Abstract

Potential and optimization strategies to salt farmer activities conducted by the characteristics of the potential of aregion. Northern waters of Java representsacondition characteristic of coastal resources whichrequire specific management. Coastal resource potential Penambangan are extremely large, but growing salt farmer activities have not been able to change the level of welfare in the coastal zona Penambangan. This study aims to:1) identify the potential diversity of economic activities of salt farmer communities in the Coastal Zone Penambangan, 2) find out some strategies and optimization of economic activity in the salt farmer communities of Coastal Zone District Penambangan Pajarakan Probolinggo and 3) examine the economicactivity from upstream to downstream coastal areas in District Pajarakan ProbolinggoThis study uses a form of qualitative research is conducted on an object and condition as it is. The data was collected by way of gathering information or data about the use of natural resources by coastal salt farmer from upstream to downstream in the coastal zone district Penambangan Pajarakan Probolinggo. These results indicate that the coastal areas of economic activity penambangan current caused by the presence of salt farmer activities as salt business activity in the system. The series is linked salt farmer linkages (backward and forward) which took place on the upstream and downstream activities that give rise tomultiplier effects of employment and income gains value. Salt value chain linkages implies that the growthof entrepreneurship can openup employment opportunities for local communities (local) that is based on the utilization of coastal marine resources (natural, human, institutional and capital). The types of businesses that are involved in fishing activities in the area include Penambangan;pre-production stages, the stages of production and post production stages.

Abstract

The existence of the area around the power plant (Power Plant Steam) Paiton in District Paiton Probolinggo power plant has been the object of activity, which is carried by Paiton has caused its own problems for society. On the one hand Paiton activity has become one of the economic sources for some people, but this activity has many negative impacts in the form of environmental degradation and changes in people's behavior around Paiton. To lift the local community economy still has enormous economic potential to be developed, namely agriculture, especially tobacco and fishing (fishing) as well as the beach and nature tourism activities .The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Data were collected by observation techniques and interviews with structured questions that supported the informant questionnaire enclosed in hearing about the existence of Paiton region, using snowball sampling method. To find a solution in order to lift the local economy both for the existence region directly or indirectly benefit the local community, especially people Paiton districts. As the region closest to the location of the power plant, industry development opportunities based SMEs Supporting local communities to determine the strategy and policy in the development of Supporting Industries conducted a SWOT analysis approach.

Abstract

Analysis of traditional systems on the north coast pergaraman Probolinggo district is based on characteristics of a region. Java's northern coastal waters represents the characteristic condition of coastal resources management is needed specifically especially traditional salt processing. Traditional pergaraman system on the northern coast of Probolinggo district became one of the major economic activities in coastal areas. This study aims to: (1) Identify the economic activity of traditional salt farmers in the northern coastal region of Probolinggo district; (2) Knowing the demographic characteristics, economy and culture of farming communities traditional salt in kawasanan northern coast Probolinggo district; (3) Knowing the relationships among stakeholder groups (stakeholders), namely salt farmers, traders or middlemen, government agencies, and community institutions in connection with the traditional salt farmers in the northern coastal region of Probolinggo district. This study uses a form of qualitative research conducted on an object and mengkondisikannya as it is. Data collection is done by collecting a variety of information or data about the economic activity of traditional salt farmers in the northern coastal region of Probolinggo district. From the research results can be concluded and advised efforts to improve the quality levels of NaCl 85% NaCl salt into 98% of the people in order to meet the needs of industry for salt for this disupali through import salt. The establishment of a financial institution or group-based joint venture business group of salt needs to be done to overcome this difficulty salt farmers in terms of capital in the activities of salt production and post-production so that the sales price can be sold at a high price.

Abstract

Dodol Mangga Business Group has a strategic role and function in improving family economy in facing the fall of local mango price due to mango import rush. With the creativity of mothers housewives made dodol mango to increase the economic value of local mango fruit because at harvest time of local mango fruits fall once the price in the market. This makes the manga farmers excited again in maintaining and managing well manga plants after recent years poorlymaintained. IbM's specific aims are; (1) Dodol Mangga Business Group obtains formal legal management from the Department of Industry and Trade and Cooperatives and SMEs. (2) The realization of micro business group that can become the economic fund of poor family in village area, and become alternative design of poverty alleviation in other area in Indonesia (3) The realization of micro business empowerment concept which is generally managed by poor household, become an inspiration for micro business groups in other regions. (4) Such a model will be the Journal. The method to achieve the target is done by training and mentoring activities for the board and all members of Dodol Mangga Business Group. Training and mentoring focused on group management, product quality and quantity improvement, methods of penetrating market access, simple accounting basics, and legal processing of Dodol Mangga Business Group.

Abstract

The existence of sharia financial institutions in the districts Probolinggo became the object of interest primarily among boarding school. Islamic financial institutions conducted by the banking community has created a separate perception for the community of pesantren or santri . The activities of Islamic financial institutions be interesting people, but the existence of the financial institution of sharia cause different perceptions. Some assume that Islamic financial institutions are no different from conventional financial institutions. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Collected by observation technique and interview with structured question supported by closed questionnaire to informant to know opinion perception of the existence of Islamic financial institutions , by using Snowball Sampling method. From the discussion of the above problems, it can be concluded that the perception of the santri community at the Genggong cottage, both those who are customers and those who are not Islamic bank customers, in terms of cultural, social, personal and psychological approaches, is positive towards Islamic banks. The differences that exist in the santri community of customers and non customers are on their attitude or choice to choose or not to choose sharia bank. Keywords: Islamic finance, santri , pesantren
