Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of spiritual leadership, organizationalcommunication on work’s satisfaction, organizational commitment and work performance ofofficial at Telkom company. The total of this sample study is 100 officials at Telkom Company.The hypothesis is tested by using AMOS Ver.5.0 to get the result of causalities relationbetween developed variable on the model. The result of statistic analysis by using structuralmodel is showing the result of the effect the spiritual leadership gives positive and significantinfluence directly on organizational commitment. The spiritual leadership has no influence onwork satisfaction and work performance. The organizational communication has no influenceon work satisfaction and organizational performance. The organizational communication hasinfluence on work performance. The effect of work satisfaction gives positive and significantinfluence on organizational commitment. The work satisfaction has no influence on work performance.The result of this study to show that organizational commitment influence on performance.Keyword : Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Cummunication, Work Performance

Abstract

AbstractTraditional markets give life to about 50 million people, through the market in number 13,650, but the other face of various problems, such as the environment is dirty and shabby, cramped premises space. This situation raises challenges for market managers to be able to create a market that has an appeal for buyers and compete with the modern market. As for the respondents in this study include 222 Buyers. The survey was conducted by using questionnaires and interviews. Results of analysis using a matrix QFD House of Quality, consumers will need attributes of traditional markets as many as 28 attributes, while the technical design to respond to those needs as many as 21 attributes. The results recommend that 21 technical design can be used to design the revitalization of traditional market-based consumer needs and at the same time be able to answer the demand of consumers in traditional markets. Keywords : customer requirement, technical design, QFD, house of qualityAbstrakPasar tradisional memberikan kehidupan pada sekitar 50 juta orang, melalui pasar yang jumlahnya 13.650, namun disisi lain menghadapi berbagai masalah, seperti lingkungan yang kotor dan kumuh, ruang tempat usaha sempit. Kondisi ini memunculkan tantangan bagi pengelola pasar untuk dapat menciptakan pasar yang memiliki daya tarik bagi pembeli dan mampu bersaing dengan pasar modern. Adapun yang dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini antara lain: Pembeli berjumlah 222 pembeli. Survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil analisis QFD dengan menggunakan matrik House of Quality, atribut kebutuhan konsumen akan pasar tradisional sebanyak 28 atribut, sementara desain teknis untuk merespon atribut kebutuhan tersebut sebanyak 21. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa 21 desain teknis dapat digunakan untuk merancang revitalisasi pasar tradisional berbasis kebutuhan konsumen dan sekaligus mampu menjawab kebutuhan kosumen akan pasar tradisional. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan dan menyusun kembali berbagai konsep, model, danoptimalisasi pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kinerja UKM dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kondisieksternal, kondisi internal, kapabilitas inovasi yang mencakup kapabilitas pemasaran, kapabilitas pengembanganproduk baru, kapabilitas produksi dan operasiWilayah penelitian meliputi kecamatan genuk, Semarang Tengah, semarang Timur, Semarang Selatan,Semarang Barat, dan Semarang Utara,. Variabel-variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini mencakup faktorinternal, faktor eksternal, kapabilitas inovasi pada UKM di Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metodesurvei, baik melalui wawancara yang mendalam dengan berbagai pihak stakeholders dalam pengembanganUKM maupun menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Dimensi waktu dalam penelitian ini bersifat cross sectionalyang dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2010. Studi merupakan studi kebijakan yang mengarah pada riset terapandengan menghasilkan output model Peningkatan Kinerja melalui Kapabilitas Inovasi pada UKM di Semarang.Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS dan PLS menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik usahapengelolaan faktor internal yang dimiliki UKM, maka kapabilitas inovasi akan semakin meningkat. Semakinbaik pengelolaan faktor eksternal UKM, maka kapabilitas inovasi akan semakin meningkat. dan meningkatnyakapabilitas inovasi akan berpengaruh pada meningkatnya kinerja UKM.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini didasarkan pada jumlah skandal keuangan yang dilakukan oleh akuntan dan auditor baik yang terjadi di luar negeri maupun di Indonesia. Skandal tersebut memicu reaksi beragam dari banyak orang. Salah satunya adalah mahasiswa yang bereaksi negatif terhadap berbagai skandal yang terjadi di bidang profesi akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa jurusan akuntansi di Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara sebanyak 599 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan salah satu kriteria bahwa siswa telah mengambil mata kuliah Auditing I dan II. Sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 79 siswa. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisa adalah Analisis Regresi Moderasi (MRA), koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis diuji dengan SPSS for windows 20. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan relativisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi siswa terhadap Akuntan perilaku tidak etis, sedangkan gender dan idealisme tidak berpengaruh dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi siswa terhadap perilaku berperilaku tidak etis. Sedangkan variabel cinta uang tidak bisa memoderasi antara variabel tingkat pengetahuan, jenis kelamin, idealisme, dan relativisme persepsi siswa terhadap akuntan perilaku tidak etis. Abstract This research is based on the numbers of financial scandals committed by accountants and auditors both occurred abroad and in Indonesia. The scandal sparked mixed reactions from many people. One of them is student who reacted negatively to the various scandals that occurred in the field of the accounting profession. The populations in this study are all students majoring in accounting at the Islamic University Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara as many as 599 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method with one of the criteria that the student has taken courses Auditing I and II. So that of sample??s used as many as 79 students. The analytical tool used to analyze is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), the coefficient of determination and hypothesis tested using SPSS for windows 20. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that the level of knowledge and relativism significantly influence students?? perceptions on unethical behavior accountant, while gender and idealism has no effect nor significant effect on students?? perceptions on unethical behavior accountan. Whereas variable love of Money cannot moderate between variable levels of knowledge, gender, idealism, and relativism of the students?? perceptions on unethical behavior accountant.

Abstract

Because it affects teaching quality, teacher performance, and eventually the overall quality of education, teacher job satisfaction in schools is very important.  Teachers that are happy tend to be more driven, effective, and capable of fostering a supportive learning environment for their pupils.  The purpose of this research is to partly and concurrently examine the effects of competence, career growth, and normative commitment on elementary school teachers' work satisfaction in the Ayodya cluster in the Banyumanik district of Semarang City.  Using a saturation sampling strategy, the study's sample consisted of all 88 instructors in the Ayodya cluster.  A survey-based quantitative research methodology was used.  A questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5 was used to gather the data.  Using SPSS 23, data analysis methods included multiple regression, t-tests, F-tests, and classical assumptions.  According to the study's findings, work satisfaction is highly influenced by competence, career advancement, and normative commitment, in that order.  At the same time, primary school teachers' work satisfaction in Banyumanik, Semarang City's Ayodya cluster is greatly influenced by career growth, competence, and normative commitment.
