Abstract

Penelitian iinii bertujuan untuk mengetahuii media sosial, lpersepsi harga  dan kualitas produk secara simultan maupun parsiall terhadap keputusan pembelian produk emina pada sinar kosmetik di Surakarta. Penelitian inii menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, populasii pada penelitian inii  adalah konsumen produk emina pada sinar kosmetik di Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian terdiri dari 110 ressponden. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode sampling non-probability sampling melalui purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesiioner. Uji F, uji t, regresii llinear berganda dan koefisien determinasii (R2) digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil data menunjukkan media sosial, lpersepsi harga dan kualitas produk berpeengaruh secaraa simultan dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Pengguna Shopee dikota Surakarta menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keputusan pembelian Shopee di Surakarta ditinjau dari digital marketing, product variation, dan service quality. Metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengguna Shopee di Surakarta menjadi populasi penelitian, dan 100 tanggapan menjadi sampel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan uji t digital marketing signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) dan mencapai t-hitung > t-tabel (4,415 > 1,984). Product variation signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) dan t-hitung > t-tabel (3,983 > 1,984). Service quality signifikan (0,586 > 0,05) dan t-hitung < t-tabel (0,546 < 1,984). Oleh karena itu, pembelian Shopee di Surakarta dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh digital marketing dan product variation, namun tidak dipengaruhi oleh service quality.

Abstract

Competition for jobs is getting higher because the number of job seekers is greater than the availability of job opportunities, resulting in increased unemployment. Tight competition in the world of work requires the work readiness of graduates from vocational colleges, to have expertise and skills in their fields and be ready to work. This study aims to analyse the effect of self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills and industrial practice on work readiness in AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique was saturated sampling with a sample of 97 students of class 2023 AK-Tekstil Solo. The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that self-efficacy, soft skill work motivation, industrial practice had a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. Self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills, and industrial practice have a significant and simultaneous effect of 93.4% on the work readiness of AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students. Thus increasing self-efficacy, work motivation, soft skills, and industrial practice will increase the work readiness of AK-Tekstil Solo vocational students.
