Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of Merchandise Evaluation, Perceived Crowding dan Store Atmosphere Evaluation on Store Patronage Intentions. This research is conclusive and classified in the type of causal research using a quantitative approach. Data was collected through an online survey using a questionnaire instrument with a response that could be used from 104 supermarket customer respondents at a mall located in Surabaya. Data is processed using the structural model equation approach with Partial Least Square Technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) Merchandise Evaluation has a significant effect on Store Atmosphere Evaluation; (2) The perceived crowding has a significant effect on Store Atmosphere Evaluation; (3) Store Atmosphere Evaluation has a significant influence on Store Patronage Intentions.

Abstract

Abstract

Basically, it is very easy for humans to detect and recognize the types of products that are in the supermarket on pictures or videos. For computers, the difficulty of recognizing and classifying a product is highly dependent on data. The lighting conditions, complexity, and background contrast of an image or video are one of the main challenges. In addition, the overall image or video quality is also very influential on the recognition results. Dairy products come in a variety of colors. Some models have several other products. The test results have a success rate of 72% for detection and a recognition success rate of 98% for dairy products.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Enforcement of The Law By The Police Against Thugs Who Commit Public Transport Avoidance. Which in writing uses normative research methods, using the and case studies, research that examines the factual implementation or implementation of positive legal provisions in each specific legal event. The formulation of the problem in this research is: (1) What are the law enforcement efforts carried out by the police in dealing with thuggery in Padang City. (2) What are the obstacles faced by the Police in dealing with thuggery in Padang City? From the legal research that has been carried out using the research mentioned above, it can be concluded that, in the first problem formulation, law enforcement efforts have been carried out in a repressive and preventive manner, but in practice law enforcement administrators in the field often experience conflict between legal certainty and justice. This is because the conception of justice is an abstract formulation, while legal certainty is a procedure that has been determined normatively. Meanwhile, the second problem formulation discusses the obstacles faced by the police in dealing with thuggery in Padang City, such as internal obstacles and external obstacles.
