This study aims to seek the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable through an intermediate variable. Analyzing data through path analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with single-mediator. Processing data using Warp PLS 5.0 software. Respondents of this study were employees at the Sub-District Office (Maniamolo, Amandraya, O’ou) who were neighbors and were in the South Nias Regency, around 61 people. The result of the study showed that the Partners' Support has a positive effect on discipline because coworkers are a source of inspiration for employees to learn, imitate their coworkers for discipline. The support of coworkers has a positive effect on job satisfaction because coworkers are able to make employees comfortable, at home and love their jobs. Discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction because employees' efforts to become disciplines are supported by their colleagues. The support of coworkers has a positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by discipline because a colleague who applies discipline will encourage other employees to be disciplined. Hence, all employees are able to be disciplined, employees will have job satisfaction.

Teachers in South Nias still adhere to their culture and customs. They really hope that they are given the opportunity to get permission to attend indigenous cultural and cultural events as part ofbalancing work and life.Most of the teachers in South Nias only have the status of non-permanent teachers, or volunteers, but they are very proud of being teachers even with a small salary. Participants in this study were 46 junior highpublic school teachers in remote villages. Data were analyzed by Partial Least Square method to test the mediation effect to determine the effect of exogenous constructs with endogenous constructs through mediating variables. The result showed that work life balance had a positive and significant influence on self-esteem and job satisfaction. Self-esteem has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Moreover, the total effect of work life balance on job satisfaction increases after mediated by self-esteem.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin terhadap Kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Luahagundre Maniamolo Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Penelitian ini menetapkan seluruh Pegawai Kantor Camat Luahagundre Maniamolo Kabupaten Nias Selatan sebanyak 30 orang sebagai responden. Alat Analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Karena jenis data adalah data primer, maka dengan itu teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPPS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Luahagundre Maniamolo Kabupaten Nias Selatan.

This research aims to find out the impact of operating costs on profits in UD. Roti Helena Telukdalam. The population and sample in this study are reports of the remaining results of 8 years of effort using data interpolation methods to meet population and sample criteria. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, where the regression model value Y = 33,152,877 +0.647X. The results of this study showed that operating expenses (X) had a significant effect on profits at UD. Roti Helena Telukdalam with a thi calculated value of 4,431>Ftabel of 1,696. This research can be concluded that operating costs have a significant effect on profits in UD. Roti Helena Telukdalam.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and communication toward work performance of employees of the South Nias Regency Environmental Service. This research is a quantitative type with multiple linear regression analysis tools, the number of respondents is 34 employees. The type of data is primary data, and data collection uses a questionnaire method. The results of the regression test showed that partially the work ethic and communication, each partially had a positive and significant effect on work performance. Simultaneous testing shows that Work Ethic and Work Communication together have a Positive and Significant influence on Work Performance.

This study aims to investigate the effect of leadership style on performance mediated by compensation and motivation.The respondents in this study were 55 state civil servants in South Nias Regency.Smart PLS 3.0 software, used for data processing with Path analysis tools.It is known that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Motivation, Compensation.and also on Performance.Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance.While the indirect effect of Leadership Style?Motivation?Performance.Leadership Style?Compensation?Performance, the value of the influence is relatively small, but it is unable to correct the total influence of leadership style on performance.

This research intends to find out how much the work environment and work stress influence the performance of sub-district office employees in South Nias. This research is quantitative in type. In this research, the population came from employees in three large sub-district offices in South Nias (Telukdalam, Fanayama, and Amandraya). The sample used was total sampling. So the total sample is 8219 people. Data collection is through distributing questionnaires which are then filled in with answers by respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Research findings show: partially or simultaneously, the two independent variables have a positive influence on the dependent variable. The main recommendation for this research is the need to add other topics that can increase performance, such as job satisfaction.

Research aims: This study investigates the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, which is mediated by motivation. Design/ Method/ Approach: The data is analyzed with path analysis through Partial Least Square and processed with Smart PLS software. Research Findings: The results of the study show that organizational culture and motivation have a positive effect on job satisfaction, Theoretical Contribution/ Originality: This research enriches the understanding that awareness of organizational culture can increase the willingness to behave voluntarily in the workplace, generating motivation and job satisfaction. Although motivation is not the only cause of job satisfaction, when budget constraints reduce employee income, motivation is the most important factor and quickly results in job satisfaction. Practical Implications: Organizational culture is applied to help work processes and achieve organizational targets. Strong synergy between employees needs to be used as a force to produce job satisfaction, even though they are in a situation of limited budgets Research Limitations: The limitation of this research is only one mediating variable, the variable of motivation
