Abstract

The background of this research shows that education for students is the responsibility of parents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the integrative holistic implementation by using the CIPP approach. When the parents work and cannot take care of their children, they trust the caregivers or adults at home without consideration of the caregiver's educational background. The teacher believes that the obligation to care is the responsibility of the family or parents. Teachers in schools are also obliged to teach their children to read, write and count. The integrative holistic early childhood development program has a strong legal basis, namely Presidential Regulation No. 60 of 2013. Thus, integrative holistic early childhood development must be carried out in a special early childhood education unit, such as the Khaira Ummah Islamic Kindergarten in the city of Padang. The obligation to implement an integrative holistic early childhood development program, according to the mandate in Presidential Regulation No. 60 of 2013 as a whole is concluded that even though some programs have not developed optimally, most programs have been managed holistically and integratively.

Abstract

In the field of medical, almost everyone uses computers in their work. Computers can be used as a tool in diagnosing diseases, research, development of drugs, analyzing organs and many of it. This paper presents an approach for white blood cell detection with hough transform. The purpose and objectives of this paper is to make a program that can detect a white blood cell in unstained blood and simplify the detection process to be faster and more accurate than the old way. This paper is proposed with the hope that it can be developed in the future. The results obtained from 2 data sets. The first data set is a collection of images that have white blood cells with an average success rate around 42% and the second data set is a collection of images that do not have white blood cells with an average success rate around 26%.

Abstract

This application is developed for tracking object movements with Lucas-Kanade method.  The input data are of the positions of the targeted object and their RGB values. The process started by recording the position of the selected object. After an object is selected by the user, this application will start tracking  the object’s position. Kata Kunci : Tracking system, Lucas-Kanade, Jacobian matrix, greyscale, RGB.

Abstract

Pengolah data citra yang terdapat pada penulisan skripsi ini berupa pendeteksian dan pengenalan menggunakan metode Color Histogram. Dalam membantu penggunaan metode Color Histogram untuk proses pendeteksian dan pengenalan, maka dirancang sebuah program aplikasi pendeteksian dan pengenalan yang telah diimplementasi dengan metode Color Histogram. Program aplikasi ini terdiri dari 5 modul, yaitu modul Main Menu, modul Input File, modul Database Image, modul Recognize, modul Help. Abstract

Digital image processing is a branch of engineering informatics. image processing is an attempt to change your photo or image into another by using certain techniques. The process of changing the image data into digital data by using a computer known as digital image processing. The purpose of this application is to improve the image quality of the water using test images and imagery training, to train image by image is in the water, while the test images by using the image processing Dark Channel Prior. The image that was in the sea water murky and foggy be processed and then do a comparison with the image that is not in the water. The design is made in the form of software applications to improve the quality of the image using the Dark Channel Prior. In this study, created by using Visual Basic 2013.

Abstract

The use of the mobile phone as an information retrieval system nowadays has become a frequently performed task. Mobile phone that is easy and practical to carry anywhere, lightweight and with advanced technology makes the device more efficient to use than a desktop or a laptop. On these basis, we designed a simple application to recognize objects using the image histogram method for helping people especially to those affected by Alzheimer ,Aphasia, and those who are computer illiterate. This application is made using XCode with Objective-C programming language. The application is built in the iOS platform used on the mobile device technology company Apple, the iPhone. Abstract

The application system designed is intended to help experts in medicine to diagnose a disease by recognizing types of white blood cells. The feature lines are developed by using the linear, quadratic spline, and cubic spline interpolation methods. The results of experiments show that the development of  feature lines using linear interpolation gave better result than the spline interpolation method.Keywords : Nearest Feature Line, Principal Component Analysis, White Blood Cell, Linear, Spline.

Abstract

With the increase of many households using surveillance systems for security, unlike office and mall buildings which own security human resources, house owners make time to manually check security footages. This gives house owners inconvenience and owning a security system seems more tedious, therefore inefficient if the footage is rarely seen. AI makes it possible to automatically check security footages. Using footage taken from a special room in home, susceptible for security breach and strategic, for example living room. This App works as a tool for homeowners, giving information about indoor activity. Information is given in a form of video footage of human tracking results containing trajectory line and activity log. Hence home owners will be able to supervise certain rooms and human behavior. Adopting point tracking as a detecting method, the target object is detected using background subtraction and image preprocessing to obtain centroid point, an input for statistical prediction of Kalman filter. Testing results showed that RMSE of Kalman filter prediction is higher than background subtraction when compared to true location, therefore background subtraction is used for Kalman filter’s RMSE. Resulting in RMSE for two scenarios are 85,08 and 89,28, this app also shows overall accuracy of 65,43%, precision of 70,56% and recall of 63,18% in total.

Abstract

We developed a white blood cell detection system using Color Histogram method. The images which are taken automatically by a servo motor consist of the red blood cells and the white blood cells. The white blood cells’ positions are detected based on their RGB color intensities. The main target of the system is to detect the location of the white blood cells in a given blood cell pictures.

Abstract

Game “Safety Way Out” adalah game dengan genre Simulation dengan tema situasi/kondisi darurat yang mungkin terjadi di kehidupan sehari-hari dalam bentuk simulasi. Game ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Game Engine Unity3d dengan C# sebagai bahasa pemograman. Dalam game “Safety Way Out” pemain akan diberikan situasi darurat yang berbeda di setiap stage, pemain harus memilih keputusan berupa pertanyaan, sehingga pemain dapat keluar dari lokasi darurat dan menyelesaikan permainan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh 30 responden.
