Abstract

The research was conducted on PT. Arara Abadi Perawang. The purpose of thisstudy is to know the implementation of management employment relationship with laborunion at PT. Arara Abadi because good employment relationship is harmony relations inindustrial relationship.This research is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Where there are160 samples. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The primary dataobtained from questionnaire had given to permanent employees who joined in MitraAbadi Riau labor union on PT. Arara Abadi and interview with management andadministration staff. The secondary data obtained from SOP and other documents needed.From the analysis conducted known that the implementation of managementemployment relationship with labor union due management want to create harmonyrelations and good industrial relationship. And from the analysis conducted also knownthat implementation of employment relationship with labor union is very good overall.But the biggest problem is less responsive from management in seeing problems andcomplains from employess and unforceful management in giving punishment.Keywords: implementation, employment relationship, management, labor union.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Green Open Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas located in JL. Jend. Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru City. With Problem Formulation (1) How is the activity of the people who visit Green open spaces Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas? (2) How does the Perception of Visitors to Green Open Space Appoint Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas ?. with the aim of this study the first is the activity of the community who visited the green open space Intelligence of Integrity and to know how the perception of visitors to the function of green open space Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas. This research is descriptive quantitative research by taking sample as respondent as many as 50 people in choosing with accidental sampling technique . for thecollect data in this research using obserbasi way, interview and documentation. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) the activity done by the visitors in green open space Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas of 50 respondents interviewed (44%) doing recreation activity, exercise activity (30%), doing economic activity (10%), conducting interacting activities (12%), as a stop room (4%). (2) a good public perception of the Green Open Space Space Tunjuk Ajar Integritas. The choice of the form of the area, which is large enough and can be utilized with various outdoor activities of the community, is a community choice that can be considered quite good. Abstract

Tujuan penciptaan karya ini adalah untuk memvisualisasikan aktivitas petani gambir dalam seni lukis post impresionis. Petani gambir adalah orang yang melakukan pengolahan daun gambir dengan melakukan beberapa proses sehingga menghasilkan getah gambir, hal ini menjadikan sumber ide penciptaan dan pokok permasalahan bagi penulis untuk melahirkan sebuah karya seni lukis post impresionis. Metode penciptaan karya menggunakan lima tahap yaitu persiapan, elaborasi, sintesis, realisasi konsep, dan penyelesaian. Dalam pencapaian bentuk melalui kombinasi garis, bidang, ruang, warna, gelap terang, bentuk, dan keseimbangan sehingga menghasilkan karya lukis yang menarik. Dalam karya lukis yang penulis ciptakan, terdapat 10 karya dengan judul;  Manuai, Melepas Lelah, Maisi Kopuak, Menyiram Daun, Malilik, Mendongkrak, Piaku, Saringan Getah, Mancupak, Perjalanan Pulang

Abstract

Utilization of Ultisols for sweet maize cultivation has several barriers, especially low of soil acidity, CEC, nutrient availability, organic matter and high of Al, Fe, and Mn consentration. This research was aimed to know the interaction of palm oil empty fruit compost and cockle shell ash on phosphorus uptake and yield of sweet maize in Ultisols. The experiment was carried out in screen house of Agriculture Faculty, Tanjungpura University. The research used factorial design arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors treatment (CRD). The first factor is palm oil empty fruit compost consisting control (T0), 670 g/polybag (T1), 1,030 g/polybag (T2) and 1,410 g/polybag (T3). The second factor is cockle shell ash consisting (A0), 3,3 g/polybag (A1), 4,4 g/polybag (A2), and 5,5 g/ polybag (A3). Each tretments was done in 3 replication. The parameters are soil pH, C-Oraganik, P-Available, phosphorus uptake, cob length, and cob weight. The results showed T0A3 can increase soil pH highest with the value 6.08. T3A2 can increase C-Organic with the value 2.31. T2A1 can increase P-Available with the value 26.96. T2 (1,030 g/polybag) significantly affected phosphorus uptake and cob weight.

Abstract

Objective Research conducted is for know Implementation learning corner After the Covid-19 Pandemic in SMP Negeri 4 Pelalawan. Type study This is descriptive purposive qualitative give description systematic about moderate condition taking place on object study after the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 4 Pelalawan. Population on study This is student senior high school country 4, numbering 40 people. Determination sample in study This done with total sampling that is technique taking  sample where all over its population made sample all . Difficult instrument respondents as many as 40 questions. After the questionnaire created, questionnaire moreover formerly validated by 3 validators, namely language validator, psychology validator, and educational validator physical. After validation by 3 validators, carried out test Try the instrument at a school that has it the same characteristics with sample study namely SMP Negeri 4 Pelalawan . Based on results study so obtained conclusion that is Survey Implementation Learning Corner After the Covid-19 Pandemic in SMA Negeri 4 Pelalawan classified  tall with an average of 73.97% located on range percentage between 61-80% which means in a way whole in  implementation learning corner after covid-19 pandemic in SMP Negeri 4 Pelalawan Already own good interest.

Abstract

A quality product is a product that is efficiently produced. Line stops should be minimized to ensure efficient production. This study found a high line stop in the area of plastic injection machines caused by dandori. The line stops account for about 6% of the total production time 5.3% of them caused by dandori. Dandori is a line stop due to tools changing within a production process. This study aims to reduce the line stop by 30% and uses a fishbone analysis enhanced by the 5W+1H method for further analysis to reduce this problem. Enhancing the fishbone diagram with 5W+1H analysis produces a positive result. As a written calculation, this improvement gives a 28% line stop reduction, but it provides an average of 32.5% in actual operation. The improvement succeeded in reducing line stops due to dandori. The final achievement of 32% has passed the target of a 30% reduction and also provides an excellent cost-benefit ratio value of 20.9.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis segmentasi pasar produk Pocari Sweat yang diproduksi oleh PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan kesehatan dan kebutuhan akan hidrasi yang tepat, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang segmen pasar menjadi krusial bagi strategi pemasaran perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan analisis segmentasi yang meliputi demografi, psikografi, dan perilaku konsumen, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kelompok-kelompok pengguna yang berbeda dan kebutuhan spesifik mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pocari Sweat berhasil menjangkau berbagai segmen, termasuk atlet, pelajar, dan pekerja kantoran, dengan penyesuaian strategi pemasaran yang sesuai. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan posisi Pocari Sweat di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Abstract This community service program was conducted in Karang Rejo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The primary objective was to enhance community knowledge and skills in hydroponic farming through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The program focused on vocational agribusiness training based on local potential, particularly the introduction and hands-on practice of simple hydroponic techniques that can be applied at the household level. The results showed that participants were able to understand and implement basic hydroponic methods such as seed germination, nutrient mixing, and the use of recycled materials as growing media. In addition to improving technical skills, this program also encouraged food self-sufficiency, optimized the use of limited land, and reduced household consumption costs. It is expected that this activity will serve as a replicable community-based empowerment model for sustainable development.

Abstract

The Islamic insurance industry plays an important role in mobilizing public funds and supporting economic stability through effective investment management. This study aims to examine the influence of contribution income (premi), claim expenses, and operational expenses on investment yield in Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia during the period 2019-2023. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data obtained from annual financial report. The sample consists of 6 Islamic insurance companies with a total 30 data points selected using purposive sanpling. Data analysis was conducted multiple linear regression aided by SPSS version 26. The results show that contribution income (premi) has a significant negative effect on investment yield, while claim expanses and operational expanses have significant positive effects. These findings imply that management in Islamic insurance companies should optimize claim and operational expense management to improve investment performance and ensure company sustainability.
