Abstract

ABSTRACT The resources of bamboo in Indonesia are quite potencial. Penglipuran traditional village is an integrated residential and has a unique architecture that its still existence. The concept of traditional settlement of penglipuran has no different social status and they are one in togetherness. This can be seen from the house in Penglipuran use of bamboo as building materials. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by observation, interviews, and study literature. Utilization of bamboo house technology has a very positive impact on the utilization of natural resources and cultural preservation by local indigenous peoples. Bamboo is a basic material or material that can provide an alternative to build a house. Indigenous peoples in Penglipuran also combine bamboo round and woven so that the value of estetikapun seen together with nature. The use of bamboo material can be seen from paon, sekenem, angkul-angkul and banjar hall. Keyword: settlement, bamboo, building materials, conservation

Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar city is growing quite rapidly. The development is quite rapid followed by an increase in movement of people and goods. The development of activities of centers of activity such as markets has increased the rise of travel which tends to lead to conflicts with the movement of traffic flows. The existence of temporary market location Badung cause various traffic problems around the location of the market that is the occurrence of traffic delays due to increased side barriers, traffic congestion which ultimately affects the decreased performance of roads. Data required in this study include primary data and secondary data. The primary data required are traffic volume data, road geometry, speed, side resistance and movement generation. Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Province of Bali is the population of the city of Denpasar. Roadway performance analysis is guided by Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). Based on the results of the analysis can be taken that the existence of the temporary location of Badung Market turned out to affect the performance of the road cokroaminoto Denpasar. At peak hour of traffic volume that is at 17.00 - 18.00 has road capacity of 2623.8 smp/hour, degree of saturation of 0.75 and average speed of the vehicle that is equal to 8.15 km/hour. At the peak hour of the movement movement is at 06.15 - 07.15 has a road capacity of 2623.8 smp/hour, the saturation degree of 0.58 and the average speed of the vehicle that is equal to 8.08 km/hour. The level of road service lies at levels D and C. Keyword: volume, capacity, degree of saturation

Abstract

Security at the time information transmitted through the delivery of voice messaging becomes an important thing to do. Methods of cryptography and steganography become one of the options in safeguards toavoid if the attack on the voice message which can result in messages received by aperson not entitled to know the information. Cryptography requires a private key and public key for data encryption. While steganography requires two properties of the container receptacle and dataconfidential. Objects in this study is a video File Third Generation Project, which will be inserted with a voice message encrypted MPEG Layer 3. Cryptographic algorithms are performed using ElGamal and steganography using Least Significant Bit. ElGamal cryptographyrequires a private key and public key 3 pieces (prime, alpha, beta) to perform the encryption process. At Least Significant Bit method, a bit late on the video data will be replaced with a bit of the encrypted voice messages. Once replaced, the data will be anew video file. Securing the voice in the video Third Generation Project using ElGamal cryptography and steganography algorithms with the Least Significant Bit method can provide safety messages to minimize the possibility of unreadable messages hidden voice in the video

Abstract

Kota Denpasar memiliki daerah-daerah yang rawan terjadinya genangan, khususnya di Kecamatan Denpasar Barat di jalan Gunung Rinjani yang mengakibatkan perubahan bentuk lapisan permukaan jalan. Saluran drainase memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting dimana saluran drainase merupakan sarana untuk menampung air kususnya air hujan sehingga air hujan tersebut tidak mengumpul atau memusat di badan jalan. Jika air tersebut tidak mengalir dengan baik maka sistem drainase yang ada tidak berfungsi dengan baik maka dikawatirkan air tersebut akan menggenang dan akan merusak lapisan di atasnya. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi pada saluran drainase yang terletak di Jalan Gunung Rinjani Denpasar Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menangani genangan air dengan mengevaluasi kapasitas saluran eksisting serta peningkatan dimensi saluran di Jalan Gunung Rinjani Denpasar Barat. Analisis kapasitas saluran drainase didasarkan pada perhitungan debit air hujan dengan mengamati kondisi di lapangan. Data hujan harian diperoleh dari Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Bali-Penida. Stasiun curah hujan yang ditinjau adalah Stasiun Buagan. perhitungan hujan harian maksimum rata-rata menggunakan metode Rata-rata Aljabar. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengujian konsistensi data yaitu metode RAPS (Rescaled Adjusted partial Sums), dan distribusi yang digunakan adalah Log Person Type III. Dalam menganalisis Intensitas curah hujan menggunakan rumus Mononobe dengan menggunakan berbagai periode ulang serta rumus Talbot digunakan untuk merancang kurva IDF dengan periode ulang 2, 5, dan 10 tahun. Dari hasil analisis, pada saluran drainase dengan yang berdimensi: seg 1 (B:0,60; H:1,20), seg 2 (B:0,60; H:1,20), seg 3 (B:0,60; H:1,20), seg 4 (B:0,60; H:1,20), seg 5 (B:0,60; H:1,20), seg 6 (B:0,60; H:1,20) merupakan saluran drainase yang tidak mampu menampung debit teoritis berturut-turut sebesar 5,100 (m /detik); 4,680; (m /detik) 4,314 (m /detik); 4,075 (m /detik); 4,651 (m /detik), 5,073(m /detik), untuk periode ulang 10 tahun, sehingga perlu peningkatan dimensi kapasitas saluran menjadi seg 1 (B 0,80 ; H 1,20), seg 2 (B:0,80 ; H 1,20), seg 3 (B: 0,80; H 1,20), seg 4 (B: 0,80 ; H 1,20), seg 5 (B 0,85 ; H 1,20), seg 6 (B 0,90 ; H 1,20).
