Abstract

Utilization of the internet to access information via the website culinary widely applied. Various culinary website presented in a good packaged culinary information in order to culinary connoisseur can easily accesses the information. However, sometimes the lack of information on the website fail to fully support the ease of location searching.The purpose of this research about website application is to provides a place for the culinary connoisseur in accessing culinary information, particularly in Surabaya with the help of a map as a culinary signpost towards the desired spot. This application is built using the programming language PHP, Adobe Dreamweaver, and MySQL Database.From the results of the implementation and testing of a website that acts as a container of information for culinary lovers, it can be concluded that the system of culinary information retrieval has been able to function well and and got a positive response from the respondents that already testing the application.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem akuntansi pada CV. WijayaPersada masih menggunakan cara lama dan tradisional berupapencatatan secara manual. Pencatatan secara manual sangatberesiko untuk terjadi kesalahan manusia dan hilangnya dokumenpenting perusahaaan. Selain itu,tidak tepatnya perhitungan hargapokok produksi juga menjadi salah satu kendala.sehinggaperusahaan tidak mengetahui dengan tepat berapa harga jual yangharus diberikan dan nantinya berujung pada tidak diketahuinyalaba perusahaan secara jelas.Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan itu, penulis merancangsistem informasi akuntansi yang dapat melakukan penjurnalansecara otomatis semua transaksi yang terjadi di perusahaan danmenghitung harga pokok produksi dengan lebih tepat dan mudah.Proses pembuatannya menggunakan PHP dan Mysql. Diharapkandengan dibuatnya sistem ini kinerja perusahaan semakinmeningkat dan efisien, kesalahan yang ditimbulkan juga semakinkecil.Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang telah dibuat antara lain,perhitungan harga pokok produksi, jurnal akuntansi, laporankeuangan antara lain: laporan laba rugi, owner equity, balancesheet, laporan penjualan, laporan pembelian, dan buku besar.Salahsatu kelebihan dari sistem ini adalah adanya perhitungan overheadapplied yang berguna untuk menentukan biaya overheadperusahaan kedepannya, sehingga harga pokok produksi yangdihasilkan semakin akurat

Abstract

Mon Delice Boulangerie is a store that working on bakery industry. Nowadays, recording data on Mon Delice Boulangerie is still done in manual way.  The calculation of production cost price is still calculated manually and that calculation  only include that can only includes the cost of materials that is used, while overheads and labor costs have not been included to the calculation. The calculation of the cost of goods manufactured in the manual way would have caused a lot of problems and will affect the benefits for the store.Based on background of that problem, it is designed a system to calculate the cost of production. The process of application system design through several  stages, beginning with survey production system of the bakery, data analysis and designing Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram of the application that will be made. The author used Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2005 as the programming tool and Microsoft SQL Server as the database of the program. The calculation of the cost of goods manufactured is using Process Costing method.Results that obtained from the application that have been made are able to store all data related to the production, purchasing materials, sales of breads, the calculation of cost of goods manufactured that is calculated automatically, and stock card that can be updated automatically.

Abstract

Baliette Manufacturing is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture and sales furniture in Jepara. The raw materials used come from suppliers from all over Indonesia. Baliette Manufacturing had problems in the profit and loss account, balance sheet calculation and determination of the volume of furniture.This application is created and developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio. Net 2005 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the database storage. Applications are made to have the following scope: purchase, sale, payment of accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting processes and financial statements include: general journal, purchases journal, sales journal, cash receipts and disbursements, payable reports, accounts receivable report, stock reports.The test results showed that the application can automatically process accounting directly related to the purchase and sales. Degree of accuracy, relevance, and completeness of the financial statements resulting applications reached 99%. Level of ease and application design reach 80%. While the benefits of the application get a grade of 100%.
