Abstract

WHO selama 2 dekade terakhir telah menitikberatkan dampak HIV pada ibu dan bayi yang tinggal di daerah yang terbatas sumber daya kesehatan. Intervensi yang paling krusial sepanjang rangkaian perawatan adalah terapi antiretroviral (ART). WHO pada tahun 2010 merevisi pedoman dan menawarkan 2 opsi: opsi A dan opsi B. Bawah opsi A, wanita hamil dengan CD4 ≥ 350 sel / mL terima ART profilaksis mulai usia kehamilan 14 minggu hingga 1 minggu postpartum, nevirapine dosis tunggal (NVP) saat persalinan, dan lamivudine harian dari persalinan sampai 1 minggu pascapersalinan. Di bawah opsi B, semua wanita menerima ART tiga jenis obat dari usia kehamilan 14 minggu melalui penghentian menyusui, dan bayi menerima NVP atau AZT setiap hari. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kohort menganalisa penerapan Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Pedoman WHO Revisi Pasca 2010 Tentang Pencegahan Penularan HIV Dari Ibu Ke Bayi yang dilakukan di puskesmas Koja Jakarta Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini petugas kesehatan di wilayah Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan hasil anamnesa dan catatan medis. Dalam analisis data melalui tahap analisis univariat dan analsisa bivariat peneliti akan menggunakan uji Spearman Rank (Rho). Hasil penelitian Pelaksanaan Revisi (Pasca 2010) Pedoman Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia Tentang Pencegahan Penularan HIV Dari Ibu Ke Bayi cukup sebanyak 18 responden (65,62%), baik sebanyak 11 responden. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pencegahan penularan HIV AIDS ibu-ke- bayi sehingga dapat tercapai strategi dan rencaan aksi penanngulangan HIV AIDS di Indonesia.

Abstract

Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease in adults and the elderly. Regular exercise at a moderate level for three days per week for 30 minutes/day. Regular aerobic exercise causes a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure by 11 and 8 mmHg. The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the importance of the Role of Nurses in the Implementation of Hypertension Gymnastics in the elderly at the Panti Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia I Cipayung and with the presence of Hypertension Gymnastics in implementing preventive efforts in the form of counseling on hypertension, socialization and education. In implementing this community service activity, the author carried out a Professional Guidance Practice program with the aim of providing nursing care and learning in community service carried out outside the campus. The methods used were blood pressure examinations and health counseling and Demonstration. The results of this service showed that significant changes in blood pressure with the provision of elderly gymnastics were able to reduce blood pressure by an average of 10 mmHg. From the results of the activity, it is recommended that nurses be more continuous in carrying out hypertension gymnastics activities and continuous monitoring and evaluation

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world facing environmental sanitation, especially waste management. Unmanaged household waste could impact community health status. Therefore, the development of household waste management is important. This study used a cross-sectional approach to analyze household waste management related to the health status of infectious diseases. The population is citizens of the Citarum river, Karawang, West Java. Data collection using questionnaires and physical examination. Data analyzed by Kendall Tau test. The study showed that 55.40% of institutional aspects and 66.20% of operational aspects were moderate and 83.80% of aspects financing and retribution were minor to waste management conditions. Infectious disease health status majority were healthy (86.50%). There is a relationship between household waste management and infectious diseases health status (p value= 0.000). Infectious disease health status is related to household waste management. This study recommended the importance of household waste management competencies for the community. The role and commitment of local leadership, namely RT/RW, increased participation and skills of residents in managing household waste, as well as a balance of funding and retribution systems with residents' understanding of PHBS are the keys to optimal household waste management to improve the health status of residents to avoid infectious diseases.
