Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the direct effects of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and managerial ownership of corporate value, as well as to analyze the indirect effects of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, and managerial ownership of firm value through financial performance. The research method used is path analysis. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2011 - 2015, with members of the population are 146 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, then obtained 61 companies that meet the criteria, so the total sample is 310 observations (firm - years).The result of the research shows that (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant positive effect to corporate financial performance. (2) Corporate social responsibility disclosure has positive significant effect to corporate financial performance. (3) Managerial ownership does not affect to corporate financial performance. (4) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant positive effect to corporate value. (5) Corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD) has no effect to corporate value. (6) Managerial ownership does not affect to the corporate value. (7) Financial performance has a significant positive effect to corporate value.Keywords: GCG, CSR Disclosure, managerial ownership, corporate value, financial performance.

Abstract

The company's goal is to increase corporate profits, prosper shareholders and increase company value. Increasingly high competition among corporations causes companies to become more intelligent to get the attention of investors. Investors in investing choose in companies that can provide maximum benefits. Investors can judge a company through the company's visible value of the company's stock price. Issues for companies that have low corporate value other than due to the company's performance in obtaining a minimal profit is also due to disclosure of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility that has not been adequate and not in accordance with applicable disclosure standards. Disclosure of good corporate governance and social accountability reports that are in line with standards can be a company strategy to increase company value. This can be proven in go public companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The article tellsabout model of technology acceptance. A system used by the end user necessary to test whether the system effectively and efficiently can be applied by user. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) adopted the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) that is widely used to predict the acceptance and usefulness of the system information. TAM usesa comparison between the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). TAM is designed to predict the acceptance or use of information systems by usersand profit for a job. An acceptance of the theory of information systems began to be implemented in Indonesia from 2004 until today, which adopts the model proposed Davis et al in 1989. The theory was apparently accepted by the public to assess the acceptance of a system by the user based on its core construct perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU). In Indonesia some researchers are implementing TAM 1989 at different locations, in various sectors as well as the time and different situations by using several different methods of analysis in each study. A significant result of variables in TAM lead this theory can be applied further in other information systems in Indonesia in addition to that already done the research for TAM is very easyto apply and be accepted by the public in a variety of sectors, namely in the public sector, business or private. Abstract

This research is entitled Effectiveness of Government Policy for MSMEs in Supporting NationalEconomic Recovery in Jember Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether theMSME Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in Jember Regency was effective and on target?This type of research is qualitative research, with 2 types of data used, namely primary data andsecondary data. The total population is 1330 MSMEs and the sample used is 200 MSMEs.Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show thatthe Government's Policy for MSMEs in Supporting National Economic Recovery in the form ofthe MSME Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in Jember Regency has been effective, thiscan be seen from the three indicators used in the study, namely timeliness, accuracy in makingchoices. , and target accuracy. Based on these three indicators, it shows that the BLT MSMEDirect Cash Assistance program in Jember Regency is on time, has made the right choice, and isright on target.

Abstract

Village development as a priority of government programs of regional and national development. In 2018, the percentage of poverty in Jember Regency occupies the 2nd position in East Java.The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the influence of the competency of village companion, the organizational commitment of village apparatus, and the community's response to the management of village funds, and the influence of village fund management on improvementof village development and economy. The research method uses linear regression. The results show that the competency of village companion has no effect on village fund management; the organizational commitment of village apparatus and community response has a positive effect on village fund management; and village fund management has a positive effect on improvement of village development and economy.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 juga menjadi salah satu alasan seseorang untuk memasuki dunia UMKM agar tetap bertahan dalam keterpurukan masalah keuangan. UMKM perlu diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam penegelolaan bisnis agar siap mengahadapi tantangan serta mampu bertahan dengan kondisi ekonomi saat ini. Pelatihan dan pendampingan pada UMKM keripik singkong di Desa Umbulsari, umbulsari Jember menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan bisnis masyarakat. Pelatihan dan Pendampingan UMKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dalam pengelolaan usaha, meningkatkat inovasi produk dan mempeluas pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of musyarakah financing, mudharabah financing, murabahah financing, financing risk, and operational risk on profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks 2017-2021. The population of this study is Islamic Commercial Banks registered in the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, using purposive sampling technique in selecting samples. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Financial Statements of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia published 2017-2021. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The results of this study indicate that financing risk partially affects the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. Meanwhile, musyarakah financing, mudharabah financing, murabahah financing, and operational risk don’t have partial effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. Simultaneously, musyarakah financing, mudharabah financing, murabahah financing, financing risk, and operational risk affect the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is still being felt by MSMEs in Indonesia to this day. MSMEs need to survive in the midst of the crisis by encouraging MSMEs to adapt and transform following business trends that are currently developing. One of them is MSME fish basket craftsmen and fermented cassava (Tape) producers in Kasiyan Village, Puger District, Jember Regency who require knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and financial literacy, as well as product innovation training in the form of Besek Tape as a means of broadening their horizons so that MSMEs can develop their businesses and are ready to face business challenges in the future.
