Abstract

Alumni Informatic department are increasing every year, so it need a tool to communicate each other. The website for alumni there is currently available only contains info such as www.kanitra.org dan sportfolio.petra.ac.id/alumni. Alumni do not have a feature to communicate with fellow alumni. Hence we need a website that has a good feature that can be used for alumni to communicate each other. This thesis begins with the process of creating web applications from design using flowchart and entity relationship diagram, after that proceed with the creating of an application using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as a programming language and MySQL for its database. Features that will be made are member profile, job vacancy, advertisements, file sharing, search, chat, etc.Features that has been made is the member profile, news, events, job vacancy, chat, commercials, promos, file sharing, Facebook comment box. But some of these features have some drawbacks such as Facebook comment box could only share a comment on the user’s Facebook profile, can not comment on the group of alumni. But the website can send data such as news, event, ads, job vacancy to the Facebook group of alumni.

Abstract

Jamur Mas is a store which sell and buy goods of daily needs. This store has some problems, which are counting of profit and loss, inventory and account receivable and account payable list. Problems that occur are in the recording, where all the recording is still done manually, this recording has a big risk.To answer these problems, then made an application, this application is developed and made with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.Net and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as a data storage. This application has some features which are buying and selling process, inventory and financial statement. This financial statement is including account payable statement, inventory statement, selling statement, buying statement, also profit and loss statement.Conclusion of this application, and from the results of the testing system can develop Jamur Mas Stores’s business as well, and then that can be making it easier for owners to conduct checks on the transactions that occurred and the stock of goods.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem akuntansi pada CV. WijayaPersada masih menggunakan cara lama dan tradisional berupapencatatan secara manual. Pencatatan secara manual sangatberesiko untuk terjadi kesalahan manusia dan hilangnya dokumenpenting perusahaaan. Selain itu,tidak tepatnya perhitungan hargapokok produksi juga menjadi salah satu kendala.sehinggaperusahaan tidak mengetahui dengan tepat berapa harga jual yangharus diberikan dan nantinya berujung pada tidak diketahuinyalaba perusahaan secara jelas.Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan itu, penulis merancangsistem informasi akuntansi yang dapat melakukan penjurnalansecara otomatis semua transaksi yang terjadi di perusahaan danmenghitung harga pokok produksi dengan lebih tepat dan mudah.Proses pembuatannya menggunakan PHP dan Mysql. Diharapkandengan dibuatnya sistem ini kinerja perusahaan semakinmeningkat dan efisien, kesalahan yang ditimbulkan juga semakinkecil.Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang telah dibuat antara lain,perhitungan harga pokok produksi, jurnal akuntansi, laporankeuangan antara lain: laporan laba rugi, owner equity, balancesheet, laporan penjualan, laporan pembelian, dan buku besar.Salahsatu kelebihan dari sistem ini adalah adanya perhitungan overheadapplied yang berguna untuk menentukan biaya overheadperusahaan kedepannya, sehingga harga pokok produksi yangdihasilkan semakin akurat

Abstract

SMAK Stella Maris had not have a modern database information system. The recording system was done by using Microsoft Excel therefore inputting data redundancy may occur. This problem made difficulties of finding the most valid data. Making subject timetable is done manually by vice principal (curriculum affair). Student enrollment had not been done online. This process was not efficient and effective enough to run the business process.To overcome the problem, a web based academic information system at SMAK Stella Maris Surabaya is designed. The application covers making subject timetable, online student enrollment, grading, and student report. This application is made using PHP programming language and MySQL database.The test result shows that this application meets SMAK Stella Maris need. The time taken in processing student report is usually a few days and now has been significantly reduced, and can be printed directly. According to the survey given to the users about the Menu, 100% of the users state very good. For the level of data accuration, 80% of the users state very good. For the benefit of the application in getting information, 100% of the users state very good.
