar (Persero). 2) The variable of work ability that has a dominant effect on work performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV Makassar (Persero).

Abstract

The tendency of increasing stock investment among millennials indicates they are literate in financial literacy. Then, state-owned companies become an attraction for potential investors because they are considered to have promising profit prospects, as well as security in investing. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on the intention to invest in shares of potential investors among the millennial generation and the influence of nationalism as a mediator. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. We have distributed questionnaires to 250 respondents who are millennials born after the 1980s. Field data were then analyzed using multiregression analysis techniques. We find that financial literacy has a significant effect on investors' intention to buy shares of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Nationalism can also strengthen the relationship of financial literacy with investors' intentions to buy shares of state-owned companies.
