Abstract

Background: In providing education about everything a child should have from an early age does not have to do with the way parents are educating. It is related to her parents in everyday life and the background factors that color children's parents, whether related to the environment of her family, religion, culture, economics or the background of the education of the elderly. From the explanation it is obvious that parents play a very important role in the formation of child social behavior.The purpose of this research aims to determine the relationship of parental education level with the ability of phonology articulation in children aged 4-5 years in TK Sri Juwita Hanum Surakarta. Methods: Uses quantitative research with a correlational descriptive design. The research population is parents and students of TK Sri Juwita Hanum Surakarta with 30 samples of research samples. Data collection techniques by filling out questionnaires. Variable-free research i.e. the level of parental education and bound variables is the ability of phonological articulation in children aged (4-5 years). The statistical test used was Chi Square correlation test. Result: there is a positive and significant relationship between the level of parental education and the ability of phonology articulation in children aged 4-5 years in TK Sri Juwita Hanum Surakarta. Things his show with a p value of 0.013.Conclusion: of parental education affects the development of articulation in preschool age children (4-5 years old). A positive relationship means the higher the parent's education, the greater the influence on its phonological articulation ability. When children grow and develop both physically and mentally.

Abstract

Children with cleft lip and palate (CLP) can have language and speech difficulties. This happens because of changes in the orofacial anatomical structure, so there are some limitations in articulation abilities. In addition to speech-sound disorders, children with cleft lip and palate often experience problems with language skills due to a limited vocabulary as well as syntactic and morphological abilities. Children with CLP can experience problems with sentence structure and speech speed (words per minute), so children with cleft lip and palate often experience language delays. The research conducted is a systematic research review. This research was conducted by searching for and selecting five types of data from the results of previous studies and from the results of clinical trials conducted on different ethnicities, races, and locations around the world. Research information was retrieved from databases, including PubMed, Wiley, and Google Scholar. The data analysis technique used in this systematic review is the data extraction method. The results showed that the search for articles that matched the searches and explanations about early handling of language development in children with cleft lip and palate, namely. Early intervention with parental assistance. There were five articles on the results of interventions in children with cleft lip and palate, namely, early intervention after the cleft lip and palate fusion process and educational support for parents.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Suara adalah komponen penting dalam sehari-hari. Suara dapat menjadi tidak teratur ketika suara mengalami permasalahan. Permasalahan suara terjadi ketika kualitas suara, nada, kenyaringan, fleksibelitas. Intensitas penggunaan suara menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya permasalahan suara. Pegawai The French Press Kopi Warung Pasar Gedhe Surakarta merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang menggunakan intensitas suara tinggi, karena pekerjaan ini menggunakan suara untuk memanggil nama pelanggan secara verbal 5 sampai 8 jam perhari dan dilakukan dalam 6 hari pada setiap minggunya. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa pekerjaan ini beresiko memiliki permasalahan suara. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan suara dengan permasalahan suara pada pegawai The French Press Kopi Warung Pasar Gedhe Surakarta. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling pendekatan cross-sectional, data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Cotingency Coefficient. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil analisis uji korelasi menggunakan Contingency Coefficient menunjukan bahwa nilai p atau p value 0.630 atau >0.05, hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak, menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan suara terhadap permasalahan suara pada pegawai The French Press Kopi Warung Pasar Gedhe Surakarta. Kesimpulan : Tidak menunjukan adanya hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan suara dengan permasalahan suara pada pegawai The French Press Kopi Warung Pasar Gedhe Surakarta.
