Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of supervision (standard definition, Monitoring, Measurement of work, Comparing and corrective actions / correction)and loyalty (Obey the rules, responsibilities and work attitude) on employee performance (factor capacity and factor of motivation) industrial cable tv on PT.Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan. The population in this study is karyaan on PT.Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci sampling Pelalawan with 50 drawn using census method. measurement techniques using Likert scale and the types and sources of data in the form of primary and secondary data while the data collection techniques with a questionnaire and interviews as research instruments. As well as using multiple linear regression data analysis, determination, t test and f test with SPSS.From the research data that includes test validity, The reliability, and multiple linear regression, the results showed no significant relationship between supervision terhaap employee performance with the calculated of t test is known that t (6,213) > t tabel (2,012) dan Sig.(0,000) < 0,05 it can be concluded that the variable control significantly influence employee performance in PT.Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan and of the t test results are known t arithmetic (3,184) > t tabel (2,012) dan Sig.(0,003) < 0,05 it can be concluded that the loyalty variable significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Zi Vision Branch Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan.And there is significant influence between supervision and loyalty to employee performance with the calculated Unknown R squre is the coefficient of determination. And obtained a value of R squre at 0.616. What this means is that the variable control donations influence and loyalty to the employee performance was 61.6%. While the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables such as the provision of training and education that are not included in the regression analysisKeywords: Monitoring, Loyalty and Employee Performance

Abstract

Sales promotion is efforts conducted by company in order to advising, informing about their product and company is good in the form of service and also product of finished goods middle of social life, consumer or client, so that the product become recognized and used by cutomer with all the form of amenity and advantage facility of given promotion.This research conducted at PT Hyundai, at Tuanku Tambusai street Pekanbaru. The purpose of this Research is to analyse execution of promotion from PT. Hyundai Pekanbaru. In this research is methodologies used by descriptive, where sample used by that is buyers of Hyundai Cars Pekanbaru and as source of information is party HRD, Front of Office and Manager marketing, to determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling, data collecting is through interview, observation and quesioner. From result analyse promotion execution conducted by Hyundai Pekanbaru covering advertisement activity Advertising, Personal Selling, Publicity and Sales Promotion, expressing that the promotion activity be at good enough category with percentage note apart between goodness adversely very small.Keywords: promotion

Abstract

Village Empowerment Program (VEP) is a government program toovercome problems of poverty, one of which is trough the Village EconomicEnterprise Savings and Loan/UEK-SP. The program aims to empower thecommunity that is by providing loan funds to communicaties to develope theirbusiness purpose, but for activities that are consumtive so that ensue the arrearsoccured in loan repayment program save business from the program UEK-SP.And impartial adminstration of funds to the poor so that the core objectives of theprogram is not reached. As for the theory used in this research is effectiveness ofthe implementation of policy according to Goggin, et all. The result of thisresearch indicate yet effectively implementing programs Village EconomicEnterprise Saving and Loan/UEK-SP in the Muara Fajar village District RumbaiPekanbaru city. This can be understood because not done well despite the currentreturn, but given the business loan is not growing. Here the procces ofsocialization and verification has not run optimally, given the funds that is notused properly for business activity and that so the purpose of UEK-SP has notbeen achieved. Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to find out and analyse the Exhibition was carried out and (2) to determine the influence of the exhibition on the level of sales of Motorcycles made by PT. Greentech Cakrawala Motorindo Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in the offices of Kawasaki PT. Greentech Cakrawala Motorido Pekanbaru Soweto where obtaining data that is located on jalan Soekarno-Hatta No. 1.2.3 Pekanbaru. The research method used was quantitative. With the object of research is the PT. Greentech Cakrawala Motorido Pekanbaru . With the method of data collection by means of Quisioner and interviews. Data analysis techniques using Simple Linear regression analysis. With the results of the research there is Publicity through Exhibits of the level of sales of Motorcycles Kawasaki PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and brand trust on costumer purchase interest ( A case on Texas Chicken Pekanbaru . The advertising as a variable ( X1 ) trust the brand as a variable ( X2 ) and customer purchase interest as ( Y ) .The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20 , where the sample used is the consumer Texas Chicken Pekanbaru with about 100 respondent . The formula used to determine the sample slovin , as well as a sampling technique by accidental sampling . Data collection through questionnaires .Results of analysis using multiple linear regression , t test and f test so it can be known that the advertising variable positive effect on customer purchase interest , brand trust significant effect on consumer purchase interest , and significant effect between brand advertising and brand trust on customerprchase interest .Keywords : Advertising, Brand Trust an Customer Purchase Interest

Abstract

Strategy of Marketing is a series of goals and target, policies and rules that givedirection to effort marketing of company from time to time, in each generation and referenceand also its location, especially as response of company in the face of environmental changeand the state of competition. Interest of patients grow as a motive based on these attributesin accordance with the wishes and needs in using service, based on this, the company shouldbe appropriate to design a strategy of marketing to attract the interest of the consumersthemselves to be interested in the products of services offered, so that if consumers have aninterest in the product there will be decision to buy the product.This research was conducted at Hospital Syafira Pekanbaru. Lokated at JendralSudirman street, No. 134, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this Research was conducted todetermine the effect of the implementation of the marketing strategy of the interst of patient inHospitals of Syafira Pekanbaru.In this research, the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSSprogram, whice samples used were patient of Hospitals Syafira Pekanbaru and as source ofinformation is the HRD, Front of Office and Marketing manager. To determine the sampleusing the formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Techniques ofcollecting data is through interview, observation and quesioner.From the results analyse of data that includes the test of validity, reability, and simplelinear regression, implementation of marketing strategy in this research include both 7component of the product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical environment.Each has indicators that are interrelated and positive effect on the interest of patiens inHospitals of Syafira Pekanbaru.Keyword: Marketing Strategy, Interest of Patient
