Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah ada perbedaan kepribadian merek pada hotel-hotel yang berada dalam satu manajemen yang sama. Penelitian ini melibatkan 300 konsumen yang pernah menginap di Hotel dalam Tauzia Grup. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan KruskalWallis Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan kepribadian merek antara hotel-hotel dalam Tauzia grupKata Kunci: Efektivitas, Persepsi, Rekrutmen Tradisional, E-rekrutmen, Hotel. Abstract - This study aims to analyze the differences of hotels’ brand personality of Tauzia Group. The study involved 300 guest that have ever stayed in hotels of Tauzia Group. This research using descriptive qualitative method. Data processing techniques in this study was KruskalWallis Test. Abstract

Learning Method is a way that is done by a teacher so that learning processes occur in students to achieve learning goals. This study aims to know significantly the influence of the Team Games Tournament learning method on the ability to recognize vocabulary about nouns students of Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School. The learning material taught to students of Medan's Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School is a book from Taiwan, namely Hello, 华语! which is a Chinese language textbook at the Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School. This research was conducted in the school of Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School in Medan, specifically 7th grade students of junior high school, namely classes 7A and 7B. The research design used was a quantitative research design. The analysis of the results of the research used is the analysis of the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the Team Games Tournament learning method significantly influences the mandarin language skills of Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School students

Abstract

Agreement is a concrete event that can be seen from written or unwritten agreements, in Indonesia there are severaltypes of agreements, namely appointment agreements. The nomination agreement under Indonesian law can beclassified as an agreement that can lead to legal contraband. The appointment agreement has not been made in theCivil Code, but in fact the prospective agreement grows and develops in the community, the agreement is alsoincluded in the category of matchmaking or anonymous contracts. The appointment agreement can be interpreted asa statement of truth and a power of attorney, usually the agreement with the candidate is stated in the form of a deedof the parties, to strengthen the agreement, an authentic deed is made. This work uses a normative research methodwith a legislative approach, a case-by-case approach and a conceptual approach, for research purposes to analyzeand explain the notary's duties of wrongdoing committed by the parties in the agent's deed. responsible for theexistence of the nomination contract, only a notary who carries out according to his abilities and responsibilities inaccordance with the applicable rules, but if an unlawful act occurs, it will be returned to the maker of thenomination deed.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has led to the fundamental problem of the development of the agricultural sector on a food security policy based on digitalization. The existence of an agricultural system that is not yet strong causes farmers to continue to deal with the problem of poverty. Poverty is a multi-complex problem both in terms of its causes and its implications. Poverty will cause a lack of ability to access various resources which in turn will cause the development of the agricultural sector to not work. In other words, poor farmers have the potential to produce public policies in the agricultural sector which are low accompanied by weak quality and capacity of human resources who are stakeholders in agriculture. This paper will provide a study of food security policy as an effort to overcome poverty, which is an unbroken link in overcoming the multicomplex agricultural problem in the current millennial era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the effectiveness of financing in micro business empowerment at Kspps AL-Anshari Bukittinggi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely collecting data according to what is actually then compiled, processed, analysed to be able to provide an overview of the existing problems. The author obtained information and data from informants by using interviews with informants. The results of this research explain that the effectiveness of financing in the empowerment of micro businesses at Kspps AL-Anshari Bukittinggi, namely in an effort to empower micro businesses, Kspss Al- Anshari Bukittinggi provides business capital financing to customers who apply for a pinjama for mikto business capital, so that with the financing, the customer's income as a micro business entrepreneur can be said to be effective, because every customer who is studied, the average customer's income increases. The effectiveness of financing in micro business empowerment at Kspss Al-Anshari Bukittinggi for the last five years, namely in 2018-2022. In 2018 the effectiveness ratio rate is 77% (quite effective), in 2019 the effectiveness ratio is 83% (quite effective) and in 2022 the effectiveness ratio rate is 72% (quite effective) which is included in the criteria is quite effective. This is because the realisation achieved is still far enough to differ to meet the set target. In 2020, the effectiveness level is 104% (highly effective) due to the realisation that has reached the set target. In 2021 the effectiveness level of 32% (not effective) is the lowest effectiveness level, this is realised very much different from the target. From the results of the last five years from 2018-2022 it is said to be quite effective.

Abstract

The construction of the Musi 6 Bridge in 2 Ulu Village is an opportunity to develop existing potential. One of them is tourism development. A number of tourist attractions have the potential for development as an effort for sustainable tourism. For this reason, Community Service conducted a SWOT analysis of tourism and recommendations that are relevant to the situation in the field. Approaching the Community through interviews and Focus Group Discussions is a method of data analysis. In general, tourism in the 2 Ulu Area requires Community skills in activity management because the available locations can be used as a means of performance or exhibition. Of course, this is a collaboration between the surrounding community, government, private sector and community.
