Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between (1) control with teacher’s performance at public SMA in Bekasi,Districk (2) compensation with teacher’s performance at public SMA in Bekasi,Districk, (3) control and compensation together with teacher’s performance at public SMA in Bekasi Districk.The research method using survey by correlational approach. This research used sample of 90 employees (teachers and principals), and 20 employees (teachers and principals) for trial, and selected based on a simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling). Study toward in public Senior High School in Bekasi Districk. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. This instrument is calibrated with the test item validity and reliability coefficients. To test the validity of using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient is calculated using the formula of Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that: First, there is a positive relationship between control with performance. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between compensation with the performance. Third, there is a positive relationship between control and compensation together with performance. The implications of this research is teacher’s performance in Bekasi can be enhanced through control of the Principal and an increase in compensation.

Abstract

Social Media as a medium of information that is able to become a communication bridge between humans is used by various communities to disseminate information with various purposes, especially in terms of marketing. One of the theories used in marketing science such as AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) is used as the basis for various communities to gain public attention on social media. One of the stakeholders in this community is the Ranggawarsita Museum, Central Java, which actively disseminates information through social media platforms, namely Instagram. However, the Ranggawarsita Museum as a research partner has an urgent need for the dissemination of information involving complex data about museum collections into the Instagram platform. This complex data can be expressed in the form of infographics through the Instagram platform in the form of a carousel. The Carousel form on the Instagram platform is able to increase interest and complex information in one link. Keywords: AISAS; infographic; instagram carousel; museum.

Abstract

. Artificial Intelligent (AI) is a field of computer science devoted to solve cognitive problems, commonly associated with human intelligence, such as learning, problem solving and pattern recognition. From education point of views, it helps teachers to facilitate learning process especially for speaking skill. The research method runs with mixed method (qualitative. And quantitative) The aim of this research is investigating the students’ speaking performance with artificial intelligence. The data collection is taken from interviews, photo, and literature studies. The result of this study is the increasing student’s speaking performance with AI.

Abstract

Kota Semarang memiliki destinasi wisata yang bernama Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang. Kawasan ini adalah kawasan yang menonjolkan keindahan arsitektur bangunan sebagaimana layaknya bangunan di eropa. Sebagai kawasan tujuan wisata, adanya sign system atau penanda arah bagi wisatawan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui arah destinasi, peta kawasan, jalan lalu-lintas, dan sebagainya. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengetahui kualitas sign system sebagai objek pengamatan yang ada di kawasan wisata Kota Lama Semarang dalam memberikan bantuan bagi pengunjung dalam mengeksplorasi kawasan wisata Kota lama Semarang. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi atas beragam tanda (sign system) kawasan kota Lama Semarang. Fokus penelitian penanda ini dilakukan terhadap dua komponen visual yaitu: pertama pada sign system di ruang terbuka kawasan Kota Lama untuk melihat hubungan pola tata ruang bangunan, dan kedua adalah komponen sign system yang sudah tersedia di area Kota Lama Semarang. Kemudian menginterpretasikan data terkait struktur, bentuk, dimensi, konten tulisan, jenis huruf, warna, hingga material yang digunakan pada sign system Kota Lama Semarang. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu semua jenis penanda identitas sudah menunjukkan nama spot-spot wisata, gedung, bangunan dimana lokasi penanda berada. Namun, ditemukan beberapa spot wisata yang tidak memiliki penanda identifikasi, seperti rumah akar dan pasar Klitikan. Selain itu, penanda wayfinding juga masih kurang mendukung, untuk pengunjung bisa ke tujuan spot wisata yang dinginkan
