Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and empirically test the influence of products, prices, locations, promotions, people, processes, physical evidence against the selection of brand-mediated hospitals in new outpatients of Sumberglagah Hospital, Mojokerto, East Java. This research was quantitative with the type of causality and population research was new patient outpatient Sumberglagah Hospital, about 5,087. Samples were 100 people with purposive sampling. Its analysis technique applied path analysis. Therefore, the hypothetical test resulted that product, price, location, promotion, person, process, and physical evidence positively and significantly affected the brand image. Products, prices, locations, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence positively and significantly affected hospital selection. The brand image had a positive and significant influence on the selection of hospitals. Moreover, the brand image could mediate product relationships, prices, locations, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence against hospitals' selection through brand image. Keywords: product, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, brand image, and purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study dicusses the direct influence of quality of work life and work stress on job satisfaction and work discipline and the indirect effect of quality of work life on work discipline through job satisfaction as an intermediate variable and the indirect effect of work stress on work discipline through job satisfaction as a variable between . This research uses path analysis, F test, t test and sobel test. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling of 135 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work stress has a negative and significant effect on work discipline. The quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect. and significant work discipline. In addition there is an indirect effect between quality of work life on work discipline through job satisfaction and there is an indirect effect between work stress on work discipline through job satisfaction.

Abstract

 This study discusses the direct influence of school image and price perception on word of mouth and the decision of parents to choose school children and the indirect effect of school image on parents' decision to choose school children through word of mouth as an intervening variable and the indirect effect of price perception on parents' decision to choose school children through word of mouth as an intervening variable. This research uses path analysis, F test, t test and sobel test. The sampling technique in this study is using the Slovin formula of 194 respondents from 3 school AL Azizi, Al-Amin and Aisyiyah schools in kelurahan Wage, kabupaten Sidoarjo. The results of this study indicate that the school's image has a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose a child's school, the perception of price has a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose a child's school, the school's image has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, the price perception has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose school children. In addition there is a significant mediating effect, word of mouth mediates the effect of the school's image on the decision to choose school and there is no mediating effect between the perception of price on the decision of parents to choose a child's school through word of mouth.
