Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of external knowledge sources based on market actors and science actors on the types of innovations including product innovation, process innovation, market innovation and organizational innovation in innovating SMEs food and beverage at D. I Yogyakarta. This research is based on 60 samples obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires directly and through Google form. To analyzed data, this study utilized a logistic regression model with SPSS 23. The findings show that the external knowledge source of market base actors has significant effect on 4 types of innovation. However, the best prediction is shown in Model 1 that is market base actors to product innovation. While analysis of external knowledge sources of Science based actors shows there is no influence on 4 types of innovations, either on models 1 to model 4. Analysis of the control variables also showed no significant influence on innovation. Therefore, the age difference and size of the company in SMEs are not important factors in innovating. The results of this study contribute to the development of innovation in SMEs.

Abstract

Kecamatan Negeri Katon merupakan Kecamatan yang memiliki banyak pelaku usaha rumahan. Produk produk yang dihasilkan beragam mulai dari makanan sampai pakaian. Seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi dan internet dan kebutuhan promosi serta penjualan online, maka diperlukan pemasaran yang memaksimalkan pemasaran produk untuk ekspansi pelanggan kepada seluruh pengguna internet. Karena dengan online diharapkan masalah-masalah seperti susahnya promosi dan system transaksi yang masih manual bisa teratasi. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk membangun sistem pemasaran pada produk produk yang dihasilkan di kecamatan Negeri Katon menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pembuatan system pemasaran adalah melalui wawancara dan observasi yang langsung ditunjukkan kepada para pelaku usaha di Kecamatan negeri Katon. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pemasaran yang luar biasa yang mempu menjangkau siapapun dan dimanapun serta mampu melakukan transaksi secara real time sehingga masalah yang ada bisa terpecahkan.

Abstract

The existence of maqasid al-Qur'an cannot be separated from the discussion of maqasid al-syari'ah which was previously known in the treasures of Islamic scholarship. However, of course there are differences between the two terms which are certainly interesting to discuss. This paper tries to uncover the actual differences between the two terms above. So the author tries to discuss the definitions of both, then tries to uncover their genealogy. After that, the author took photos of the characters who discussed the maqasid of the Sharia and the maqasid of the Qur'an so that they could clearly illustrate what was discussed in these two things. It turns out that there are several fundamental differences between the two sciences, both in terms of definition, genealogy, discussion and reference sources. However, there are also many similarities in them, or at least a close connection between the two.
