Abstract

Hemodialysis is a process carried out to remove fluids and waste products from the body when the kidneys are no longer able to carry out the process. The purpose of the study was to analyze "the effect of health education on the benefits of hemodialysis on motivation for life expectancy in patients with chronic kidney failure at the H. Sahudin Regional General Hospital, Cane City in 2021. This research is an experimental study that uses parametric statistical analysis, namely the statistical section whose parameters from the population follow a certain distribution. The research design uses Pre-Experimental Design with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach, which is a technique to determine the effect before and before giving treatment. Based on the results of this study, family motivation in patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Cane City Hospital was mainly in the moderate category. Quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis well, there is a relationship between family motivation and quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis. Results based on conclusions and suggestions. Family motivation for patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Cane City Hospital is the most important in the moderate category. It is hoped that the motivation that has been given to hemodialysis patients and families who are still low in providing motivation to increase their motivation to family members undergoing hemodialysis is expected.

Abstract

Infancy starts from the age of 0-12 months which is characterized by rapid growth and physical changes accompanied by changes in nutritional needs. The weight growth of infants aged 0-6 months has increased by 150 -210 grams / week. Lack of knowledge of the mother affects the rate of growth of the baby's weight which can result in the baby being malnourished during its growth period. Descriptive survey research method uses a descriptive correlational design. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 3-6 months, the sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total of 50 respondents. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Chi-Square Test. Based on the results of the study, the majority of 50 respondents had sufficient knowledge as much as 31 (62%). The Chi Square test result is 0.013, it can be seen that the calculation of the significant coefficient test is obtained at the real initial a = 0.05 and the Chi Square test p = 0.013 so that 0.013 <0.05.

Abstract

Breastfeeding gives a child the best start in his life. It is estimated that more than one million children die each year due to diarrhea, respiratory disease and other infections because they are not breastfed adequately. 2021 years. This study uses this type of research. The population in this study is mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months, namely as many as 25 babies at the Dalu Ten Health Center, Tanjung Morawa District in 2021, the total sample of the population. Data analysis used Wilcoxon test 95%. The results of this study are that there is breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months before breastfeeding counseling is given at the Dalu Ten Health Center, Tanjung Morawa District in 2021, the majority of mothers do not breastfeed their babies, the difference in breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months before and after breastfeeding counseling, with p value (0.005) < (0.05). The conclusion is that it can be concluded that these results prove that there is a significant effect of breastfeeding counseling on breastfeeding infants 0-6 months at the Dalu Ten Health Center Tanjung Morawa District in 2021. It is recommended that health workers further improve the quality of health services in providing breastfeeding counseling and improve regular understanding and information to the community in general about the importance of breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months.

Abstract

For mothers, pregnancy is an important period in their life. During pregnancy, the mother must prepare herself to welcome the birth of her baby. A healthy mother can give birth to a healthy and physically perfect baby with sufficient body weight. Maternal nutritional status in pregnancy affects nutritional status. At the Puskesmas where the study was conducted, out of 14 pregnant women, 8 pregnant women experienced CED, as can be seen from the results of LILA measurements <23.5 cm. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and the incidence of anemia at the Nursing Health Center in Blangkejeren City, Gayo Lues District, Aceh Province in 2022. The research design used was an analytical survey. The population in this study were all Trimester II and III pregnant women who came for treatment at the Nursing Center in September 2022. The sampling technique was a total population of 37 people. The research data was taken using a measuring tape and Hb Sahli. The results of this study, the nutritional status of pregnant women who were not normal were 21 respondents (56.8%), not anemic as many as 1 respondent (4.8%), anemia as many as 20 respondents (54.1%) and normal as many as 16 respondents (43.2%).), 10 respondents (27.%) were not anemic, 6 respondents (16.2%) had anemia. The results of the statistical assessment obtained a value of P = 0.000 <0.05, from the results of this study it was obtained Results There is a relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and anemia. In conclusion, there are many pregnant women with poor nutritional status and anemia. It is recommended that pregnant women increase their nutritional intake and consume Fe tablets, and have their pregnancy checked 4 times during pregnancy. Advice to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women during examinations

In North Sumatra, according to Riskesdas 2019 pravalence was 7,4% of the total population and ranked fourth out of ten non-communicable diseases. This study aims to determine the effect of elderly gymnastics on the decrease in blood pressure in people with hypertension in Subdistrict, Puskesmas Simpang Dolok Kabupaten Batu Bara Sumatera Utara Years 2023. Research using Pre Experiment One Group Pre and Posttest design. The population of all hypertensive patients in the area of puskesmas often in month September until Nopember yearst 2022 87 people. Technique of sampling that is Purposive Sampling with amount as many as 10 people. Data collection was done with observation sheet, blood pressure checking tool, data analysis was done with Independent T test. The result of the research before the elderly gymnastics of the majority of hypertension degree 1, after the normal elderly hypertension gymnastics, Independent T test, obtained the mean (mean) before the elderly gymnastics 146.00 mmHg, and after ugly gymnastics 116.00 mmHg, p value of 0,000 which means p value <0.05, t value = 11.619. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is influence of elderly gymnastics to the decrease of blood pressure in Sering District Public Health Center Simpang Dolok Kabupaten Batu Bara Sumatera Utara Year 2023. Abstract

Al-Madani Hafidz Ridho Kindergarten is one of the kindergartens in Deli Serdang Regency. Children who study at Al-Madani Hafidz Ridho Kindergarten are aged 4 to 6 years. Children at this age are still called the golden period, whose physical condition and abilities in all things develop very quickly. One of the rapid developments in children aged 4-5 years is motor development, especially gross motor skills. Gymnastics is a physical activity that can help optimize children's development. Penguin gymnastics was chosen because there are not many difficult movements and are easier for children aged 4-6 years. With funny music and movements that depict penguins, children become happier and more entertained so that children do not feel burdened in following this gymnastics. This activity aims to teach penguin gymnastics to teachers and children of Al-Madani Hafidz Ridho Kindergarten. The stages carried out start from 1) Obtaining permission from the school as a partner in this community service, 2) Demonstrating the movements that will be done without music, 3) Performing the movements with music and repeating them 2 times, 4) Conducting an evaluation of the activity by asking students and teachers to demonstrate the movements that have been taught themselves, and 5) conducting follow-up activities so that this penguin gymnastics can become a daily routine before starting learning in class.
