Abstract

The problem that often occurs is a lack of understanding of teachers to develop LKPD learning tools to create creative and innovative learning so that solutions are needed to solve the problems that occur, the purpose of this study is to find out what problems are faced by teachers when developing LKPD in SMA Negeri at Muara Badak which is based on a scientific approach in improving students' critical thinking skills . The research method used is a percentage and is described in accordance with the findings. Result Research shows that 80% of teachers do not understand how to develop LKPD learning tools for each component . The teacher's lack of understanding regarding how to develop LKPD learning tools that are adapted to learning materials to create creative and innovative learning. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop LKPD that is in accordance with the objectives of learning and is able to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to develop a learning media design based on Telegram Bot that can Upgrade the results of study students. Progress knowledge has brought change to the worth of education. Moment this many learning methods and models that can be used by the teacher, but fact problem is a lack of learning media no there is ingredients practice and participants educate not enough focus the in the study so which results in results study student no maximum. A subject study from a study that is Special High School students sportsman Method research used _ is method development of Research and Development (R&D). Instrument evaluation from development media earns mark eligibility 78% of expert Theory with valid category and 75.76% of media expert with category quite valid. Based on the t-test results of the results study students showed t count 38,012 > t table 2.042 and value the signification that can be obtained i.e. 0.00 < 0.05, p the showing that there are different results significant learning. _ And the N-Gain test score of 63% with category enough effective. That thing proves sufficient media usage effective for Upgrade results study student.

Abstract

Untuk kasus Napza di Samarinda pada tahun 2013 yaitu dengan 228 kasus dan 440 tersangka. Dengan barang bukti1.723 gr Shabu-sabu, 81,10 gr Ganja, 1.0878,8 butir ekstasi dan 86.379 butir LL. Para pengguna tersebut terdiri dari290 orang pekerja swasta, dan 80 pengangguran, dan lain sebagainya. Untuk jenis kelamin sebanyak 400 orang laki-laki dan 40 orang perempuan. (BNNP 2013) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran, pengetahuan tentang Napza. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam pada enam Residen, empat Konselor dan empat Tenaga Kesehatan Balai Rehabilitasi Tanah Merah. Dari hasil Penelitian dapat digambarkan kurangnya pengetahuan residen tentang Napza, dengan rasa ingin tahu yang besar dan pengaruh dari teman sebaya. selain itu juga karena tekanan dari lingkungan dan pekerjaan bahkan ada yang mulai menggunakan Napza di bangku SMP dan SMA. Para Residen Balai Rehabilitasi Tanah Merah diberikan pengetahuan, pembinaan sikap dan tindakan, untuk menambah pengetahuan dan kepribadian dalam sikap dan tindakan yang lebih baik untuk kembali ke lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. Konselor Residen membantu dalam memberikan pembinaan dalam menghadapi setiap permasalahannya agar menjadi pulih dan lebih baik. Peran Petugas kesehatan yang menangani stabilisasi dan detoksifikiasi kepada para residen serta tidak ada pemberian Napza walaupun dalam dosis kecil.

Abstract

Lelah bagi setiap orang akan mempunyai arti tersendiri dan bersifat subyektif karena terkait dengan perasaan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kelelahan kerja antara lain yaitu keadaan monoton, beban kerja, keadaan lingkungan, dan faktor individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan antara faktor individu (umur, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, dan status gizi) dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja subyektif pada supir. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan wawancara dan pengukuran sebagai metode pengumpulan data sedangkan menurut waktunya adalah cross sectional. Tingkat kelelahan kerja subjektif diukur dengan menggunakan 30 panduan pertanyaan dari IFRC. Populasi penelitian adalah supir Travel Kangaroo Premier yang berjumlah 42 orang. Sampel diambil dari populasi dengan total sampling sehingga didapatkan 42 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 42 responden sebagian besar mengalami tingkat kelelahan rendah sebanyak 25 orang (59,5%) dan 17 orang (40,5%) mengalami tingkat kelelahan sedang. Dari hasil analisa data terdapat hubungan antara faktor individu yang berupa umur (p = 0,019) dan status gizi (p = 0,010) dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja subjektif.Saran yang diajukan kepada Travel Kangaroo Premier yaitu agar lebih memperhatikan pekerja yang berumur di atas 30 tahun dan memperhatikan status gizi pekerja. Untuk pengemudi travel hendaknya membiasakan diriuntuk melakukan peregangan otot di sela mengemudi atau pun saat beristirahat.

Abstract

The implementation of learning management plays a very decisive role in the teaching and learning process. The biology teaching and learning process is the core of the formal education process, with the teacher as the main actor. This research uses the field study method (Field Research). Sources of data in this study using the purposive sampling technique. The data collected are data collection (field notes), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are teachers are very skilled in prioritizing the ability to open lessons, prioritizing Mastery of learning materials, referring to planned teaching and learning activities, and prioritizing the ability to use learning media. The implementation of biology learning management in this study includes four main functions in education management: planning, organizing, acting, and evaluating. Thus, good school management certainly produces school principals with good educational management implementation and has productive teachers in the teaching process in schools.
