Abstract

Small industries developed in the hope of reducing the amount of productive forces which will flow into the city, so that the rural economy will move and create jobs and increase income for the community. Small industries experiencing positive growth due to: First, the small business sector is able to survive in the face of the global economic crisis that is relatively unaffected, even still able to grow. Secondly, there is the possibility of large and medium-sized business sector who drowned in floods global economic crisis which eventually shifting economic activity to small businesses. Given the tremendous contribution in the development of small industries that spur economic growth, the government and the community should work to support and maintain it. The ability of small industries to survive and contribute actively to the economic growth due to the effort required by the public for their survival. To determine the forms of social capital in economic activity of small industries that affect the resilience of the business, the process of transformation of social capital into economic capital and social capital design that is ideal for industrial development. This study, using a qualitative approach with domain approach and taxonomy.

Abstract

This research was intended toanalys  the minimum  scale production  of the  sea fish preservation  industry at  Payangan  village, watu-ulo, Jember, preventing the  businessman in the sea fish preservation industry’s profit loss. Break even analized in this research are fixed cost, variable cost, price per unit, total revenue, total cost, and net sales. The population used in this researh are all of the businessman in the sea fish preservation industrial company by Payangan village, watu ulo (17 businessman). The data analysing method used in this research is  break even point.  The  result show that scale of minimum  production which  businessman must achieves.

Abstract

Preserved sea-fish is one of the many seafood products that have been accepted by the community members. This research was intended to analyze the  measure the cost efficiency caused by the allocation of resources in the production process, the breakeven point and to set strategies for developing agribusiness of preserved sea-fish by  through the approaches of Descriptive Analysis,  Benefit Cost Ratio, Profitability Ratio and  Breakeven Point  Analysis. The research results showed that there had been a positive that is, an average of IDR 1,353.00 per kilogram, a profit ratio of more than one (1); that is, 1.50 per kilogram on average, benefit ratio of 33,29% per kilogram on average, breakeven point in sales/production of 21 kg on average, cost and revenue of IDR 202,494,12. Development strategy for sea-fish preservation business should be focused on the improvement of internal management of the company.

Abstract

Farm field itself is now a lot of new innovations in the development of cattle for businesses that one can mention for example Love Bird breeding birds. Departing from a hobby to maintain the bird and capture their business opportunity and market demand will determine the Love Bird breeding business is quite fast progressing. Based on the initial survey we did on Love Bird breeder in the village Karangpring Sukorambi District of Jember, we get the information that is generally berternak Love Bird was able to provide financial benefits sizable despite the problems in the breeding of course also quite complicated. Success in rake clappers means should succeed the survival rate of saplings Love Bird as a seedling that will be sold. When breeders Love Bird in the village Karangpring need their assistance, particularly related to how berternak Love Bird for the level of living seedling Love Bird higher which will need to bring an expert or breeders Love Bird already successful and experienced to provide information or knowledge that is required by the Love Bird breeders in the village Karangpring. The high rate of mortality of tillers Love Bird on farmers in the village of Karangpring also supported by the enclosure in which the minimal number of factors make the cage puppies should be collected so that the late indukannya premises separated when broodstock estrus then saplings can be killed by his own mother. In addition to concerns about the cage / cage, death tiller Love Bird also be caused by inadequate intake of nutrients from the feed are usually given to the need for knowledge transfer from practitioners breeder Love Bird who is experienced in making the feed mixture that can be done alone, and of course the cost will be relatively more cheaper than buying in the store bird feed. Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of the quality of service that includes physical evidence,responsiveness,reliability,assurance,and empathy to wards the satisfaction of the student in STIE Mandala Jember.This type of correlational study aims to find the effect of simultaneous,partial as well as the most dominant variable.The population in this research as many as239 college students and research on a sample of 40 students. Data collected with the question form and analyzed by Multiple Linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the analysis are simultaneously influence is evidenced by the hypothesis test is done,the F test the value of F=23.151,while the value of F table=2.49.Being partially showed variable  physical evidence and the low responsiveness of services provent ot count lower or less than t table ie 1.69092. And proved to be the most dominant variable empathy with t count most not ably 2,581.That is a need to increase the quality of services, the better implementation of service quality dimensions,the higher the student satisfaction, and viceversa.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract
