Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement endurance training models for political party candidates and obtain empirical data on the effectiveness and efficiency of the results of the development of endurance training models for political party candidates. Data is collected at PT. OCK Athletics Club in May 2019. Research and development in this exercise uses a qualitative and quantitative approach and uses the Research & Development (R&D) development model of Borg and Gall. Retrieval of data using a 12-minute running instrument (Guidelines for Administration of Physical Ability Tests and Anthropometric Examinations for Acceptance of Civil Servants in the National Police) with 60 subjects as PT students. OCK Athletic Club. Data collection techniques were processed using the onegroup pretest-posttest design, analyzed using t-test procedures and using the IBM Statistics application. The t-test results showed the final t-count of -10.999 on df showed 59 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0.05 means that there was a significant difference in the endurance training model for Police Academy Candidates.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a butterfly style swimming learning model for junior high school students. The subjects in this research and development are students of Middle School. The research method used is the research and development model of Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques used are the results of expert validation and effectiveness testing through assessment instruments with t-test statistical data analysis. The results of research and development of a butterfly style swimming skill learning model for junior high school students shows that (1) the butterfly swimming skill learning model for junior high school students significantly improved the butterfly swimming skill of the students (2) Based on data analysis, the average value of pre-test 9.3750 and post-test average 17.6250 standard deviations of pretest 3.78721 and post-test 2.99305 average pretest and post-test 8.25000 and standard deviation 3.11119 value of t - 16.771 significance level 0.05 can be said that the Butterfly Style Swimming Skill Learning Model can improve butterfly style swimming skills and is effective to be applied in the learning process of butterfly style swimming skills for junior high school students.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal whether there is effect muscle power arm, hand eye coordination, flexibility and confidence to smash badminton skills, either directly or indirectly. The research was conducted at the Serambi Mekkah University, with a sample consisting of 73 samples were selected from 677. physical education, health and recreation students, serambi mekkah university of Banda Aceh" . The analysis technique used in this research is using path analysis (path analysis), with the aim to identify the direct and indirect effect between variables. The results showed that: (1) Arm muscle power directly effect the confidence of 4.62%, (2) Hand-eye coordination has a direct effect on confidence of 59.29%. (3) Flexibility of the torso indirectly effect the confidence of 92.69%, (4) Arm muscle power indirectly effect badminton smash skills of 66.55%. (5) Eye-hand coordination directly effects badminton smash skills by 8.64%, (6) Flexibility of the torso directly effects badminton smash skills by 10.43%, (7) Confidence directly effects badminton smash skills of 14.90%.
