Abstract

The research was conducted on PT. Arara Abadi Perawang. The purpose of thisstudy is to know the implementation of management employment relationship with laborunion at PT. Arara Abadi because good employment relationship is harmony relations inindustrial relationship.This research is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Where there are160 samples. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The primary dataobtained from questionnaire had given to permanent employees who joined in MitraAbadi Riau labor union on PT. Arara Abadi and interview with management andadministration staff. The secondary data obtained from SOP and other documents needed.From the analysis conducted known that the implementation of managementemployment relationship with labor union due management want to create harmonyrelations and good industrial relationship. And from the analysis conducted also knownthat implementation of employment relationship with labor union is very good overall.But the biggest problem is less responsive from management in seeing problems andcomplains from employess and unforceful management in giving punishment.Keywords: implementation, employment relationship, management, labor union.

Abstract

This study aims to knows the implementation of health and safety management systems of work implemented by PT Satria Perkasa Agung ,Distrik Siak Kecil , Kabupaten Bengkalis, based on legislation in force , the Government Regulation No. 50 in 2012 on Health and Safety Management System of Work. This research is took a number of respondents as many as 65 people .The data obtained through questionnaires and interviews with key informance then further processed to be tested based on Government Regulation No. 50 in 2012 . So I can see the implementation of the system , management is Health and Safety PT Satria Perkasa Agung , Distrik Siak Kecil , Kabupaten Bengkalis, in accordance with Regulation No. 50 in 2012 .The results showed that the company has implemented a Health and Safety Management Systems Work under PP . 50 In 2012 , amounted to 88 % or a total of 147 items that have been implemented.Keyword : Implementation, Management Systems Occupational Health and Safety, Analysis

Abstract

Futsal has become the current trend in young people in big cities in Indonesia, a lot of young people to change the habits of life of silence in the House with a number of electronic games such as playstation (PS), computer (PC) and so becomes a nuanced game health. Many reasons why futsal popular, other than to maintain fitness, futsal has also coached managing emotions and improve teamwork. The purpose of this research is to find out which marketing efforts are doing the Sport Centre Langcang Yellow Futsal in the face of competition in the Subdistrict of Pekanbaru, HandsomeTheoretically, futsal coaching someone to hurry in taking decisions, rules of the game to mention that each execution (kick or roll) must be done within a span of four minutes, over the span of time rewarded violations. Futsal is also forming a player to always focus on accepting and feed and scored it really should be done quickly and mature. To train co-operation between the player and the cohesiveness of the team futsal players, for some, is not just a sport but a lifestyle has become an interesting and dynamic.From the results of the overall analysis of the Business – marketing efforts undertaken by Sassy Yellow is good enough, it can be seen from the responses of the respondents against the product marketing efforts deliver assessment quite well.Keywords: product, Price, promotion, location, and service

Abstract

In the higher level of competition, companies must be able to face competitors offering similar products. Competition between brands of each product in the vehicle will be more sharply captured the interest and attention of consumers. Realizing that the company PT. Agung Automall have prepared themselves by offering after-sales services that include maintenance and repair and supply of spare parts for the Toyota customer partners.This study aims to identify and analyze the brand image and brand trust car Etios Valco, and to determine the interest in buying the car Etios Valco and to investigate the influence of brand image and brand trust towards buying interest car Etios Valco at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive quantitative statistical calculations. The statistical analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The population in this study is the partner of customers in 2015 at PT. Agung Automall as many as 40 people. While the sampling technique uses accidental sampling method, ie the sampling technique based on chance.The results showed that the respondents said "agree" the brand image of Toyota is perceived by the consumer is a brand that is highly qualified and respondents said "strongly agree" to trust the brand Toyota is perceived by consumers is very high, as well as the respondents said "agree" interest in buying products car toyota perceived by consumers is very high. Brand image and brand trust significantly influence buying interest car Etios Valco at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. This is evidenced by F count variable brand image and brand trust by (12.243) greater than> F table (3.355) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. Meaning is the brand image and brand trust simultaneous influence on consumer buying interest car Etios Valco at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the achievement of personal selling insurance product sales at PT. Prudential Life Insurance Pekanbaru. In this study, personal selling was as an independent variable (X) and the achievement of sales targets was as the dependent variable (Y). The samples used were 86 respondents with a sampling technique by using accidental sampling technique.Overall, the data was obtained through questionnaires and further processed for statistical analysis tested as a simple linear regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination by using SPSS 16 for windows. From the calculation results of regression was obtained the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.711, where the value of the correlation coefficient indicates a strong and positive relationship between personal selling (variable x) to the achievement of sales targets (variable y). While the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0.505, means that personal selling gives strong and significant influence on the achievement of sales target that is equal to 50.5%. The results of hypothesis test (t test) shows that the t value is greater than the table is 9.260 > 1.989, means that personal selling is positive and significant impact on the achievement of sales targets.Keywords: personal selling, sales target achievement, Prudential Life Insurance

Abstract

This research is motivated because of the work of employees who almost daily are not always completed on time , sometimes there is still a job of another employee who cause problems and absenteeism levels are still high . Thus the role of leadership is needed in improving their performance . The purpose of this study was to determine the style of leadership and the performance of employees of PT . Bank BNI Syariah Branch Pekanbaru and to determine the relationship of leadership style with the performance of the employees of PT . Bank BNI Syariah Branch Pekanbaru . The results showed that the leadership styles used by leaders of PT . Bank BNI Syariah Branch Pekanbaru tend to use a leadership style where the leader of the delegation of the work delegated authority to hand over full responsibility for the execution of the work to subordinates , but in practice the leadership also use autocratic and participative leadership style . Moreover the performance of the employees still have shortcomings in terms of work , work discipline , the possession of work and cooperation . From the statistical analysis it is known that the style of leadership has a strong connection with the performance of the employees of PT . Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Food & Beverage at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. This is because this company is one of the service companies are quite well known and has been standing long enough dipekanbaru.The purpose of this study is to investigate or analyze the placement of employees in the Department of Food & Beverage at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru. The research methods include the location of the research conducted at the Department of Food & Beverage at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru, types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data.Factors employment of employees at the Department of Food & Beverage at Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru seen from indicators of academic achievement, experience, physical and mental health, age. Abstract

This research aim is to find out how about the promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) for achieve the room and to find out the consumer’ interest about (interest transactional, referential interest, interest prehensile and exploratory interest).The population of this research is the consumers of Hotel Asean Pekanbaru. with sampling of 100 people using the formula Slovin. Search procedures performed by accidental sampling of respondents. The research data in the form of primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, data analysis used is by using statistical analysis with SPSS.Based on the results of research by the authors took a conclusion influence of promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) against the consumer interest (interest transactional, referential interest, interest prehensile and exploratory interest) on Asean Hotel Pekanbaru of respondents who researched that criteria positions can be categorized agree answer proves that the sale has an influence on consumer interest in the sale room Hotel Asean Pekanbaru, but respondents who answered quite agree is a public relations dimension which is sponsoring, grassroots activities and overcome the problems that are known to the media while in the consumer interest to all dimensions of respondents replied interested.Keywords: promotion (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations) and the consumer interest (interest transactional, referential interest, interest prehensile and exploratory interest).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the sources and uses of working capital in the Small and Medium Enterprise Partners Furniture Tassel Pekanbaru by the author which is on Jl. Yos Sudarso Rt 01/02, Meranti Pandak Tassel Pekanbaru. The research concludes seen from the average liquidity ratio is very high and of the working capital turnover Small and Medium Enterprise Partners Furniture has decreased each year in such matters, it is stated that the company is not effective in the management of working capital as well as inventories held. This is due to the substantial investment in cash and stock. In conducting this study is based on analysis of authors published financial data in the financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles prevalent. Methods of data analysis using the method is to collect quantitative descriptive data then tabulated and presented in table form hereinafter described and analyzed. Abstract

This research was conducted at Optimum Wedding Organizer Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan Cendrawasih No.4 Kp. Malay, Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and advertising on consumer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases or used Optimum Wedding Organizer Pekanbaru products. As well as samples from this study as many as 100 respondents from consumers Optimum Wedding Organizer Pekanbaru. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely by non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test) F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the results of the t-test hypothesis of service quality on customer satisfaction, which is seen by t count of 1.865 > t table of 1.660 and significance means that service quality is significant to customer satisfaction. Second, advertising on consumer satisfaction is t count 1.819 > t table 1.660, meaning that advertising is significant to consumer satisfaction. F test results of the implementation of promotions and brand image on purchasing decisions, namely F count = 285.916 > F table = 3.09 Keywords: Service Quality, Advertising, Consumer Satisfaction.
