Abstract

Masyarakat Sindar Raya sebagian besar merupakan masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah walaupun masih ada sebagian kecil masyarakat menengah ke atas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap sumber informasi agar diketahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Puskesmas Sindar Raya. Sumber daya manusia Puskesmas Sindar Raya masih kurang secara kuantitas dan kualitas. Namun dalam pelayanan kesehatan, tidak ada perbedaan secara mendasar dengan pelayanan sebelum JKN dengan era JKN. Kemampuan administrasi sumber daya masih kurang siap dalam menerapkan format pelaporan JKN. Sarana dan prasarana masih tergolong kurang namun masih bisa memaksimalkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Sarana medis yang masih belum lengkap adalah pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan laboratorium. Sarana pendukung administrasi seperti komputer dan internet masih belum lengkap dan harus segera dipenuhi. Sumber daya keuangan yang mendukung Puskesmas Sindar Raya sudah tersedia. Secara fragmentasi, struktur birokrasi sudah berjalan sesuai dengan tugas dan perannya masing-masing. Pelayanan kesehatan dalam JKN di lapangan dapat dilaksanakan karena tidak ada perbedaan mendasar dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Puskesmas Sindar Raya dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan agar lebih aktif agar mampu mengimplementasikan program JKN dengan maksimal.

Abstract

The use of internet-based information technology on computers in the information network that is learned through cellular technology, cellular-based applications is easier to use the material provided by lecturers, the presence of mobile learning technology becomes a liaison between students and lecturers in learning, with mobile technology becoming a new alternative in providing learning content / items that are more innovative and dynamic. This study uses qualitative data relating to the questionnaire by looking at the feasibility of mobile learning media that contains relevant indicators on the National Education Standards Agency and quantitative data to determine the results of the effectiveness of mobile learning with advanced organizer models in improving chemical cognitive abilities. this is all study program pharmacy Efarina university students. Data collection is done by objective tests for student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 with a significant level of 0.05. The results of the study are in the form of mean validation to determine whether or not the media of mobile learning is feasible. The results obtained: (1) The composition of the material / media framework on mobile learning media is feasible and in accordance with the Curriculum (2) Mobile learning media developed for the pharmacy study program in the first semester class is feasible to use the results of standardization 3.58, standardization of language feasibility 3.66, standardization of presentation feasibility of 3.72, graphic standardization of 3.69 (3) is certainly the result that is significant improvement in cognitive abilities of students with the implementation of mobile learning with advance organizer models (Sig.1-tailed <α (0.0285 <0.05)).

Abstract

Given the role of the mother in the development of toddlers, it is necessary to know the mother's knowledge about child development. Knowledge about child development can be obtained through education, self-experience and the experience of others, mass media and the environment. When compared with Western countries, the motor development of Indonesian children is relatively low. This type of research is descriptive which aims to determine the knowledge and attitudes of mothers who have toddlers about motor development in toddlers in Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. In this study, the sample was taken using a total sampling technique, namely the entire population was sampled as many as 30 people. Based on the research results, the majority of respondents aged 20-24 years were 13 people (43.3%), minority aged 25-29 years were 8 people (26.7%). The majority of high school education is 14 people (46.7%), the minority is elementary school education 4 people (13.3%). The majority of work as housewives are 8 people (26.7%), the minority are employees of BUMN as many as 4 people (13.3%). The majority of knowledge lacked 16 people (53.3%), the minority had good knowledge as many as 14 people (46.7%). The majority of the attitude agreed that as many as 10 people (33.3%), the minority had a disapproval attitude that was as many as 5 people (16.7%). Puskesmas must provide information related to motor development in toddlers either through posyandu or other activities that involve mothers.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is entering the era of aging structured population because the population aged 60 years and over is around 7.18 % . One of the medical problems that often occurs in the elderly is hypertension, even in 2013 hypertension was the main disease of the 10 disease sequences in Indonesia (Kemenkes, 2013). Hypertension is a medical problem that often occurs in the elderly. Factors that can be controlled are lifestyle, including physical activity, diet, rest habits and smoking history. This study aims to determine the relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the UPT Puskesmas Naga Kesiangan, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study used a cross sectional design with 47 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by using a questionnaire and measuring blood pressure. The results of the chi-square analysis showed that there was no relationship between lifestyle smoking, drinking coffee and resting with the incidence of hypertension with p value > 0.05, while there was a lifestyle relationship between diet and physical activity obtained with p value < 0.05. . Suggestions for health care workers to be more proactive in providing counseling about healthy lifestyles and conducting regular visits to observe directly the implementation of a healthy lifestyle.
