<![CDATA[Persaingan antar bank mengakibatkan aktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Aktivitas dapat dikurangi dengan penggunaan komputer. Penggunaan komputer terus menerus sepanjang hari dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan yang menimbulkan stres kerja. Pengukuran tingkat stres dilakukan menggunakan Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sebagai alat ukur objektif untuk mengetahui tingkat stres secara faktual, dan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) sebagai alat ukur subjektif untuk mengetahui tingkat stres secara relatif. Analisis pemicu stress mengacu pada NIOSH General Job Stress Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian berupa faktor pemicu stres dan strategi untuk meminimasi potensi stres pada karyawan.  Kata Kunci: Ergonomi, Stres Kerja, Visual Analog Scale, NIOSH General Job Stress Questionnaire  ABSTRACT Competition among banks resulting in high work activity.
