Abstract

Financial Performance is a description of the achievements achieved by the company in its operational activities, both regarding financial aspects, marketing aspects, fund collection aspects and fund distribution. This research aims to determine the financial performance of Sharia Banks, namely BRI Syariah, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah and BTPN Syariah using CAMEL analysis. This research uses CAMEL analysis, which is a measuring tool that measures banking health performance. The ratios used consist of CAR, NPF, NPM, ROA, BOPO and FDR ratios using quantitative data sourced from financial reports from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data collection uses documentation methods. The results of this research show that Financial Performance with capital analysis using the CAR ratio of BRI Syariah is in a very healthy condition, BTPN Syariah is in a very healthy condition and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah is in a very healthy condition. Asset analysis uses the NPF ratio of BRI Syariah in a fairly healthy condition, BTPN Syariah in a very healthy condition and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in a healthy condition. Management analysis uses the NPM ratio of BRI Syariah in an unhealthy condition, BTPN Syariah in an unhealthy condition and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in a very healthy condition. Earnings analysis uses the ROA ratio of BRI Syariah in an unhealthy condition, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in an unhealthy condition and BTPN Syariah in a very healthy condition, BRI Syariah BOPO ratio in a very healthy condition, BTPN Syariah in a very healthy condition and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in a very healthy condition. very healthy. Liquidity analysis uses the FDR ratio of BRI Syariah in a healthy condition, BTPN Syariah in a fairly healthy condition and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in a fairly healthy condition. Keywords :

Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous research as the main material to analyze more deeply and prove the hypothesis used in this study. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from Cemerlang Jaya bvangunan employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained is in the form of an online questionnaire with a total of 10 questions related to the hypothesis in this study. The result in this article show show that the two hypotheses proposed by the researcher can be accepted due to similar answers from Cemerlang Jaya building employees spread throughout Indonesia who agree that good corporate governance can affect company performance, can improve employee welfare, and make the company's financial condition stable. Based on the results of the first row of the third table above, it shows that the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Company Performance can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence because the value is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.03. In addition, in the next row, the Transfer Pricing variable can also influence the Good Corporate Governance variable on Company Performance.because of the same thing, namely the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05. This is because Transfer Pricing can affect the company's financial stability which ultimately has an impact on Company Performance. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that creates new novelty with old reference materials. The data used in this study is primary data that the researcher obtained from private company managers spread throughout Indonesia, totaling one hundred and seventy-five managers. The data that the researcher obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results in this article show that all hypotheses can be accepted and proven. In the first hypothesis, the results can be seen from the first row of the third table above, where the P-values point to positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.008. These results align with research [18], which shows the same results, namely that Slack Resources can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Company Performance. In addition, the Good Corporate Governance variable can also moderate the influence of the Slack Resource variable on Company Performance because the P-values point to positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that this article's first and second hypotheses can be accepted and proven.
